This attention to detail is truly rare and delightful, both for its respect for the customer and its ability to prevent waste. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and the recipes are traditional but with some truly original combinations. I recommend booking; on a Monday night, the place was fully booked. 24/08/2025: I've known Nando's for years, and every time I return, it's a confirmation. Confirmation that the food is truly excellent. That the quality of the ingredients is undeniably top-notch. That the wine list and service are top-notch. That the quality/price ratio is extremely favorable (if you want to eat on a budget, avoid quality places). That in the area (and even beyond) it's difficult to eat better and have such a satisfying dining experience. Unfortunately—as I read in other reviews—this excellence of Friulian cuisine isn't always appreciated by its fellow citizens, and that's a shame because I've always found in this restaurant, besides excellent food, a constant desire to improve, with new and creative dishes offered each time, with truly top-notch results. I've been going there for years with satisfaction, and I'm sure I'll return with equal pleasure in the years to come. As a testament to its excellence, I've included a few photos taken during my numerous visits, ensuring that I've tasted and finished every dish without ever finding the slightest flaw!

28/09/2025: The food is mostly served on paper plates, but the lack of ambiance isn't reflected in the price. The food was good, but the service took a bit of time. Crostini (oily, fried cubes of white bread) are served with the aperitif and wine without asking. You pay for them even if you don't touch them. Well, you just don't tip. Still, the way they're trying to boost sales is questionable.

05/10/2025: Bring an appetite - this warm and friendly "down home cooking" place was exactly what we needed after our wine tasting. Excellent meats, delicious cheeses and fire grilled veggies that kept us more than happy. These are the type of places that the real Italy is all about, so if you are in the country-side and want to experience something more authentic than the tourist traps, then start with the place and just keep exploring. You won't regret it!
