But I didn't really appreciate the second serving of first courses... I didn't find the ingredients well combined, a little banal, I don't know. I wasn't satisfied.
30/04/2026: A restaurant with an interesting selection of vegan dishes that doesn't compromise on flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is helpful even during the busiest times. The prices are typical for vegan restaurants.
Order the spelt or rice to fill you up properly.

22/03/2026: We spent a weekend with friends, but it was a fantastic discovery, starting with the very kind and helpful owner, the super clean rooms, and all the wonderful people who work there. The food was excellent, and I commend the owner's son, who cooked excellent ingredients, from cured meats to meats. We will definitely be back; the place is wonderful.

20/03/2026: Unfortunately, today is our departure day. If we hadn't already booked our next accommodation, we would have loved to extend our stay. We spent four very relaxing nights here. It was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Excursions to Lake Bolsena, Ovieto with its impressive cathedral, or the medieval town of Pritigliano are highly recommended. The wonderful and relaxing aspect is that when you return, this cozy restaurant is waiting for you. A huge compliment to the kitchen! Please continue with such love and dedication! 28/04/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. We'd been wanting to go for a while, so we went for Easter.
We had a wonderful time, especially because of the native language and the Italo wine they produce.
We also discovered that you could buy the excellent Abbess's caramels with the sauce we'd just eaten. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: Among the restaurants housed in characteristic country farmhouses, I'd give Cavaliere a spot on the podium.
Welcome to the owner's courtesy and friendliness, we begin with a superb platter of cured meats accompanied by classic gnocco fritto and erbazzone bites. Next up are two first-class first courses: tagliatelle and truffle risotto, followed by the tender tagliata, cooked to perfection.
We conclude with a refreshing tiramisu, a culinary experience we hope to repeat soon.

Few tables and zero noise because of the noise-insulated ceiling. Great value for money. Must go!

Recommended.

15/03/2026: Emilia's first Viking pub, a very characteristic venue. The two owners are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They serve excellent beers, of various types, and cider, as well as excellent food, not just tasty sandwiches. A must-visit even for those who aren't a regular at this type of venue. The venue is very welcoming, set in a splendid location at the foot of Rossena Castle, with views of Canossa Castle and the splendid valleys and lands of Matilda.

19/04/2026: This is my second time there, and fortunately, I've had no disappointments, but I've been very satisfied with the good food and the wine.
Guys, it's one thing to talk about it, but it's another to live this culinary experience 🤤, everything was delicious. We chose the menu 6 and it was truly beyond excellent. The waiters were very kind, helpful 😅, and friendly, even willing to offer advice. Thanks guys. For what we ate and drank, I think it's the right price, considering the quality/price ratio. You can go there every 2-3 months 😅 Congratulations 🎉
