09/06/2026: I ordered a set menu which, at least as stated on the menu, included a main course, side dish, water, and coffee for 13 euros. I received four slices (really four) of turkey breast and bread to go with it. No side dish was provided. Price: 13 euros. Not to mention the "friendly" waitress, who seemed to be doing me a favor. I didn't think the prices at Arci clubs in Reggio were so high.

21/11/2025: We went there for an unexpected occasion, without a reservation. The welcome was excellent, as was the overall service. I recommend the charcuterie board with fried gnocco, green and pumpkin tortelli, and stracotto. Everything was very good.

19/04/2026: This restaurant serves traditional local dishes, though they focus heavily on gnocco fritto and tigelle. It's a shame the gnocco fritto is a bit greasy, because the cured meats are truly delicious.
The restaurant is easily accessible, with parking well-proportioned to the number of tables.
A charming and welcoming place.
The prices are reasonable, with a good quality-to-price ratio.
Recommended!!

29/03/2026: Piadina.RE offers a wide selection of piadinas. I ordered two different piadinas to go, and they were excellent. The baking soda in the dough is a good idea, making the piadinas easier to digest.
You can dine at the tables under the portico or inside the restaurant. Reasonable prices, as you can see from the menu. I'll be back.

06/06/2026: A CULINARY GEM AT THE SLOPES OF OUR HILLS
I visited this restaurant three consecutive nights with about 30 friends from all over the world. Each evening had a themed dinner (traditional Reggio Emilia, featuring parmesan, tortelli, and fresh pasta), and every evening we had a wonderful dinner: the tortelli verdi and tortelli di zucca were especially exceptional. The owners and staff were extremely kind and professional, the restaurant was very welcoming, and the food, as mentioned, was excellent. The wine selection was also excellent. I will definitely repeat the experience.
01/06/2026: A beautifully situated restaurant in the countryside with a wide selection of local culinary delights and fine wines. The team is extremely hospitable and caters to every dietary requirement.

31/05/2026: I stayed here with my family for three nights during the scorching heat of a summery May. The view from outside is enchanting, overlooking the lush greenery of these nature-rich areas.
The outdoor dinner was very pleasant, though it's a shame that one day the restaurant was closed, otherwise we would have definitely eaten here. The food is excellent, offering quality local products at fair prices.
The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and more than adequately spacious.
The service is good, as is the breakfast. On-site parking is right in front of the rooms.
A thoroughly pleasant experience, I would gladly repeat.
28/05/2026: We recently celebrated our wedding at Cavazzone and had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day, and the Maître d', Davide, helped us organize everything, taking our every request to heart.
Both the aperitif buffet and dinner left our guests more than satisfied: the dishes were carefully crafted, authentic local cuisine.
Thanks to the beautiful day, we enjoyed the panoramic terrace from sunset until after dinner.
We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, refined, and warm celebration!

02/05/2026: May 1st lunch for 10 people. The owner, kind and very accommodating, with courtesy towards the most demanding customers, offered us a round of cured meats/cheese appetizers with erbazzone and fried gnocco: excellent. Then we had 8 first courses, including tagliatelle and homemade ravioli: overall good, and 2 second courses of wild boar with polenta: decent.
Drinks: 1L of red and 1/2L of white, 4L of water, and 8 coffees.
Fast service and great staff (great Gianca!)
We spent 26 euros each!!
Overall, a great experience with an unexpected finishing touch: he offered us limoncello. 😍 Chapeau!
27/04/2026: A slightly old-fashioned restaurant, but with remarkable quality and a very kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly owner.
We had their special with gnocco and cold cuts and two half portions of sublime ravioli and tagliatelle with prosciutto sauce. Everything was really good.
Highly recommended.
