15/04/2026: We ate over 2 kg of Florentine steak, mixed crostini, baked potatoes, house wine, and two desserts. €75 per person, well spent. This is our second time here, and when we're craving good meat, this is definitely the place to be. The owners are very friendly and approachable.

30/03/2026: Excellent service, the girls are very kind, and the owner is a fantastic character... But the real show is the meat...excellent quality and a good selection...congratulations.

12/04/2026: Rustic, very beautiful place, easy to reach on the hills. Excellent food, amazing tortellini in broth. There were 7 of us, and we spent €25 each. Everyone had a first course, two cutlets, a grilled meat, and a mixed roast for 4. Five of us ate and still had some left over. Dessert for everyone: water, beer, Coke, and coffee. We spent €25 each, excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

10/02/2026: A very welcoming restaurant in Altedo, located inside a large farmhouse, surrounded by spacious grounds, a garden, and a pool. The staff are young and friendly, fast, and welcoming. We had lunch on a delightful, light-filled veranda with a checked tablecloth, a must in the best trattorias. The Bolognese menu offers a wide selection. We ordered a taglierini (a thin slice of cured meat) for two with pinzini (small crescentine-shaped pasta), a tartare with slow-cooked egg, capers, olives, and mustard, and a tagliata (a thin slice of beef) with sauce, baked potatoes, and fried porcini mushrooms. The Poggio ai Ginepri red wine from the Argentiera di Bolgheri winery was a great discovery. We finished with a millefeuille and a semi-passito (a kind of dessert) and coffee. We had a wonderful time, even being watched by a beautiful, very well-behaved poodle at the next table, who we later discovered was the manager's dog. Beautiful day, great music. We'll be back!

18/01/2026: I really enjoyed the food overall. It fully satisfied my refined palate, especially the Fassona Hangus steak, an absolute delicacy. Excellent service, friendly staff. A well-maintained, homely atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

07/05/2026: For the first time in Emilia Romagna, I ate a truly delicious pizza: light, flavorful, and easily digestible dough, with quality ingredients and an excellent balance of flavors. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The service was also excellent: the staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming, making customers feel at ease with their professionalism and friendliness. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll be back!

05/05/2026: Nice restaurant, good service. The food, however, was honestly disappointing. Coming from Rome and wanting to try typical local dishes, I ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The flavors were average, nothing special. Then came tagliatelle with ragù, which was unfortunately overcooked, and the ragù was adequate. I certainly can't say the food is bad, but nothing special. It's average, but at this point the price/quality ratio isn't quite right.

03/05/2026: I dined at this trattoria while looking for typical Bolognese dishes in a gluten-free version, and the experience was positive. The atmosphere is very simple and informal, without too many frills. The strong point is definitely the peace of mind of being able to order the entire traditional menu (from starters to cutlets) without worrying about cross-contamination. The staff is friendly, and the service was quite prompt. All in all, a good place to return for a quiet, safe dinner, with a fair quality-price ratio.

16/04/2026: We occasionally stop by this restaurant for a quick bite, and it never disappoints! The first courses are always good and plentiful, the staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the prices are fair!

24/03/2026: A great place with great food, great service and great wine. We dropped by early in the evening to enjoy steak tartare, duck ragout and wild boar ragout along with a superb bottle of red wine. Everything was fabulous.

19/02/2026: Intended to stop for a glass or two of wine but ended up staying for an outstanding Bolognese dinner. Wine: exquisite. Had two excellent sangioveses from the region. Plenty more options available but didn't need to get radically drunk. Food focused on what historical Bologna trattorias would have served, but modernized. Our cheese board was incredible, each cheese better than the next - I only wished I had taken better notes at the time as I can't remember all their names now. Wild boar ragu - perfect. Perhaps not the current "approved" recipe for a Bolognese sauce but again capturing what was likely used prior to everyday expectations of ground beef and ground pork. My dish was "triangoli di pianura" which I thought might be out of season given the pumpkin but ended up as one of the most delicious ravioli dishes I've ever had. There's no shortage of good pasta and good sauces in Bologna - some will obviously be more touristy than others as you get into old town. Vinoteca Bologna is tucked away from the big crowds, and while the pricing may be a bit higher, the quality and the experience can't be beat.

18/04/2026: The food was good, but the mismanagement of a large group ruined the evening's enjoyment. The host was unprepared to manage a large group, and there were too many misunderstandings about the price of the set menu. Professionalism shines through precisely in these moments, where organization, kindness, and a decisive approach are required, without compromising the courtesy and hospitality of the guests.

22/04/2026: Great choice of sweet and salty breakfast options, you can get the focaccia warmed up. Good coffee and nice service. Shifts into a strange bar at night with interesting drinks menu, do not expect any of the classics here.

13/04/2026: Bad choice, never again! On Sunday, April 12, I stopped with four other friends for a bite to eat... Good morning, there are five of us. Do you have room? I'm sorry, we're full, but if you have the patience to wait 30 minutes, I'll let you sit inside because it's absolutely not possible outside. Okay, thanks. In the meantime, can we have a drink while standing outside? Sure! I'll also bring you two chips... never seen one before! Four 33cl Cokes and a 33cl Messina beer (€21) ... with the balaclava on, they should have charged me €21!!! And anyway, after more than 40 minutes and several complaints, we left. This is not the way to behave, you're outrageous!!!

08/05/2026: Not much to add: an excellent seafood restaurant that also offers various meat dishes. The atmosphere is very refined and clean, making it a great place to visit for both lunch and dinner. The prices are reasonable for the quality, but they'd already be worth considering for the prompt and friendly service.

29/04/2026: Very nice location, tastefully decorated, run by very smart and courteous people. As an aperitif before a concert, we tried the platter of piadinas and tigelle. Excellent quality and fair prices. We'll be back next time. Good luck!

29/01/2026: We stumbled upon this beautiful vintage wine bar by chance. We were headed to the Luca Carboni concert at the Unipol Arena, which is a 3-minute walk from the wine bar. We had dinner before the concert, with a delicious and tender pork main course, and drank two glasses of wine accompanied by two platters—one mixed and one cheese-only. Everything was delicious, but above all, despite the place being fully booked, the service was impeccable.
