The pizza is excellent as always. Our Milanese friends ask us to take them to Fricando when they come to visit, there must be a reason! Our friends from Reggio Emilia too.

A takeout pizza dinner invitation. I chose a simple Margherita, which turned out to be truly delicious: fairly thin dough, flaky and well-cooked, without the rubbery texture. Sweet tomato sauce, flavorful mozzarella, perfectly measured salt, and a balanced topping. It arrived piping hot and intact in the box, with prompt service. I'm not considering the price because the pizza was free.

06/06/2026: A CULINARY GEM AT THE SLOPES OF OUR HILLS I visited this restaurant three consecutive nights with about 30 friends from all over the world. Each evening had a themed dinner (traditional Reggio Emilia, featuring parmesan, tortelli, and fresh pasta), and every evening we had a wonderful dinner: the tortelli verdi and tortelli di zucca were especially exceptional. The owners and staff were extremely kind and professional, the restaurant was very welcoming, and the food, as mentioned, was excellent. The wine selection was also excellent. I will definitely repeat the experience.
01/06/2026: A beautifully situated restaurant in the countryside with a wide selection of local culinary delights and fine wines. The team is extremely hospitable and caters to every dietary requirement.
