05/12/2025: A superior experience. My favorite among the Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried so far. Excellent quality, incredibly fresh fish, and revisited traditional dishes. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and quiet. A true oasis. The wine list boasts some of the best labels around. I highly recommend it.

Great cuisine, high-level professionalism, and friendliness.

18/12/2025: The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, the service is perfect. From the appetizer and prosecco to whet the appetite, to the choice of dishes paired with a 2018 Barolo. The service is impeccable, and the presentation of the dishes is equally so.

06/10/2025: A great tip for cake and tart lovers. Lots of unique cake creations. The idea of offering several smaller pieces for tasting is a good one. Wally's recipe books are also very interesting and motivating to try them yourself. We really enjoyed them.

05/11/2025: Luigi is a good host and master of the art, thoroughly describing his dishes and wine pairings. The three stars, rather than four, are due to the complete lack of tablecloths and the fact that I had to ask for cutlery to share some shared dishes with other diners. Even a simple white table runner, given the presence of a cutlery rest and the price, would prevent the (black) tables from being covered in fingerprints! Good luck, Luigi; you're already good, but you can still improve.

A warm, welcoming place reminiscent of old country kitchens, but nothing is left to chance.
Beautiful wooden tables where you can grab your cutlery if you need it by opening the drawers.
A spectacular mixed antipasto awaits us, everything delicious; upon our arrival, a small jar of olive oil is on the table.
The cuisine is typically Tuscan, and each of us had the opportunity to try excellent first and second courses.
The desserts... many small tastings, each one better than the last, all homemade.
Finally, an excellent coffee made with the good old moka pot!!
What can I say? I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

This place isn't just about eating; it's about experiencing, a brief yet profound journey through tradition and authenticity. It's truly a poet's elixir. Exceptional vegetarian cuisine, rich in aromas and flavors, perfectly complemented by the owners' empathy.
Seats are limited; reservations are required well in advance.
27/11/2025: Wonderful experience. I visited the restaurant for lunch with friends. An unusual vegetarian meal, with touches of plant-based ingredients that enhanced the dishes. Locally sourced products. Guided by the very kind Andrea, who explained the dishes and the ingredients used, we were treated to a tasting experience that truly immersed us in the local area. Highly recommended.

We chose the five-course tasting menu and found it to be a delightful experience, every dish was interesting and full of flavor. Special thanks to Luca for the outstanding service.
13/12/2025: This was one of the best restaurant experiences of our lives, hands down. My husband surprised me with a reservation for my birthday dinner during our trip to Rome. We were absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality, cuisine and the overall atmosphere. We received wonderful chef’s compliments along with our 7-course meal selection too.
One of my favourite parts of the evening was the snack presentation hanging from a dry grape vine! This is so beautiful and creative.
At the end of the night, the chef himself came out to greet the customers and we had a chance to compliment him on the food personally.
Immaculate service from start to finish. We were extremely happy with our choice and now recommend the restaurant to all our friends.
I love it how the restaurant is in a quiet unremarkable location, but once you enter, it’s a completely different world inside.

The ambiance is wonderful in the old town; with a gentle breeze, you'll want to sit there forever.
Giovanni makes his own "spritz" with lime and mint; we drank several; it's wonderfully refreshing. Be sure to ask for it; it's not on the menu.
We also enjoyed two snack plates with Parma ham and mascarpone spread.
With the coffee, we also had a biscuit, typical of the region, with almonds. Very delicious.

01/12/2025: This place was phenomenal. Every single detail was perfect - the setting, the food, the wine and the service. We were thoroughly impressed with everything. Albino is extremely knowledgeable and selected an outstanding wine and Serena's dishes were divine. Thoroughly recommend!
10/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a bright, full-moon evening, we were guests at the Ristorante "baglio."
For starters, we enjoyed a freshly caught scampi tartare on crisp, aromatic leaf salad and a portion of flavorful eggplant cubes with tomatoes and Parmesan. For the main course, we had freshly caught lobster with tagliatelle, and for dessert, we chose a lemon cake drenched in fine limoncello. Everything was masterfully and tastefully prepared by Serena in the kitchen and served by her husband, a competent and caring host.
All this in the unique ambiance of the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

Enchanting and romantic location.
The menu is rich in creative dishes and interesting flavors, tasty and always well-balanced.
The service is professional but not "stiff."
The chef frequently visits the tables to explain his dishes and his philosophy with extreme courtesy.
05/12/2025: Interesting experience. I liked the location, somewhere between rustic and elegant. The delicious bread and the excellent olive oil were an added bonus that will make me remember the pleasant evening.
