02/02/2025: The Bacio del Cimone ham shop is the perfect place to eat the best crescentine and the best fried gnocco in the entire Modena Apennines, accompanied with cured meats, cheeses, stewed sausage, ricotta and local jams. Upon request they also do gluten-free cuisine. Highly recommended!!!

17/03/2025: Really special place! Delicious food, particular and refined combinations, tasty recipes and dishes that are also beautiful to look at. Very welcoming staff, exceptional chef Luca. You immediately feel at home, pampered, there is a lot of care for the customer, even in the small details. Then the decor, the music and even the ceramics are simply splendid! I always recommend it, to everyone 👌🏻

11/03/2025: Stunning place that left me truly amazed, once I eat here I doubt I will appreciate other places in Modena (I leave my doubts for the starred ones). Very pleasant entree with the hot focaccia which is truly amazing and the wonderful kombucha to finish. Incredible tigelle with a truly surprising flavour, the best I have ever tasted in my life. Ramen a little weaker in flavor (still incredible), but perhaps simply due to the savory boost of the tigelle. Really delicate baba with plum that is a bit reminiscent of Japanese umeoboshi and gives a nice boost. Really kind service, not invasive but at the same time present and pleasant. Many compliments to the chef and a special mention to the sourdough which gives a quantity of incredible aromas. Last note, which is absolutely not intended as a criticism: I am the first to strenuously defend the value of certain high-level products both when talking about quality and workmanship, but in my opinion some prices could be slightly lower. I would like to point out that it is just my opinion, in fact I cannot accurately assess the value of these products as I am not the one preparing them. I end by saying that I thank you guys for giving me this experience, keep it up.

23/02/2025: We celebrated a birthday on Saturday evening, about twenty people and we were all very happy. Very nice place, excellent food and the owner Filippo really helpful and kind. A special note to the guys who really offered us an excellent service; super helpful, always smiling and they really treated us with kid gloves. We will definitely be back!

05/01/2025: The farm is nothing short of wonderful, the passion of the owner Valentina and the staff makes it all commendable. the use of practically all zero km products, the organic wines, accompanied by a cuisine that is nothing short of marvelous... ensure that... we will be back soon, worthy of mention, the pastas and gnocco and tigelle but also the desserts. I recommend booking and taking the time to fully enjoy the places and also, if you live far away, to stay overnight.

19/01/2025: Locale ben posizionato nel centro di Mirandola, arredamento curato, sobrio ed elegante dove il colore bianco domina inequivocabilmente. Il menu proposto è interessante e ben interpretato con ingredienti di ottima qualità; non ho potuto valutare la carta dei vini in quanto ho bevuto un calice di ottima Ribolla Gialla alla mescita. Pur riconoscendo che le porzioni sono generose l'unica nota dolente sono i prezzi decisamente alti, o meglio fuori standard, ritengo che una revisione al ribasso pari al 20-25% gioverebbe alla frequentazione: oggi hanno servito n°8 coperti.

22/03/2025: Quiet environment, suitable for quiet evenings with family or friends. In winter it can accommodate about 20 people and for this reason I strongly recommend booking. In summer the seats double thanks to an outdoor area in front of the restaurant itself. Impeccable service and welcome. The girl in the dining room is always smiling, precise with the orders and the food is excellent. There is a wide choice of pizzas and not only that, you can also enjoy local food such as crescentine and local cured meats. Worthy of note among the desserts, the crunchy (strictly local) of Fiumalbo accompanied by mascarpone and chocolate or blueberries. I highly recommend it. Compliments

10/03/2025: Great food! I visited this place on the occasion of women's day. I thought it was one of those particularly formal places, but no. It represents a good compromise between intimacy and dynamism. We opted for platters and focaccias. Really great flavor! I recommend the focaccias with raw ham, but also and above all mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio. A delicacy! The wine we chose was a Valpolicella - Ripasso... very, very good: red, intense flavour, barely sparkling, decisive, but not strong. Average prices. I recommend yes!
