08/03/2026: Ristorante Cattini is located in a hidden green area in the hamlet of l'Orologia in Quattro Castella.
The interior dining room is medium-sized and very quaint.
The staff is professional and friendly.
The menu features a few traditional dishes at reasonable prices for the quantity/quality offered, and there's a wide selection of wines.
Their strong point is the variety of boiled and roast meats from the cart, served freshly to each diner.
The zuppa inglese is truly delicious.
The bathrooms are clean, despite the squat toilet in the women's room, which isn't ideal for everyone.
Outside, there's a small play area and a patio with some seating.
27/02/2026: A place that's one of my favorites, where time has stood still for a few years in favor of substance. The first courses are good, and the roasts and boiled meats are expertly cooked.
If I ever come back to the area,
I'll definitely return.

17/07/2026: This is how it should be. Good food, nice presentation, big selection of wines and after desert a nice grappa. Service was very friendly and happy to help make the best choices. The venue was nice, with a great view.
10/07/2026: I had dinner with friends at this trattoria and we had a great time. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients: the charcuterie and cheese platter was truly delicious. The first courses, second courses, and desserts were also very satisfying. The prices were a little above average, but justified by the quality. The staff were friendly and attentive.

12/07/2026: Simple pizzeria, very clean place, tables set with paper placemats, top staff, and if we want to talk about the pizza... I drive about 40 km to eat this pizza. Simply sublime. Good selection of beers.

The food was delicious and the value was excellent.

17/12/2025: I had lunch here on Sunday. I have to say the cured meats and tortelli were very good.
It's a shame about the wine; I ordered the Arsan Lambrusco and wasn't thrilled.

09/07/2026: Roncolo Park is located in the hills of Roncolo (Quattro Castella). Before the entrance, there are three free parking lots; the middle one has garbage bins. The entire park is fenced, and there are several dirt paths inside.
Past the gate, on the right, is a picnic area and a barbecue area (with fixed equipment) with tables and benches; the area is very busy on Saturdays and Sundays.
Continuing, you'll reach the Volare Bar Bistrot refreshment area (closed on Mondays); reservations are recommended.
Outside, there are tables where children's birthday parties can be held.
There is a drinking fountain.
Behind the bar, a large lawn is very popular at sunset.
A beautiful park in the Matildic Hills.
15/06/2026: Functional BBQ area, nice lawn for laying out with towels and playing cards.
There are several walking trails within the park, immersed in the greenery! Very pretty!
A final bonus: being located on a hill, there are some very picturesque panoramic views.
I recommend it for families (even with children), couples, and groups of friends.
I do not recommend it for people with limited mobility, as the park entrance is uphill.
Free parking is available outside the park.
Other services: restrooms (bring tissues and hand sanitizer), bar, and restaurant.

The portions are generous and the dishes are rich in flavor—a must-try. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the service is simple yet efficient. The price is incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended, but remember to book!
