01/03/2024: I had never had the opportunity to dine in this place... already from the outside you can see the attention they put into the details... in summer the expanse must really be beautiful... inside no less... soft lights that make the place was very intimate... yesterday it was also pleasantly heated by the fireplace... friendly staff and a very clean place. The dishes are superlative, you can see and feel that they are prepared with passion... for those with a sweet tooth the dessert trolley cannot be missing... top of the top is the hazelnut cake which the owner personally prepares... fair prices for what you will taste...highly recommended

27/03/2024: Excellent service, quick arrival of the pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of pizzas and more. The desserts are much improved. The 4 stars and not 5 because the pizzas, in my opinion, should be a little more seasoned, or at least the management ask for an extra and relative garnish (right extra cost), in this way the customer has more customization for their own tastes . The place is new, but the soundproofing is not very efficient when the room is full, but this is a non-pizza discussion. On Saturday evenings it's packed, it's best to book, otherwise there's a long wait before a table becomes free.

25/03/2024: About fifteen minutes by car from Parma, this restaurant is really characteristic, very beautiful and the food is very good. There were three of us, at the beginning we were offered an entrée with buffalo mozzarella with tomato sauce, really good. I think it's due to the cover charge, €4 may be a lot, but it's justified by the entrée which is difficult to offer in other places. We took an appetizer of cured meats and one of cheeses, where there were 6 truly exceptional types, here there was also a sheet explaining the types present and then a first course of the day, mezzeniche from Gragnano with Angus made with Genoese ragù,, portion very abundant. The products are all of the highest quality, I must say that they also have a wide choice of wines of various prices, we had a very good Lambrusco on their recommendation. The staff is really kind and courteous, but also very knowledgeable. The price is justified by the quality of the products

06/04/2024: I ordered the pizza for 8.30pm, I went to get it at the appointed time, they kept saying that the pizza was almost ready, the problem is that the pizza was ready for 9.40pm; of the people who ordered pizza later and left early. I advise against booking if you don't have time to waste.

06/04/2024: Yesterday evening we were with friends, we ate: red grass, fried porcini mushrooms, fried gnocco with mixed cold cuts, grilled octopus, risotto with porcini mushrooms, cod, tortelli, dry passatelli. ALL VERY GOOD. To conclude, a stratospheric tiramisu.

29/03/2024: First of all, I want to respond to Silvano Laghetto's review: you invented everything from scratch at the floodplain, there is no fixed tourist menu and they can serve you tons of ham and cured meats. The menu at the Canbia floodplain depends on the seasons and they are all local dishes. tradition made with excellent quality products there is nothing wrong with the floodplain from the price to the food to the owners and the place. Don't listen to reviews made up by people who don't even know what good Italian and regional cuisine means. I recommend everyone to go there with a light heart. I greet Mr Vanni the owner and the chef his wife two delightful people

01/04/2024: I wasn't convinced by the kiss taste, I found it too bitter like chocolate and the hazelnuts a little wet... you can also add the hazelnuts at the moment so they don't lose their crunchiness. The rest good. Positive experience.
