Eight months ago I gave it 4 stars, but it's been about a month since the pizza dough improved, and the tomato sauce is superb, so today I updated the review to 5 stars. A pleasant surprise. The restaurant is modern and welcoming, with helpful, interested, and attentive staff. I ordered a Roman-style pizza, which I found to be excellent in terms of its leavening, cooking, and ingredients. I also ordered a very pleasant small red beer and an exquisite coffee. During my dinner, I witnessed an objection at a table being handled very professionally. The restaurant has ample adjacent parking. The price was adequate for the service and quality.

The pizza is very soft and good if you order the thick version, but the standard, thin version is too dry. The atmosphere is modern and new. They renovated the interior a while ago, so it's not as noisy as it used to be when there's a lot of people talking, but it's still noisy when you get there at a certain hour. The Nutella bombette are delicious. The mascarpone is thick and sweet, so it's delicious with Nutella.
