Modenese cuisine tradition at its purest, authentic, and Danilo's passion for good food is definitely evident in the dishes. The boiled meat and the fillet steak with balsamic vinegar are highly recommended! The staff are super friendly, highly recommended!

I stumbled on this place by chance while in Modena. I wanted just a primi as i was in a hurry. I found the staff to be not very friendly. Especially if you didn't order several courses with wine. Once they saw they wouldn't make much out of you they seemed disinterested. The food was ok but nothing special. I think they short changed me when I paid but i wasn't paying enough attention. I won't go back and won't recommmend.

Typical restaurant... delicious traditional dishes. Friendly waiter. The owner gave us a dirty look... almost contemptuous... the owner was behind his till taking our money... a shame, a typical place full of photos. We're not celebrities to be recognized...

Absolutely superb Italian dishes and the friendliest most helpful staff we've met here. The restaurant has really interesting decor too. Very glad we are here.

I highly recommend it for lunch/dinner in Modena, 10/10, and it was love at first bite. All the dishes tasted like paradise, and the carbonara was completely different from what we're used to. The atmosphere was fantastic, even on the terrace. Beautiful, delicious, grazie ❤️ It's probably best to book a table, because we arrived for dinner around 7:00 PM and there were almost no seats left.

Historic restaurant near Piazza Mazzini in Modena. Traditional à la carte menu and daily special. The atmosphere is commensurate with the location's historic character. Professional, attentive, and friendly service. Worth considering.

Monday evening with friends, excellent dinner with tortellini in broth, lasagna, cutlet, and mashed potatoes. The dessert was also very good. A little anecdote: one of the guests thought he'd lost his wallet, but luckily they found it. Very kind!
