09/06/2025: I spent the last night of my cycling tour at the Prà Rosso farmhouse. Even though I arrived on Thursday, a day when there is no catering, and since I was on a bike, Mrs. Emanuela was very kind and prepared an excellent dinner for me and compliments also to her husband Raffaele for the excellent cuisine. The breakfast was also excellent, suitable for us cyclists. The room and bathroom were very beautiful, with impeccable cleanliness and furnishings in harmony with the agricultural environment. Emanuela is a kind and friendly host. I highly recommend this location.

The cooking class was perfect, we learned to make fresh stuffed pasta with the professionalism of Mery and her staff, having fun to the rhythm of the music. Lunch was then exquisite, our work was enhanced by the dishes refined in their simplicity. The location is beautiful, the villa has been restored with grace and respect. Thank you again Mery for passing on to us not only what you know but also all your passion!
