Pizzeria Fricando In Castelnovo di sotto

06/05/2026: Passing through the area, we wanted to try this place for a good pizza. When we arrived around 8:30 PM, the place was packed, so we asked a waitress if there was a table for three. After about a 10-minute wait, she kindly seated us: the place is very spacious, modern, well-maintained, and clean. The menu is extensive, even for a restaurant, plus the pizzeria offers three types of pizza (electric oven): regular, pulled (larger), and pan. I must say, the pizza was truly excellent: thin, well-cooked, and crispy, with quality ingredients! My pulled country pizza was truly spectacular! Excellent service, attentive waiters, delicious desserts (the only flaw was the zuppa inglese without cream), and fair prices. What can I say, absolutely satisfied! We highly recommend it! Compliments to all the staff 👏🏼👏🏼🔝🔝
