04/07/2026: We stayed one night at Agriturismo Ginepro and had a truly wonderful time. A special mention goes to Marzia, the owner: a delightful person, extremely kind, sweet, and super helpful, capable of making you feel right at home.
We also had dinner at their restaurant and were thrilled: the dishes were authentic and everything was truly delicious and of excellent quality. A fantastic experience that we recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back!
27/06/2026: This restaurant's location is truly remarkable, with an exceptional view of the Bismantova stone.
The dishes we tried were all excellent and reflect traditional cuisine.
Since we were there for lunch during the week, we ate in complete tranquility.
Thank you, I hope to return one day, as I'm far from the area!

25/06/2026: No tortelli, but meat and desserts are. The dining room is very beautiful, welcoming, and a bit rustic. A beautiful fireplace in the center of the room adds to the atmosphere. The desserts are fabulous, and the tagliatelle looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the tortelli lack flavor. The turnip one isn't bad, but the others absolutely need updating. It's strange because they're truly traditional from the hills, and there are plenty of delis that make them delicious. A shame. The green tortelli were very bland, the potato ones had a bit too much mash in them, the onion ones weren't bad, but you don't need much; the onion is very strong, so a little goes a long way. I won't be returning.
03/06/2026: The service was helpful, friendly, and attentive. We each ordered a slice of steak, which wasn't quite up to par for the price. The cured meats appetizer was good, though I still found it expensive for the portions. The location on the main floor is very well maintained, but the upstairs is a bit neglected.

The cuisine isn't bar-style, but rather excellent restaurant-style; the food is truly delicious. A wide selection of sweet and savory options for breakfast.
The wine cellar is excellent, offering a wide selection of important labels.
The staff is young, punctual, and always smiling.
05/04/2026: Stopped by early on a Sunday morning, tried the breakfast service, and found quality, courtesy, and attention to even the occasional passerby. Well done, you deserve all my compliments!

28/06/2026: A great surprise in Castelnuovo Monti! A very nice, flavorful wine bar and restaurant, ideal for lovers of fine wine. They have a remarkable selection of biodynamic wines, plus a good selection of French ones. The dishes are very good, but the portions aren't particularly generous; a little more wouldn't hurt. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, and they know a thing or two about wine. The dessert is also delicious. A great surprise, well done!
28/06/2026: I went to this restaurant with my grandmother and my brothers and we had a great time, the dishes were well prepared and the service was excellent!

23/08/2025: We ordered pizzas to go, a mix of pizzas by the slice for a birthday. Delicious, crispy yet soft and incredibly flavorful! Next time, we'll try the traditional round ones, which look delicious!

20/07/2026: Bar and snack bar... billiards room and giant screen for sporting and other events. Occasionally, DJ nights are also available. Table service, recently renovated decor. Courteous and polite staff, large summer terrace with gazebo. Recommended.

08/07/2026: Friendly staff. Homemade food; I recommend the lean or potato tortelli. The atmosphere is from another era. I'll definitely be back. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they forgot the water glasses. The price is more than fair.

I came with some friends, we ordered, and after an hour the food still hadn't arrived! We've noticed that this happens every time we come, not occasionally, even though there aren't many people.
I don't recommend it.
