07/04/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars only because it's impossible to give more. The cakes are fabulous and of excellent quality. There are so many variations, each one better than the last. The atmosphere is refined, with a beautiful view outside. The owner is incredibly kind. The prices are more than fair.

07/02/2026: We ate at the Blaue Traube restaurant in Algund and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Overall, a great restaurant that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.

25/01/2026: We visited the Blaue Traube at the beginning of January – and honestly: it was the best meal we've had in a long time. The taste was top-notch, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

17/04/2026: I've eaten at two Michelin-starred restaurants. That said, I can confidently say I've never eaten so well in my life. Furthermore, for the quality of the food, the prices are incredibly fair—the same as places where you're fed chunks of fish floating in oil with no flavor other than garlic and parsley. The service isn't overly formal; in fact, despite the subdued, peaceful atmosphere (a small oasis of relaxation amidst the chaos outside), the staff immediately put you at ease and are incredibly understanding, even with small children who are certainly not stuck at the table. Thank you so much for this culinary and human experience. Don't change, and if we return, we'll definitely be back. ♡

17/04/2026: Suuuuper delicious!!! We are starving and hot, the waiter give us cold water and many breads ~ Then the pumpkin flowers are amazing! Juicy with plant smell, tartare is beautiful! We are waiting for the first main now, and can’t wait to share it!

04/05/2026: A truly unique experience at this lakeside restaurant Location: 10 Menu: 10 Service: 10 Bill: 9 Considering the location and the type of venue, I consider it an elegant and refined establishment. The culinary offerings are truly excellent and impeccable, with a refined, gourmet style. I highly recommend it in every way. The bill is average, verging on the high side. But for the food and the experience they offer, it's worth every penny.

04/04/2026: We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We found the atmosphere meticulously designed, with spacious rooms where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartments are clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort. The restaurant is charming, with just a few impeccably set tables. Inside, there's a fireplace where the meat is cooked freshly, a detail that, in my opinion, makes all the difference. We enjoyed the spa, two hours of pure relaxation for our exclusive use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days to recharge. A special compliment goes to all the staff and the owners. As soon as you arrive, you can feel they do their job with passion and love. Thank you so much for everything, see you soon, Valentina and Matteo.

19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

17/04/2026: Hands down the best cannoli in Sicily. Personally I’ve never seen the big deal about cannoli but this one converted me. Made fresh daily, shell perfectly crisp, ricotta light and not too sweet. The couple running it were also lovely. Highly recommend going out of your way for it, it’s worth it. We even bought two more to takeaway for the next day. The only surprise was €3 for an espresso in a paper cup, a bit steep.

16/04/2026: Literally the best Cannoli I ate on Sicily. I've tried 2 options - chocolate and the one with fresh strawberries - totally worth it. Ricotta and chocolate creme were do silky and tasteful. Great job!

06/05/2026: High-end restaurant. I think I ate one of the best fried artichokes in the world. In addition to the à la carte menu, the restaurant offers both meat and fish tasting menus. Perfect service with spot-on wine recommendations. For a romantic dinner, it's a great choice. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the excellent, traditional cuisine of the Viterbo-Tuscia region, with authentic dishes that faithfully respect local traditions. ​Special praise goes to the owner, who is also the chef: a delightful person, very attentive to quality and customer service. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. ​The value for money? Simply EXCELLENT. A must-visit that I highly recommend to everyone!

20/04/2026: Yesterday, we went to lunch at Mater for the first time. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a beautiful, light-filled space with a stunning view of the mountains of the Casentino forests. A restaurant with many material references to the forest. The long glass window with the open kitchen is stunning, where you can watch chef Filippo and his team bustle about. The tables are well-spaced to ensure excellent privacy. You're then pleasantly welcomed by Marta, who manages the dining room with what I'd call excellent service. You can tell she loves her job and is truly professional. I can definitely say that Marta truly adds value to this Michelin-starred restaurant. You sit at the tables and are pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the table settings, with truly refined, sometimes even vintage, objects. The dining room staff is very welcoming, kind, but not intrusive. The cuisine is highly refined while maintaining the local flavours, with produce from the garden you can see outside on the terrace. Marta's particular attention to detail in preparing highly sophisticated cocktails and liqueurs (like absinthe) at the end of the meal is also very pleasing. We'll definitely be back...maybe for dinner because I think it's a wonderful atmosphere. Congratulations and keep up the good work...Marta and Filippo!!!! See you soon!!!!! Thank you!! 26/04/2026: We decided to have lunch out late in the morning and chose Radis. We were welcomed well even though there was a private party. The service was good and the dishes chosen were excellent. What can I say? Try it and believe it... we've already been there other times but we'll be back 🌺
