20/08/2024: Very high quality-price ratio, traditional food made to perfection

15/08/2024: Excellent romantic location, with its overall style, from the table linen included, to a ceremonial or event style on large, spacious circular tables (which is very rare) with an excellent "cart d'or" of various food choices (meat or fish), on a meat basis the fillets with green pepper or balsamic vinegar were excellent... they melted in your mouth, from their softness and great taste! Not to mention everything else on the side and the good still sweet Lambrusco typical of the place. Fast table service and advice in all its parts. Medium-high price, but worth it all! Very kind anyway at the discount checkout and more. I highly recommend it as a couple, in a group of friends or as a work meeting due to various events (e.g. pre_Christmas or pre_summer exodus, Easter etc...). Greetings and thank you very much. 09/09/2024: prima volta che ci vado e devo dire che sono rimasto entusiasta. il cibo è buonissimo e le porzioni corrette (molto utile per la formula all you can eat visto che puoi assaggiare tutto). sono velocissimi nel preparare e si ordina tutto da smartphone con apposita webapp. consigliato

05/12/2024: We were today in this Osteria immersed in the Reggio countryside, the cuisine was excellent, quality raw materials treated with simplicity, in line with the concept of the Osteria, with a nod to more "elegant" restaurants, the service was discreet and kind, the location was deliberately rural, perhaps it would require a little more attention, a flaw is the chair which in my opinion is a little uncomfortable, but ultimately it recalls the surrounding style. They also have a summer one which in my opinion gives emotions in the evening. The price is absolutely in line with the current market, I would say very honest considering the quality of the food. Definitely worth trying!

11/04/2024: It's a shame we can only assign 5 stars, I would have given more! Super tasty lunch break. Excellent first and second courses, excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Menu with nice choice, pasta, meat, fish and vegetables. The glass of Falanghina is also excellent. Excellent quality/price ratio. The staff is very kind and attentive. Well done!

05/04/2024: Excellent food, shame we didn't have any appetizers for a starter, only fries. Badly poured beers, dirty glasses😥. I think the waitress had no teeth, she never smiled😱. Small place then at a certain point the loud disco music... maybe they wanted us to leave!? (It was 11.45pm on a Friday😶). I took the liberty of asking not to allow smoking at the table and the owner, with a wink at the table next to mine, allowed smoking at the counter... making me seem like a nuisance and also a bit stupid, a bad move. Too bad because I ate well, but it's not my place🤷🏼‍♀️

The respect for the raw materials, the atmosphere of the tavern, the great competence of the owners ensure that the time spent at Baccabianca is pleasant for the palate and beyond. High level products, expertly cooked and elaborated but never betrayed in their nature and essence. Essential menu, always well studied, fresh and seasonal elements, with some off-menu items. Excellent and varied list of wines, which can accompany all dishes, both land and sea, up to desserts and some fine gems in the spirits. Commendable note for the homemade first courses and desserts, but the friendliness of the innkeeper is not secondary.

27/08/2024: On a hot and sultry Sunday in August, we decide, with a little notice, to spend a few hours in the lower Reggio Emilia area between Campegine and Castelnovo di Sotto. Beautiful room with veranda, air conditioned obviously, and heated if necessary, but the outdoor area for cool evenings or mild mornings is equally inviting. Well-executed dishes, even for the most demanding palates. Starters, first and second courses both from sea and land, limited menu, symbol of a careful search for raw materials and a preference for the seasonality of the products. Personally, I tend to avoid restaurants where it takes you no less than 3/4 of an hour to read the menu and you're the first to ask what's on offer other than what's on offer. The owner Dino, an expert and wise sommelier and friendly host, knows how to carefully advise you and direct you in pairing the wines with the various dishes. Leave a corner for desserts which are always a very welcome ending.

07/11/2024: My husband and I returned about 15 days ago, for dinner, and as every time we are always welcomed by Gabriele, dad and mom with kindness and friendliness (even if we had booked at the last moment). An advantage of this inn is intimacy (precisely because it is a small place) but above all the goodness of the tortelli and the beef fillet, cooked just right with a side of spring onions. We recommend Giovanni and Catia

06/10/2024: Ate the best burgers of my life! The tasty ass and she sweated more than me. The staff is very kind and the place is familiar and suitable for evenings with friends. A great place in Bibbiano, thank you very much and I still recommend the Meat Mountain burgers. See you again soon

12/11/2024: My partner and I went here for dinner. The context inside the castle is truly wonderful as is the venue itself. The food was great and the service was friendly and pleasant. We tried the mixed cured meats with the fried gnocco. The cured meats were excellent and the fried gnocco well. As a second course we tried the fillet and the Milanese, both cooked well and very tender. as a wine they recommended a spergola from a local winery, an excellent discovery
