The food is made with high-quality ingredients, prepared in a simple yet incredibly flavorful way that allows you to truly taste every element on the plate. The service is on another level, attentive, professional, and warm, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The desserts are beautifully presented, the kind that make you want to try every single one. I chose the crema di mascarpone con frutti di bosco, and it was absolutely delicious. A place to return to, without a doubt. Highly recommended! 🍽️🇮🇹

31/10/2025: From sweet to savory, everything is delicious. Specialty croissants are incredibly delicious, a must try. The sales assistant is particularly kind and courteous. The place is welcoming and welcoming, definitely worth a try!

16/11/2025: We ordered a Prussian rib eye steak for two. The meat we received was very fatty, and only a small portion of it was edible. After complaining, we were told that this can happen, and were charged the full price, or €44, for a portion of which we could eat only a quarter.

15/11/2025: The Florentine steak served was excessively fatty. When we reported this to the manager, he simply replied, "It can happen," without any interest. We therefore ate very little meat, but were still charged full price. We consider such a clear complaint to have been handled superficially.

23/09/2025: Martina and I celebrated our wedding at this venue on September 21st. What was a unique day for us, for Gilberto, Davide, and their staff, is a tried-and-tested system, where every detail has been perfected with experience. The food was refined and plentiful. The venue was clean and tidy both before and during the event. Nothing deviated from what was agreed upon.

17/12/2025: Truly a welcoming place! El Sombrero is a pleasant surprise: the staff is super helpful, kind, and always smiling, making you feel right at home. The tigelle and gnocco fritto are delicious, unique, with doughs and combinations you won't find anywhere else, and the icing on the cake are their desserts. I recommend the mascarpone with semibarozzi cake and the zuppa inglese. Everything is carefully crafted and the attention to detail makes all the difference. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended! 🌮😋
