21/11/2025: The place is always very cute and quaint. This time we tried the first courses, and I have to say they were good, but we weren't thrilled. Average value for money. I'll be back to try the second courses, hoping to give them a 5th star.

06/12/2025: A great experience at this osteria. The quality of the food is truly exceptional. Perhaps I was expecting a stronger flavor for the tagliolini, but they weren't quite as good. It was all washed down with an excellent Lambrusco di Sorbara Rosé.
04/12/2025: I have no complaints about the dishes offered, but paying €45 per person for a few pieces of gnocchi with accompanying cold cuts, a small sampling of erbazzoni, a first course, a dessert, and a coffee, all accompanied by a bottle of spergola divided between six people and several bottles of water, is definitely too much, in my humble opinion. In any case, I certainly won't be returning under these conditions.

30/11/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after 10 years, hoping things had improved.
Unfortunately, my hopes vanished as soon as the pizza arrived: it had shrunk, not to mention the toppings, which were very meager, I'd say barely any.
At the cash register, dear and kind Gaetano never gives everyone the option to pay for their own pizza. Whether the group is made up of five or 20, it makes little difference: you'll always end up paying €16-18 per person (pizza and drink).
Everything is exactly the same as 10 years ago... even though back then, when everything was cheaper, it was "only" €12 per person 😂
I hope in 10 years when I return I won't find pizza, baby, for €25 😅

28/10/2025: There are some magical encounters...chosen by chance on the way home, upon crossing the threshold, a world opened up in a setting that encapsulates the history of the place and the flavors of traditional products, treated with kindness and respect.
A place that encompasses excellence and a host who knows how to express his dedication to what he offers and to his guests.
In this case, yellow flowers weren't needed to stand out...or maybe they were there, but only we saw them!

07/12/2025: Ah bein presents itself as a community center, but it's more than that: in a quiet room with just a few tables, there's a restaurant serving traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine that doesn't make you miss the dishes your grandmothers and mothers used to make.
It retains the warm welcome of the community center, treating guests like "family."
Highly recommended!

13/12/2025: Well, what can I say? The best pizzeria I discovered through a friend of mine who sadly passed away. Fabulous pizzas with top-notch ingredients. Excellent homemade desserts. Beautiful, modern atmosphere. Young, talented, and knowledgeable staff. The owner is top notch. He makes you feel at ease.
