The quality of the fish has always been excellent, with the freshest ingredients showcased to the fullest thanks to a simple and respectful cuisine. The owner is a wonderful person: attentive, helpful, and always ready to recommend the best options based on the day and the catch. Trust him, you won't go wrong. The real must? The selection of appetizers: raw, warm, and cooked. A journey of flavor that captures the lagoon like few others. What I particularly appreciate is the absolute respect for seasonality and local catch: you don't come here to find the same things over and over again, but to taste what the sea and lagoon have to offer at that moment. It's a philosophy that requires trust, but one that always pays off, and which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare these days. The wine selection is also very pleasant, mostly from Friuli but with a few fine Slovenian labels, perfectly in tune with the restaurant's cuisine and the surrounding area. If you're looking for authenticity, passion, and fish prepared to perfection, this is the place. We'll return time and time again. A little tip: book well in advance, especially in the summer. Given the restaurant's popularity and well-deserved success, securing a table at the last minute is practically impossible.
