I had the opportunity to try some of their meat dishes, including a truly delicious venison fillet with berry sauce. The meat was very tender and the sauce went perfectly with the flavor of the venison. La Baita D'Oro also boasts an excellent selection of wines, with a wide choice of national and international labels. You can order wine by the glass, which is a great way to sample different varieties without having to buy an entire bottle. Prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service more than justify the expense. Overall, Baita D'Oro is an excellent restaurant that offers a truly unique mountain dining experience. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good food and good wine.
