22/01/2026: The pizza is very good and easy to digest. Honestly, though, we need to start remembering the customers who come back often, and avoid "your reservation has been accepted" replies to reservations, instead telling them when the table needs to be vacated first, and then telling them what else to do. It takes a bit of skill and empathy. All in a constructive way, and this applies to many pizzerias.

12/01/2026: A very well-maintained farmhouse, perfect for ceremonies and events, but also suitable for a vacation due to its convenient proximity to the highway and the cities of Parma and Reggio Emilia. The rooms are also very beautiful, spacious, and quiet. You sleep very well. The food is delicious and the staff is exceptional.

02/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner 2026 with family and friends. The dinner featured excellent, generous dishes. The staff was friendly and professional. The owner even stopped by to check on everyone's dinner. The price was reasonable for the evening.

02/02/2026: A wonderful farmhouse surrounded by nature, located just a few kilometers from Pitigliano (a tuff city). We stayed there overnight and enjoyed the generous breakfast included. There's also a restaurant nearby, offering dinner on site. The rooms are well-kept and clean. Local produce can be purchased on site.

02/01/2026: La Collina is a beautiful agriturismo located in the Pitigliano (GR) countryside. I had the opportunity to try the restaurant and was completely satisfied! The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the ingredients were authentic. The location is stunning, immersed in the Tuscan countryside. 5 stars!

13/01/2026: True gastronomical experience with tradition at the root, and it’s refreshing and comforting. No clue why they took away the star from them at Michelin, but this is a highly recommended venue.

08/01/2026: After a couple of years, I'm returning to a restaurant I loved...unfortunately, I find the prices not in line with the quality, and the service, while professional, is rather slow and sterile. The passatelli is tasteless, the boiled meat is decent but not as exceptional as it once was. The cutlet Bolognese is nothing exciting, everything is passable but nothing enchanting. In some trattorias, you can eat better or the same but for at least half the price. The wine list is nice, but with few accessible labels. What a shame!

03/02/2026: Spectacular risottos. The wines paired perfectly and were very good. The Pellizziari prosciutto and the delicious focaccia served with it were also excellent. Top service. The atmosphere was also excellent. The portions were adequate. It's a shame the audience wasn't very courteous toward the speakers: there was a lot of background noise.

03/01/2026: Typical Emilian trattoria/osteria. Typical dishes, but especially the authentic Bollito Cart. Excellent ingredients, excellent sides and sauces. Excellent service. Medium to high prices. If you want to taste a real Bollito, you have to stop here.

10/01/2026: The food was divine. I'm vegan, and they easily found tasty alternatives (which is definitely not a given). The best baked onions I've ever had. My daughter had the lamb, and she's still talking about it a week later. When I got the bill, I had to double-check because I thought there was a mistake and they'd forgotten to include half the meal. Instead, it was €63 for three of us, and we were incredibly full. I don't even order pizza here. It's a shame it's so far from home.

27/12/2025: A charming place with a fantastic selection of cocktails and wines... Highly recommended, not to be missed. There are tables outside, but the bar inside is truly worth a visit for its decor and atmosphere.

27/12/2025: Excellent cocktails. We had a Moscow Mule and a citrusy Japanese Gin and Tonic, which were spectacular. Excellent location. I think it's the best place in the square for a great aperitivo. Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices for being in the center.

23/12/2025: Pizzeria mostly for takeout, with some seating available outside or at the counter inside. Very friendly, fast, and helpful staff. The menu features mostly classic Neapolitan pizzas, but also includes some dishes and a general selection of sweet and savory dishes from Campania cuisine. The pizzas are well-prepared and flavorful, and you can taste the use of quality ingredients. The pizza dough is Neapolitan, not contemporary, meaning the crust isn't too wide, but not too thin, like a cartwheel—just right. The only difference I noticed is perhaps the use of higher hydration or oil in the dough, which makes the pizza tastier, almost like fried pizza, especially noticeable on the crust. Overall, excellent pizza, certainly among the best in the Modena area and beyond. The prices are very fair, and I absolutely recommend trying it.

04/12/2025: I go there every now and then to eat, and I have to say that I've tried everything they make, and it's all very good, top-quality products made really well, and what can I say about the pizza? It's delicious, it's not the classic Neapolitan pizza, it's soft. The products are excellent and the dough is well made. The people are polite and gentle, they have no arrogance, presumption, they are humble, hardworking and good people.

05/01/2026: Still fresh in the memory of today's group lunch at Quinta Terra in Rio Saliceto with friends, I want to tell you I'd go back tomorrow!!! Let's start with the reservation and agreement on the group menu. The management was very kind and helpful, with WhatsApp service. The menu is rich in Emilian tradition, from which I only had to choose a few dishes. It was hard because just reading it makes you like everything! Now I'll do something different. I don't have photos because we forgot to take them, but if you go to their pages you'll find them, and I guarantee they are exactly like that. I'm offering you the menu I put together. Go there and try it. EVERYTHING SUPERLATIVE and the price very competitive. My menu suggestion Appetizers - Scamorza cheese rolled on a bed of radicchio and balsamic vinegar cream - Pumpkin flan on Taleggio cheese fondue Two first courses: - Potato and speck tortelli with walnut sauce - Egg tagliolini with mushroom and sausage ragù Main course: - Roast pork cheek served with sautéed vegetables and potatoes With excellent, well-known wine for every three people. Then, off-menu, we ordered homemade desserts (zuppa inglese, torta tenerina, mascarpone with berries and chocolate shavings, and cheesecake), generous portions, a lemon and ginger sorbet that tasted like ice cream, and coffee. Fast and courteous service. They also offer the option of taking home in a well-protected tray the leftovers, which are not much... if you don't finish it all, there were more women than men, and we know we eat less. I am proud to say that in the lower Reggio Emilia area, there is such an excellent restaurant that retains the warmth and authenticity of the trattorias of the past. Unfortunately, it is always full and you have to book a month in advance if you are in a group.
