09/02/2025: It is the third time that I have had the pleasure of eating in this typical tavern and with great pleasure I can say that it never disappoints and the dishes are truly excellent. Credit to the gnocco and tigelle accompanied by an excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses. We also tried tortellini in broth, just like grandma's. I recommend this little place at the foot of the Castelvetro fortress to all those who want to taste wonderful traditional dishes.

13/03/2025: Sabato 8 marzo a pranzo, sono tornato in questo ristorante storico dopo un po' di tempo, insieme a mia moglie e mia figlia di 1 anno, per un pranzo in famiglia. Arriviamo alle 13:15 e dopo circa 15 minuti riusciamo ad ordinare. Il locale era pieno, e dopo qualche minuto riceviamo acqua e pane. Fine. A partire da questo momento, il silenzio totale. I minuti passano e del nostro ordine nessuna traccia. Inizio a chiedere informazioni in merito e ricevo solo risposte vaghe: "è in cottura", "qualche minuto", "è in cottura", ecc... Alle 14:45, quindi dopo 1:15 di attesa dal nostro ordine (ripeto con una bimba di 1 anno) e dopo aver sollecitato diverse volte, ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati a stomaco vuoto! Dopo questa esperienza direi che ci tornerò sicuramente... ma in un'altra vita! La ristorazione è un'altra cosa.

09/03/2025: I had never been to the Romana inn in Trentino, but it was a great discovery. The place is pleasant and the food very good. Particular positive note on the tigelle. They have a scent and flavor from ancient times when they were made in the fireplace with chestnut leaves between the stones. Really good. We will definitely be back.

09/03/2025: I didn't stay but only had dinner, I must say that the reviews I read had me a little deluded. I ate a very normal pizza and whoever was with me ate pasta with meat sauce (limited quantity). I wouldn't advise against it but I wouldn't recommend it as a place where you eat very well either.

07/03/2025: My husband and I stayed here for one night, very nice and spacious room, excellent restaurant and very kind guy during dinner. We had a good time but unfortunately I don't give the maximum stars because during the night the room next door made a lot of noise, there was no one in the facility to contact even in case of emergency, we called the mobile number twice and in the end left a WhatsApp message which was only read by the facility the next morning and not even receiving a reply to that message pretending nothing had happened. Unfortunately my husband had to go and knock on the room and ask to make less noise considering it was after midnight.
