01/04/2024: Third visit, still a wonderful time. The welcome, the service, the staff and of course the cuisine. Perfect tasting menu so many flavors and textures, accompanied by wine very well recommended by the sommelier And a truly exceptional hostess. Efficient smiling in short a very pleasant moment.

15/03/2024: There is a lot of talent in the kitchen and it can be found in the dishes with excellent raw materials and always successful combinations that come together and enhance each other. The cellar is excellent, with honest prices. Always attentive and discreet service in a chic environment. Absolutely worth trying.

29/03/2024: A very careful and tasty kitchen. The place is well arranged and clean. Pleasant atmosphere. The maître d' was very pleasant and enthusiastic, you could tell he liked his job.

31/03/2024: Exceptional restaurant! Upon arrival, the manager welcomed us in a very friendly manner. We are French, he notices this and begins to speak to us in French after ensuring that it suits us. He explains the menu to us clearly and everything looks excellent. Indeed the cuisine is truly wonderful: taste, seasoning, beautiful presentation and typical dishes from the Ligurian region. The wine advice was also perfect. In short: impeccable and warm service, tasty and original cuisine, and all that at unbeatable low prices. We will come back without hesitation!

24/03/2024: Fantastic experience! The food was truly exceptional, very refined taste. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does, you can tell from how he talks about the various dishes, explaining the story behind them (such as for the capun magro)! Excellent value for money!

31/03/2024: We had dinner on the evening of Easter 2024. An appetizer, a first course and a dessert. Everything delicious. Compliments to the chef. Definitely coming back.

30/03/2024: This gelateria is very good. The size of the ice creams, however, is too small.

29/02/2024: This tiramisu is a marvel! And gluten-free too! One of the best eaten in Italy. I haven't tried the ice creams but they look delicious.

25/03/2024: The Matamà is the top dog and with some justification. They are really serious about their passion for meat and there are more exotic things than steak. The meal (lamb shank on artichoke cream) was a poem. Only with the Contorno (Insalata Mista) did the common practice of paying too little attention to the supposedly small detail fall back a little. Overall, a somewhat unloving bunch. Tip: Blanch the onions in the microwave with a little olive oil and salt. Very nice wine, service very friendly and willing to answer questions. The organization in time windows takes some getting used to, which has a slight impact on the room climate. If you like starters and desserts, you have to stick with it. Or go there at 9 p.m. Prices high but reasonable. Nothing for every evening.

22/03/2024: Un risveglio dei sensi, i piatti un' opera d' arte. L' armonia dei complessi sapori come un brano di musica orchestrata. Siamo decisamente rimasti sbalorditi dall' esperienza. Bello il locale. Tante le portate. Non siamo riusciti a finire la piccola pasticceria che quindi ci è stata impacchettata da portare a casa. Spero di poterci tornare presto. Nel frattempo la memoria di quei sapori che si avvicendano e si inseguono rimarrà sicuramente viva. Grazie infinite per l' esperienza.
