The place is really very particular, inside all the furnishings are unique and designed by the owner together with an interior designer. Very nice dishes. Excellent wine list and impeccable staff. The only suggestion is to have a written menu for customers, to make it easier for them to choose. A little too much waiting between the first and second courses.

Esperienza unica qui in provincia di Modena… non mi risulta ci siano locali così eccellenti nella degustazione di formaggi e salumi ricercati! Locale molto curato e particolare aggiungo anche molto riservato… poi i gestori sono super cordiali e preparati … spero di ritornarci al più presto!

Ho scoperto questo locale da poco e tornarci è stata una certezza. Ambiente curato, con estremo gusto nei numerosissimi dettagli, niente è lasciato al caso. Vasta scelta di formaggi e salumi di selezione, cantina ineccepibile e la cucina parla da sola. L'atmosfera è unica, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del gestore impeccabili. Tornarci è di nuovo una certezza.

A romantic evening with the daughters. Leaving aside the quality of the cold cuts, cheeses, wine and cuisine... I leave my heart there every time I enter this corner of paradise! Passion for their work and service, this fantastic place also offers a games room for the little ones. I live in Milan, I have never found the service and love of this place elsewhere.

You leave the Modena plain and in a few kilometers you are on green hills and fresh air, you are in Pavullo. If you imagine a magical place made up of a great welcome, fantastic location, first-rate menu and very high quality products then you have found it. Stefano knows how to welcome you and accompany you on a truly unforgettable experience. Every bite as well as every sip represents the best you can expect. An immense choice of wines from the best both Italian and foreign, especially French, leave a beautiful memory. You can't say: tonight we're going to eat at the Taste Symposium, it's not eating, it's an experience and as such it leaves its mark because it changes you a little, it matures you. We will certainly return also because we have to recover the umbrella left at the entrance.
