26/03/2024: Everything was beautiful... very pleasant and not noisy environment, attentive and knowledgeable staff... and most importantly, I ate divinely!!! I loved everything from the entrée to the dessert😃 Super recommended, I will definitely return!

Location absolutely calibrated in designer style without giving up the simplicity of a polite, attentive and thoughtful welcome. Original menu to try! You are truly spoiled for choice. Sublime food as well as the wide choice of wines. SUPER RECOMMENDED!👍

25/03/2024: I went to this restaurant after the Bologna marathon, with my companions from the running group, about twenty people, including a vegetarian and a person with intolerances. Obviously the place was full, but the service was courteous and well organised: all the people at our table were served one by one, without downtime. We had agreed on the menu in advance; we had appetizers (croutons of various types, all very good and not banal), cold cuts with tigella and cheeses with jams) and an encore of first courses (ballanzoni with mortadella absolutely delicious and tagliatelle with meat sauce very "Bolognesian"!!!). Our running companions were also very satisfied with the lunch. The restaurant is not right in the center, but a 10-15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Advised

06/03/2024: We stayed at the Bognese on Sunday, by reservation. It was the second time and we returned because we had eaten well. Our table was outside (chosen by us), I would say more of a small table, a little sacrificed for two and the chairs on the cobblestones were a little unstable but the goodness of the dishes ordered repaid us for everything. We will be back for sure!

06/05/2024: What a surprise! Very pleasant evening, excellent food, excellent value for money, young and adequate staff, service at the right times, nice place. One star is missing only for the geographical position: you can't get there, you have to go there, but it's worth it!

16/03/2024: Siamo stati poco tempo per un evento ai Portici di via Indipendenza, non ho mai visto una così tale disorganizzazione....i piatti tornavano indietro, qualità del cibo...pessima.Questo sarebbe un ristorante STELLATO??? Per concludere la serata, uscendo fuori la terrazza, abbiamo trovato degli ospiti indesiderati...due toponi. Amo gli animali, ma topi sulla terrazza di un ristorante stellato..... Penso di non tornare. Ambiente raffinato? Chef sopravvalutato!!!! A volte basterebbe un po' di umiltà e soprattutto un po' di coscienza .

18/03/2024: The lady who served is very nice and gives you good advice on the menu. I recommend the tagliatelle with ham sauce. The meat second courses are excellent and very abundant. The desserts are delicious. For prices we are within the norm. I will gladly return. I recommend it to everybody.

05/04/2024: Corporate dinner for 10 people. The chef's intentions have effects that are at least as enigmatic as they are incomprehensible. Aubergine parmigiana without aubergine in a hard and unchewable stone at risk of dental paralysis. Fillet floating in pink water, perhaps a certain effect of sudden thawing. Cream with lumps in egg flavor with a hard and icy crust. All for 74 euros per person which I wouldn't have understood even if I had eaten well. Positive notes, the kindness of the waiters and the natural water.

29/03/2024: Locale molto informale, personale simpatico disponibile e cortese. Le specialità vietnamite sono molto buone e gustose. Birre ottime. D'estate è molto bello stare all'aperto.
