07/07/2026: Appetizer, very small tigelle, only the gnocchi were quite good, the first course was nothing special, anyone would have done better at home
06/07/2026: We arrived without a reservation, and the owner quickly found us a table.
All customers are served gnocco fritto with ham, which is delicious.
We ordered some first courses, which were truly delicious.
Anyway, if you're in the area, it's a must-see.
In the kitchen, you'll find some beautiful women who cook beautifully.

11/07/2026: We stopped for dinner, everything was excellent, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Gnocco fritto with Parma ham, passatelli with fresh sauce, roast beef and potato chips, and mascarpone cream: everything was delicious and light.
28/06/2026: I've been there a couple of times, and the food isn't bad. The first time, though, 24 euros for a grilled meat platter with four pieces of meat seemed a bit steep, and oh well... the second time, the food was still pretty good, but the decaf coffee was just rubbish. My coffee at home is better. It's not 5 stars, but 3 would be too harsh, so somewhere in between.

20/05/2026: Slow as the post office in Pontelungo, Pistoia, but the HD dough pizza is amazing. Well done 🍕🙌
16/05/2026: We went on a Saturday evening with a group of friends and children. We chose the pizza tour, but it took us over an hour to start eating the pizzas, and the bacon was everywhere, even on a vegetarian one. The taste, I'm sorry to say, was non-existent. It was a terrible mess with children coming from various places scattered around the one we were at, and we spent a lot for having eaten just a few slices of pizza each. €77 for three of us seemed really excessive to me.

01/07/2026: Very good, well-topped pizza. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the dining room is very warm and basic. With a few improvements, it could become a truly top-notch restaurant. I still recommend it.
27/06/2026: I went for pizza this evening and I have to say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten...some people don't know how to make mortadella but I have to say they're the best... congratulations 💯

30/11/2025: A wonderful culinary experience! A touch of sophistication in a welcoming setting, in a great location (away from the city traffic). A 10 for the service, a pleasant surprise! 🎉
23/11/2025: Always a good choice... tonight, double-cooked octopus and tuna tataki, accompanied by a Franciacorta Saten. Highly recommended. Returned today, November 21, and some small flaws arose in the service (the Chateaubriand plate wasn't brought, the bottle of Ripasso wasn't opened to let it breathe, and the dessert knife and fork were requested twice). Tortellini weren't exceptional (a bit lacking in filling and overcooked by a minute). Desserts need revisiting. The rest was good, as usual.

07/05/2026: Always excellent lunch, fresh fish and carefully prepared dishes without being overdone. The best nigiri in all of Modena and its province. A quiet atmosphere and friendly service: one of those places you'll want to return to.
03/05/2026: The fish quality is excellent, and there are fewer options compared to the usual ayce restaurants (though not limited), which allows them to maintain a very high level of quality. The place is small, but this also allows you to eat without the usual hustle and bustle.

29/11/2025: A spectacular location inside Formigine Castle. Excellent service.
27/11/2025: We dined at Calcagno with our family and found the food to be excellent, with attentive and appropriate preparation for our two-year-old, courteous staff, and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
We were also treated to a delicious entrée and a truly superb digestif (a spoonful of sugar)!
The price is a bit high, but given the many positives, it's worth it every now and then.

13/07/2026: Dinner with friends...very nice and pleasant location. The meat and zabaglione dessert were delicious.
10/07/2026: The Centrale is right in front of Formigine Castle.
The occasion of July with the love I want you for... where we also saw the Danzaland dance show.
Formigine was certainly crowded, but they found us a spot at the Centrale for a pre-dinner drink.
What can I say? The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

11/06/2026: Good pizza, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The added bonus is that they cater to celiacs, which adds to the appeal, as not everyone can afford to share a meal. The atmosphere is beautiful and harmonious. Prices are moderately high.
06/06/2026: I'm celiac and had a gluten-free pizza: sausage. Light dough, tomato, and quality mozzarella. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair price, five stars earned.
