There wasn't a single dish we didn't like, the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the preparation are evident. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

I highly recommend Radis, which offers a menu of traditional dishes updated with modern preparations and cooking techniques, as well as Eastern influences. I personally recommend trying their "Shokupan" dish. The wine cellar showcases the local wines. We greatly appreciated the preparation and kindness of the staff who served us in their open-air dining room. Finally, their menu prices are absolutely in line with the quality and deliciousness of their dishes.

15/05/2026: The location and lake view are fabulous. The service is elegant and genuine, attentive yet discreet, led by owner Emanuele, who boasts over 50 years of experience. Dogs are welcome. The food is nothing short of perfect, generously sized and of the highest quality. We ordered two tasting menus (€140 each), which included everything from appetizer to dessert, accompanied by a good Gewürztraminer served at just the right temperature. The dishes were excellent and served on time. The coffee was excellent. It seats about 36, so reservations are recommended. Ample indoor parking.

24/05/2026: For lunch, two of us ate an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The dishes were original and excellent, beautifully presented. A small lapse in service was promptly and generously remedied. The interior was very comfortable, with a priceless location and view inside the Reggia di Venaria. A place I'd like to return to.

The meticulous attention to detail, the thoughtfulness in every single dish, and the careful selection of wines were tangible. Chef Russo was more than welcoming, making us feel at ease. Reservations are available both through their website and the TheFork app. The only downside is that the tasting menus offered on the platforms vary based on the number of courses rather than the price, so you'll need to decide which booking channel to choose based on your preferences. In any case, the final bill was fair. They accept pets, which isn't a given. The lack of free parking in the immediate vicinity (there's paid parking at the Reggia) is certainly a drawback, or I probably missed it.

15/05/2026: Lots of appearances, but little substance. Unfortunately, the meal was marred by the incessant barking of a dog, ignored by both the owners and the restaurant staff. It was almost impossible to speak, and the space was so small and stuffy that the only thing left to do was run away, as the poor dog would have wanted... Since it's incredibly expensive, it's not worth the risk.

14/06/2026: After booking months in advance, and at the culmination of a trip to northern Italy with my Belgian girlfriend, we finally had lunch at Centro in Priocca. The atmosphere was sublime, the welcome phenomenal, and we truly felt pampered and at home. The traditional Piedmontese tasting menu left us literally speechless; dishes like the Russian salad or the reinterpretation of bread, butter, and anchovies in the shape of agnolotti del plin were breathtaking. My girlfriend and I had a culinary experience of the highest caliber, and our recommendation is to come to Elide and let yourself be pampered by her cuisine. A huge thank you and applause to the many staff, waiters, waiters, and sommeliers who guided us on this journey, demonstrating incredible professionalism, including having to explain the dishes and wines first in Italian and then in French so that my girlfriend could fully understand the entire process. You were truly phenomenal, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

For a first visit, I recommend the tasting menu (€125); you'll leave with a clear idea of ​​the strong points and the small imperfections. Excellent selection of champagnes. 06/05/2026: High-end restaurant. I think I ate one of the best fried artichokes in the world. In addition to the à la carte menu, the restaurant offers both meat and fish tasting menus. Perfect service with spot-on wine recommendations. For a romantic dinner, it's a great choice. Highly recommended.

Special mention for the lasagna (absolutely divine!), the homemade mozzarella, and the charcuterie. The tiramisu is exceptional, as is the lemon cake! A must-visit, and a huge thank you again to the owner and his wife for their hospitality.

The wine list is also something to look forward to. All in all one of the best experiences in a star restaurant we ever had, we will definitely come back again.
