14/06/2025: Very nice inn, tigelle and fried gnocco really worthy of note, we left Bergamo with many expectations and we were not disappointed. Even the first courses were mouth-watering (pumpkin tortelli and Castelvetro candies with ragù) truly exquisite. But the icing on the cake of the evening (and it is no coincidence that I wrote icing) were the desserts, an exceptional homemade zuppa inglese and a tart with Vignola cherry jam truly sublime. All surrounded by the kindness and simplicity of the owners. Surely if we pass by the area again we will definitely return.

10/06/2025: We had a great time, very welcoming rustic room. Delicious dinner with home-made products, both tortellini in broth and the second course, also super breakfast and nocino cake to continue the Cammino dell'Unione. Too bad we don't live closer to try other dishes of the cuisine

05/07/2025: For a special family occasion, we had lunch on Monday, June 23. Location easy to access. Antonio, the owner, a kind and helpful and knowledgeable person. Excellent Grilled steak, fantastic fried gnocco... I think it's the best I've eaten, quality cold cuts and a wide selection of wines. Thanks and see you next time!

25/05/2025: Clean rooms but a bit cramped. The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear the snoring of the neighbors and I will not add anything else. The bathroom is small. For location there is no noise from outside since we are in the open countryside. The staff is nice and helpful.

20/06/2025: So...dinner with menu, I wasn't feeling too well and decided to eat a cut of steak with vegetables. The bill of 24 euros made me pay 30 telling me that the 2 glasses of water brought me to the total of 30 I have no words (like the fixed menu (which I didn't take) Beware of the dishonesty of this person

08/06/2025: We went for lunch for our son's baptism and ate a very high quality fish menu, from the raw material to the proposal of tasty and varied recipes. The owner, Mr. Ennio, super helpful and friendly along with all his staff. We will definitely be back!

17/05/2025: Situato nel paese di Montalbano, ottima location, possibilità di dormire nelle 4 camere che hanno . C’è una bella Attenzione al menù e ai dettagli nel locale . Semplice e curato, si respira l’amore per il territorio. Consigliato per passare una giornata nella natura e nella genuinità . Più volte all’anno torniamo , in coppia , in famiglia o in compagnia .

17/06/2025: Locale storico di Maranello meta di riferimento per gli appassionati del pesce fresco. Il menù è molto completo, dalle crudité, agli antipasti caldi, qualche buon primo e secondi piatti alla griglia o al forno in base alla disponibilità giornaliera. Degni di segnalazione sono il carpaccio di ricciola, la catalana di crostacei, il rombo chiodato e un fritto misto di paranza asciutto e croccante. Carta dei vini completa con ricarichi corretta.

17/06/2025: Excellent all round. Michele greeted us, showed us to our table and took time to explain details of the menu. The food and presentation were superb. This family run business is highly recommended.

27/05/2025: This year too we came to Guiglia for the borlengo festival, but this time too we preferred to eat comfortably in a restaurant. La Lanterna assured us a table for two in the second round, after 2 pm, but at 1:45 pm we were already seated. I'll start by saying that the food was excellent but the service was a bit lacking. We had two borlenghi, a first course divided in two, Lanterna tortelli, a goulash and a sausage with potatoes. The lady who took the orders, took them in her head, because the tablet wasn't working, but she got the first course wrong. As soon as we noticed the mistake and pointed it out, they immediately served us what we had asked for and to make up for it they left us the wrong dish, obviously not making us pay for it. A very appreciable gesture. Then they also forgot to serve the borlenghi... And after a couple of times that we asked for them we were finally able to eat them. Let's say that the service was a bit so-so but for how they behaved and the constant apologies for the mistakes, in addition to the really good food, we are sure that next year we will definitely return!

20/04/2025: The restaurant has recently changed management and the new owners, Miriam and Gabriele, are a real force! Miriam is a dessert wizard and Gabriele is the perfect host: welcoming, attentive and always with a smile. The location is very beautiful, well-kept but with a warm and familiar atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. Lunch was excellent: special mention for the roast veal with potatoes, very tender and tasty. In short, a place where you eat well and feel good. Highly recommended!

24/06/2025: If you enjoy a unique atmosphere, don't hesitate. Original and delicious cuisine, fast and attentive service. The daily special is a culinary delight. This is the place to discover new things. Don't hesitate if you're in Modena. A local atmosphere guaranteed.

01/05/2025: There’s only one word to describe this Trattoria – grandioso! If I lived nearby, it would definitely be my go-to spot. We had two pasta dishes as primi and shared one secondo – everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you for having us!

21/06/2025: I went to this place with my wife and my daughter, attracted by the name "trattoria", but I was very disappointed. Today the term trattoria is overused, which should evoke simplicity, generous portions and affordable prices. In reality, we found ourselves in a restaurant in all respects: white tablecloths, a formal atmosphere and decidedly restaurant prices (3 euros for the cover charge and 17 euros for a second course of first courses with really small portions). Tagliatelle with ragù was delicious, lasagna ok (I thought better). Even a dessert similar to tiramisu was very good. We had a dish with three vegetables on the side, good but 15 euros seems like an exaggeration to me. Trattoria is something else entirely. A little more sincerity in labelling oneself wouldn't hurt.

20/06/2025: A pleasant, comfortable, and cool place for the hot day. We ordered a barbecue for three people and there was plenty left over. A very good choice, advised by the waiter. The pork knuckle and ribs were spectacular. A good choice, I recommend it.

28/05/2025: Accurate service, refinement in raw materials and preparation of dishes in a truly accurate way. Wide choice of beers on tap. Environment recommended especially for groups even if inside there are seats with the need for greater privacy. I strongly recommend it
