From occasional private and business lunches, we've raised the bar by organizing on-site training courses that include lunches. The flexibility and hospitality in the service we received, supported by the undisputed quality of the food, offers a value for money unmatched, at least in Campogalliano. Pasta made entirely by RESDORE at Ennio's disposal... A guarantee. Total availability to accommodate celiac, vegan, and vegetarian guests. Extremely kind and respectful of his kitchen colleagues, he speaks in a friendly and professional manner. As for the food, everything was impeccable: the tigelle were the best I've ever tasted. The rosemary lard was truly exceptional. What more can I say? Compliments from the three Sicilian men. Reservation with The Fork (discount applied without any problems)

31/03/2026: A genuine and authentic Emilian trattoria. From the moment you enter the bar area, three billiard tables, always manned by professionals, welcome guests. The owner cheerfully and easily seats guests at their tables. The dining room is simple and welcoming. The menu is super traditional. Fantastic tigella gnocchi with cured meats and cheeses. Homemade tortellini in broth. Friendly and attentive service. Reasonable prices.

30/03/2026: Sunday lunch, two words: never again. At 1 PM they ran out of gnocchi as an appetizer, too bad it's the only appetizer! The mortadella tortelli were average, the macaroni with rib sauce was average, the grill was awful. The only redeeming feature is the waiters who work hard to get the service. NEVER AGAIN.

02/01/2026: We stayed from December 27th to 29th. The hotel is outside Modena, convenient for getting around as it's close to the highway toll booth. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ample parking. Despite being on the ground floor, we found them warm and quiet. The downside was the breakfast and the restaurant. Breakfast was under-salted (a plate of cooked ham and several hard-boiled eggs), with no option to toast the bread (perhaps because it was already old and hard). The cakes tasted like a series of leftovers from the previous days. The toast tasted stale (and would also expire in the following days), and the espresso was forgettable. Lunch (we only had lunch on December 27th) also didn't impress us. The tortellini were nothing special (being in the "homeland" of tortellino, I would have expected more), as was the broth (it seemed to be made with stock cubes). Unfortunately, the old, hard bread was a constant (at both lunch and breakfast). A real shame, because we would have happily had dinner at the hotel, having been out and about all day.
