29/07/2026: An extremely positive experience. A very elegant place, extremely well-kept and clean, from the tables to the bathrooms, to the smallest details inside. We ate very well and saw the care and dedication these two young people put into what they do. From Erika's excellent service in the dining room to the love the chef puts into his dishes. It's truly admirable to see that nowadays there are still young and determined people who want to challenge themselves in such a challenging world as the restaurant industry. And I emphasize that this is clearly evident from the moment you walk in the door. Despite my food allergies, dishes adapted to my dietary needs were prepared quickly and with great flavor without making me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this experience.

22/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance. The pizza is really good, with a thick, fluffy crust. I recommend booking ahead, even during the week.

19/04/2026: It's a sure thing by now... it was the first pizza I ate in Reggio as a non-resident. It remains, to this day, the best!

02/08/2026: Good, but €7 for a portion of cheesecake that was the size of an SD card made me reconsider. Good food, but overpriced for what I ate.

01/08/2026: We ate here because it was on our route and we were blown away. We ordered the Scamorza and Sformatino as starters, which were very good. For our main courses, the Tortelli with Cipolla di Tropea and the Tagliatelle with Ragu di Antra were amazing, some of the best pasta we've ever had, a 10 out of 10. For dessert, the Mascarpone was absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Without a doubt, this is a restaurant you should visit if it's nearby—authentic Italian and delicious.

20/07/2026: In a beautiful villa with a well-kept garden and veranda overlooking it, we had lunch at this restaurant for the first time... impeccable and efficient service in describing the day's off-menu items... professional but also friendly... excellent entree with creamed cod, first courses really well executed and plated as well as tasty including those with summer truffle... as a second course, masterfully cooked duck breast with fantastic pumpkin ice cream!! Very fresh and delicious homemade ice creams and sorbets preceded by an excellent pre-dessert!! What can I say... I can't wait to go back!!

11/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant almost by chance and called at the last minute to reserve a table for two. Despite the sudden request, we were greeted with great warmth. Our dog was also welcomed and immediately brought a bowl of fresh water, a gesture we truly appreciated. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. Since it was difficult to navigate the many labels, a local wine was recommended. It was a perfect choice, perfectly in line with our tastes. The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. One of the dishes, however, wasn't what we expected. Without further ado, the staff immediately offered to replace it with another dish. Truly professional and customer-focused service. We also loved the atmosphere: elegant, welcoming, and relaxing. We also appreciated the little touches: a welcome amuse-bouche, a small cake offered while we waited for dessert, and, finally, delicious cookies served with coffee. These are the details that make the difference and demonstrate the passion with which this restaurant welcomes its guests. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but it's definitely worth seeking out. Impeccable service, excellent cuisine, excellent wine recommendations, and sincere hospitality: we recommend it without reservation and will gladly return.

01/05/2026: The service was truly excellent. The food was lovely, the square was lovely, and we ate in the sun. But I didn't really appreciate the second serving of first courses... I didn't find the ingredients well combined, a little banal, I don't know. I wasn't satisfied.

30/04/2026: A restaurant with an interesting selection of vegan dishes that doesn't compromise on flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is helpful even during the busiest times. The prices are typical for vegan restaurants. Order the spelt or rice to fill you up properly.

17/07/2026: Aside from the wide selection of dishes, all pork-based, of course, and cooked beautifully, even using low-temperature techniques, you can also find some tasty souvenirs. The place is decorated in a fun and humorous way, the atmosphere is cheerful and convivial, and everyone is happy to chat and share anecdotes and details about the dishes and their products. Besides enjoying the dinner, I felt right at home!

I specifically sought out a place in that area, a truly unique establishment where you can feel the history, with dishes with intense flavors, simple and traditional but revisited in the best possible way. The staff was truly kind and knowledgeable... higher than average price but a fantastic experience.

05/07/2026: Truly, very good! After a few years away, we returned to this beautiful restaurant located in a charming and historic 19th-century former dairy farm. Inside, you'll find a rustic atmosphere, with strong references to the rural past, highlighted by terracotta floors, domed ceilings in the central hall, and large windows. The interior spaces are divided into several rooms, each with wooden tables set with classic table settings. At the heart of the culinary offering is the rediscovery of traditional Emilian flavors, reinterpreted with a modern sensibility. The cuisine is based on seasonality, a short supply chain, and a zero-mile philosophy. (Bonus) We tasted our best beef tartare (diced croutons, a drop of lemon balm, traditional Reggiano DOP balsamic vinegar, sweet browned Cervia salt), a selection of Badessa cured meats (accompanied by yeast-free fried gnocchi, Violino "Cushot" Reggiana sheep ham, 35/40-month reserve prosciutto, thinly sliced, highly matured coppa, and ancient natural salami), half a pacchero pasta made with Reggiano wheat, bronze-drawn by us (sautéed with a white sauce, rabbit ragù, and a sweet and sour melting shallot), citrus-flavored guinea fowl leg (glazed with Marolese acacia honey and a juniper reduction), a sardine-based interpretation of veal with tuna sauce (with its classic sauce, seasonal vegetarian cream, BadessaLAB giardiniera, and legal herbs), roasted potatoes with their skins on, and barley coffee tiramisu (whipped mascarpone cheese). with our ladyfingers soaked in a cocoa and barley coffee glaze), Zuppa Inglese (our homemade ladyfingers, yellow and chocolate cream, liqueur syrup, and fruity fried black cherry jam), and panna cotta with a fior di latte effect. All the dishes we chose were truly delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was courteous and fast, and the quality/price ratio was truly excellent. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

04/06/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the historic restaurant. The menu offers a variety of fish and meat dishes, and you can choose from several tasting menus. An interesting summer menu is also available.

03/06/2026: Wonderful restaurant inside, excellent, professional service. Excellent ingredients, meticulously prepared dishes. Divinely delicious boiled meat served with their mixed saline. Delicious first courses. Ditto the desserts. The meticulously maintained restaurant begs to be photographed, it's wonderful. The price is certainly not cheap...but it's worth it. The boiled meat cost €29. But the price is absolutely justified. We'll definitely be back.

06/07/2026: An absolutely perfect evening for two. The atmosphere was sophisticated but not stuffy, and we immediately felt at ease. Just the right amount of space between the tables, with background music, allowing us to chat while waiting for our food. The service was impeccable; the ladies in the dining room accommodated our every request without being intrusive. And then there were the dishes. One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever tried. Meticulously presented, excellent ingredients and incredibly fresh fish, expertly prepared, with flavor combinations that are unexpected yet delicious. Kudos to the entire staff; you're fantastic.
