Its strong point is undoubtedly the staff: extremely kind, friendly, extremely patient, and always available, as well as knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs. This is a service that is increasingly rare these days. The tramezzini deserve a special mention: without a doubt the best in the area. They are freshly prepared upon request, with fresh ingredients, and the result is truly different from traditional pre-packaged items. The restaurant is welcoming, well-air-conditioned, and also features a pleasant outdoor terrace, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Parking makes everything even more convenient. It's the ideal place for breakfast, a quick lunch, or an aperitif with friends. A well-kept venue, with excellent service and quality products. 100% recommended!

06/07/2026: First time here on Sunday for lunch, and we had a great time. The fish appetizer and paccheri were good. We also enjoyed the pizza. Friendly staff, nice location. We'll be back with friends.

24/05/2026: Ordered two pizzas, one of which was pulled pizza. There's no difference between the pulled pizza and the regular pizza except for the €2 extra. Waiting time: 1 hour and 5 minutes A big ✝️ and never again!!!!!!

09/08/2026: On a friend's advice, I decided to go for pizza for dinner. It's true that it's a Saturday night, but waiting an hour for a pizza seems a bit long. The dough was light and thin, with a crispy crust, but the toppings were sparse. In the end, I asked for the bill several times, but it never arrived.

25/06/2026: Absolutely serene place. We came to Varenna with a plan to explore the lake for a day, ended up spending it here instead. Beautiful views, great staff, lovely food and the Italian Stallion manager was great.

28/01/2026: A very nice and well-kept place. The cuisine is very good and well-prepared. Recommended for more intimate and quiet evenings. Excellent selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. I'll gladly return this spring/summer for drinks and food when the outdoor area opens.

02/01/2026: Turned up on a foggy night, both town and the bar half empty. Sat down being ignored for 10 mins, then a rude waitress ask whether we have habe been sat down or just get in. Apparently the table was booked, as well as all the other empty ones, we couldnt possibly stay. And got told off for sitting without asking, in a place that used to be a friendly, polite bar. Sorry dear Galera, this was my last visit. Also please fire that waitress if you at all care for customers.

26/06/2026: Excellent for traditional Emilian dishes and pizza, excellent gnocco fritto, the service is very friendly and fast. We went on a Sunday evening and it was busy. It's best to book.
