In addition to the top stars, I'd give praise to this family of restaurateurs who have managed to maintain low prices over time without skimping on the quality of ingredients and service. It's been a long time since I've seen dishes on the menu for €5 (the price of a starter), just to give you an example. To accommodate families and groups, Coca-Cola by the liter and wine and beer by the jug make a difference in the final bill. The wood-fired pizzas are all done to perfection, but as a lover of deep-dish pizza, I ate mine with gusto and was satisfied. Fast and impeccable service, uniformed staff and several meters of the dining room in suits, and a diverse range of diners' ages prove that the Principe caters to everyone.

The pizza was good and tenderly sliced. The service was prompt and prompt, and the prices were reasonable.

(2 people) Fantastic ricotta tortelloni, good and tender steak, good pizza, excellent service (they didn't charge me for a dish I'd ordered incorrectly) and very kind people. All at a super fair price. The place has a 1970s style, but they've installed sound-absorbing panels that significantly reduce the noise. Recommended!

It felt like I was back in the '90s, and I only meant it as a compliment. A pizzeria-trattoria like no other: a simple yet warm and welcoming place, with well-cooked traditional dishes and generous portions. Reasonable prices. My wife, I, and two children ordered: a few cold cuts as an appetizer, a Margherita, a gramigna with sausage, a tagliatelle with meat sauce, a mixed grill, a portion of fries, a Coke, and a bottle of water. Total: €51.50. Special mention also goes to the waiters, all very kind, attentive, and fast. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
