07/01/2026: Highly overrated in holiday reviews. Nothing exceptional, either in the rooms or the restaurant. For the price, you'd expect a little more, including the empathy of all the staff, and I mean everything. For this price, you can find much better in the Dolomites. We're in Fiumalbo, I remember...
28/12/2025: Very nice place surrounded by nature....good breakfast especially their biscuits and very nice and good place to taste very good things....clean and very well-kept rooms...for the super fantastic service of the legendary Umberto, always available and very kind....I recommend it to everyone

If you're looking for a place to savor all the tradition and immerse yourself in a traditional setting, this is the place.
The owner is very welcoming and cares about the guests' well-being.

Super good pizza, the best in the Serina Valley.
In addition to pizza, they offer typical dishes that change frequently, so you can always find something different and tasty.
Comfortable, clean place, and FABULOUS staff.
Kind, professional, and super efficient.

03/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and quickly regretted it. The starters were mediocre; the tagliatelle with mushroom ragù were overcooked and the ragù was stale. The gramigna with sausage was better, partly because the abundant cream masked the flaws.
The tagliatelle was neither good nor bad. The fried mushroom side dish was awful; the mushrooms were poorly defrosted and fried even worse. The price of €14 per portion was outrageous, to say the least. Half of it was left on the tray.
The dessert was passable, the house wine good. The bill of €45 per person was completely outrageous. An experience to forget.
02/01/2026: Visited on a holiday, convenient parking, and not a huge crowd. The mushrooms were probably good quality but poorly fried (cold inside, probably because they hadn't been thawed properly; we mentioned this to the gentleman—I believe it was the owner—who was walking around the tables and noticed we hadn't finished them). The pasta was not bad (mushroom tagliatelle was bland, while gramigna with sausage was definitely better), but not enough for three adults. The sliced steak was good, but nothing special. The desserts were good, the house wine was good. The price was too high, the staff were friendly. It deserves three and a half stars; I'll give it four.

11/03/2026: I definitely won't be returning, not so much for the quality of the food—the pizza would be good—but for the truly unbreathable air inside the restaurant's upstairs dining room. It was almost impossible to breathe from the smoke and humidity, not to mention the odors that settled on our clothes and hair. They should rethink the ventilation system, especially the kitchen exhaust system!

12/03/2025: Giornata di pioggia in montagna e giro nei dintorni dell'Abetone per ingannare il tempo. Ci fermiamo a pranzo "alla avventura" e troviamo una accoglienza cordiale, un locale curatissimo, un buffet di antipasti a disposizione, di cui abbiamo approfittato, e... risotto ai carciofi abbondante e saporito, arrosto di manzo in salsa di tartufo spettacolare, due portate di contorno costituite da patate e misto di verdure, vino in bottiglia e caffè (non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare i dolci), il tutto con un conto finale che definire "onesto" non rende giustizia. Davvero consigliatissimo!
28/12/2024: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per puro caso, entrati senza alcuna aspettativa, ci dicono di servirci dell’antipasto a buffet (spoiler è stata la cosa migliore della cena) ci siamo serviti principalmente della polenta fritta e dei peperoni grigliati, devo dire molto buoni… ma adesso arriva il bello, nel piatto dei cannelloni ricotta e spinaci, una bellissima quanto aromatica ciccata di sigaretta. Il resto delle pietanze ampiamente sotto le media italiana, ma tuttavia in linea con le medie dell’abetone che si conferma un luogo rimasto bloccatto agli anni 70. Voglio però sottolineare la cortesia del ragazzo che ci ha serviti e anche la simpatia dello chef, che nonostante tutto ci hanno permesso di passare una cena quantomeno divertente

26/07/2025: We couldn’t have found a better place to spend a lovely week in July than this family ru Hotel and restsurant, just few minutes walk from the centre of beautiful Fiumalbo.
Great food, we opted for 3 full meals ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) lots of food option, comfortable room especially the ones facing the terrace and the creek.
The team ( the beautiful family) is very helpful and cordial, you feel like home but with better food and the bedt temperature ever experienced
Already booked for next year!

Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Abbiamo preso il tagliere piccolo con lo gnocco fritto buonissimo!! Sufficiente per fare un buon pasto, due calici di vino due tortine della ninna e due caffè per soli 29 euro
11/07/2024: Sono 5 giorni che siamo a Fiumalbo ed anche oggi per la terza volta siamo andati a pranzo. Sono veramente gentili,ogni volta un piatto diverso e sono stati tutti ottimi e freschi , ci ritorneremo spesso e lo consiglio a tutti.
