22/03/2026: A traditional, high-quality set menu. The fried gnocco appetizer is substantial yet light and not greasy, accompanied by quality cured meats. Then there are the tasty yet balanced tortelli and tagliolini. The traditional and sparkling Spergola make up for the lack of more renowned sparkling wines. The zeppola for dessert on Saint Joseph's Day is excellent! And the icing on the cake: an amazing coffee from a local roaster! AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, WORTH RECOMMENDING! And the quality/price ratio is spot on! Congratulations!
17/03/2026: On the recommendation of a friend, we stayed for a night at Agriturismo San Giuseppe. Before arriving, the owner, Massimiliano, sent us all the information we needed to get there and the dinner menu. He also told us where to visit a dairy where they make Parmigiano Reggiano cheese—a unique experience! And to top it all off, a dinner that I won't tell you about... try it and believe it! Thanks for the TOP hospitality.

22/03/2026: We spent a weekend with friends, but it was a fantastic discovery, starting with the very kind and helpful owner, the super clean rooms, and all the wonderful people who work there. The food was excellent, and I commend the owner's son, who cooked excellent ingredients, from cured meats to meats. We will definitely be back; the place is wonderful.

20/03/2026: Unfortunately, today is our departure day. If we hadn't already booked our next accommodation, we would have loved to extend our stay. We spent four very relaxing nights here. It was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Excursions to Lake Bolsena, Ovieto with its impressive cathedral, or the medieval town of Pritigliano are highly recommended. The wonderful and relaxing aspect is that when you return, this cozy restaurant is waiting for you. A huge compliment to the kitchen! Please continue with such love and dedication! We wish you many more lovely guests! And see you soon!

I have to say, we were really satisfied!
Excellent selection of tasty food (everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert). The place is small, well-kept, and very cute. The staff is very friendly.

31/03/2026: So, we found this place by chance, but being vegetarian, I was immediately enthusiastic. The atmosphere, like any vegan place, is very well-kept and attentive to detail. However, there were some things I didn't appreciate, like the paper plates. As for the food, there are some artisanal products and others that are visibly frozen. Furthermore, the portions are quite small and the quality of the dishes is absolutely not exceptional.

25/03/2026: I stayed as a couple, and while the room was quite spacious with a nice bathroom, there are a few things to consider. We found dust under the bed, the bathroom drain was broken, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, our stay wasn't bad; the hotel is pet-friendly, which is very convenient. The breakfast was well-stocked, the TV worked perfectly, and the staff was also friendly and helpful.

15/03/2026: Emilia's first Viking pub, a very characteristic venue. The two owners are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They serve excellent beers, of various types, and cider, as well as excellent food, not just tasty sandwiches. A must-visit even for those who aren't a regular at this type of venue. The venue is very welcoming, set in a splendid location at the foot of Rossena Castle, with views of Canossa Castle and the splendid valleys and lands of Matilda.

04/04/2026: An over-the-top place, deliberately friendly and entirely pork-focused. It's hilarious, and the owner is eccentric and super friendly. The food, all made exclusively with black pork, is excellent, nothing less than exceptional. If you like pork, a visit to the spa is a treat you must treat yourself to. You won't regret it.
04/04/2026: It was my first time at this osteria, and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! The quality of the food (pork is the star product) is excellent, a delight for the taste buds. The atmosphere is truly unique, original, and makes you feel immediately at ease. You can see several elements that demonstrate the owner's humor and passion, and I applaud him for his friendliness and ability to welcome customers like few others. The only flaw is the somewhat small size of the place, which partially limits the "room to maneuver" (but that's the least of it). Overall, I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

The location is charming and unique; we ate indoors, but in the warmer months, there's also the option of enjoying a splendid outdoor seating area. The food reflects local traditions and is of excellent quality; whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed. The service is courteous and prompt, and you'll also receive impeccable wine recommendations (including local and niche options). You can also purchase local products to take home. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is very well-maintained, the food exceptional, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The ingredients are top-quality, and the combinations in the dishes are original and sophisticated.

I've been there several times, including for dinner, and I've always had a great time!
I stopped by for a proper lunch break. I would have ordered the entire truffle menu, but since I had to get back to work, it seemed like a waste to wash it down with a Coke.
Local dishes, fresh and strictly homemade!!!
Convenient parking nearby.
P.S.: I highly recommend booking.
