16/03/2026: We loved our time at this restaurant. We had the 5-course menu! It was incredibly generous! The staff also gave excellent wine recommendations (and not just the most expensive ones)! I highly recommend it.

06/03/2026: The menu has changed from what "google photos" has, so better to double check before coming. However, service was amazing and restaurant made the best to adjust to what we wanted. We got 2 tasting menus. Food was really good, not wow effect, but good. If you look for fine dining this is worth trying with budget 100+ per person.

04/01/2026: Excellent food, excellent wild boar caratelli, homemade pasta, the homemade zabaglione dessert reminded me of my grandmother's, and the bulk wine was also good. Alessandro will take you on a wonderful culinary journey with great humor.

03/01/2026: A charming location in a panoramic square. The homemade pasta and the cuisine in general are excellent. Giuseppe, the owner, is kind and knowledgeable, a true host. Highly recommended.

12/03/2026: We found this restaurant for lunch during a day in Assisi. Very close to the Temple of Minerva (an excellent location), we luckily found a table without a reservation (though I recommend it during peak hours to avoid disappointment). Truly excellent food, with a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses (both meat and seafood), as well as a varied selection of pizzas. I personally recommend the Tozzetti di San Francesco, spectacular! The service was attentive and precise, although the wait was perhaps a bit long. It's still a lovely find in the heart of the city. One last positive note: the menu clearly lists allergens, which is not a given.

22/11/2025: Yesterday, November 21, 2025, Andrea and I celebrated our wedding...what can I say? Everything was beautiful, the staff was excellent, and the photographer was fantastic. The food was also very good and of high quality, and the service was impeccable. I recommend this villa to everyone.

20/02/2026: A sublime experience, with dishes that are true works of art. The atmosphere is elegant and refined. The service is impeccable and professional, with truly remarkable customer care. Start the experience with a bubble wrap to pop and relax, and end with a tiramisu encased in a cigar. An experience to repeat!

18/02/2026: A charming restaurant in the central Piazza del Castello. The location is stunning, right from the entrance (with its medieval sign). The restaurant is very bright and spacious, with huge windows overlooking the beautiful hilly landscape. We ate traditional Piacenza dishes, from cured meats to the first course (Pisarei beans). Herb ravioli and rose bread completed the menu. Impeccable service, extremely kind and precise. Fair prices.

28/01/2026: This is a belated posting which I felt compelled to write. On a cold winter’s day in mid Dec, we were treated to one of the most amazing dining experiences. Giovanni, thank you very very much to your professionalism, kindness and friendliness. The food was simple and yet fantastic. The setting with the view was truly splendid. Unforgettable. 28/08/2025: If it were possible to give it 10 stars, I would. A property in the heart of Tropea, just steps from the seafront and offering every comfort. A gem. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tropea, enjoy the town, the crystal-clear waters, and stay in an oasis of peace. Recommended for both families and couples. Book now—you won't regret it!

19/08/2025: The restaurant is an excellent choice for those who love authentic flavors, especially Tropea onions, the star of a richly varied appetizer and two first courses, one of which can easily be veganized by omitting the pecorino cheese without sacrificing flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every need, and the owner was particularly thoughtful, bringing me freshly picked figs after noticing my interest in the ones next to the cake. The location is welcoming and well-kept, and the dishes are refined and flavorful. The experience was very positive and delicious, although the price was high, commensurate with the quality and attentiveness of the service.

The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease, as if you were a guest at a friend's house. What makes this place truly special are the owners: kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome, taking care of every detail with great courtesy and a genuine hospitality that is increasingly rare these days. You can clearly sense the passion they put into their work and their sincere desire to make their guests feel at home. The cuisine also deserves a lot of praise. The four appetizers were varied, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors, a perfect start to the meal. The Genovese was simply exceptional: fragrant, enveloping, and cooked with great care, one of those dishes that wins you over at first bite and makes you want to mop up the bread right away. Our party was perfect thanks in part to their attentive service and warm hospitality, always discreet but ready to accommodate every need with a smile. A small place, but big in heart. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place where they feel truly welcomed.

03/03/2026: The external entrance leaves a lot to be desired but inside it is really very beautiful and welcoming, it has an intimate garden where you can do many nice things during the summer, the staff is very kind and available to every customer need, the food was really good

16/12/2025: Typical Roman cuisine: pasta caccio e Peppe and carbonara are top notch!! This is already our second time back. Excellent place for the selection and variety of wines from all over Italy. Compliments to the very kind and helpful staff!
