18/09/2025: Ordered coffee and Montenegro. The service and drinks were good.

07/07/2025: DO NOT GO HERE. Prices are already very expensive and when I paid they charged me extra for table service because I sat outside. I ordered at the bar and brought my own drink out to the table. What table service??? This extra charge is normal for sit down meals in Italy but I only had a soft drink and ordered and carried it myself. The extra charge is not advertised anywhere and is not justifiable. I live in Italy and have travelled widely and the prices are unreasonable for here.

24/10/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. I ordered a focaccia for €7.50, and they gave me one that was half the price of the ones on display. In the photo, I bit off a corner. Shameful.

22/09/2025: Horrible experience, cashier rude and impolite to customers.

19/05/2025: I took tea paid by debit card, politely apologizing, saying that I understood the inconvenience of having to pay a small amount by card but that I did not have cash, I was treated very badly, rude person, presumably the owner, then people complain if commercial activities do badly... it serves them right if this is the education with which they treat paying customers. NEVER AGAIN!! TO BE AVOIDED!!

26/10/2025: I was at the airport and wanted breakfast. I went to the cashier to order and was told that since I wanted to sit down, I had to go to a table. While I was walking to my table, another employee told me I had to go around (unfortunately, I couldn't have known since there were no signs anywhere near the entrance, except for the one just over there). I went around, sat down, and no waitress came to serve me. I waited, but nothing happened. Meanwhile, other people were being served, including airport employees (who, incidentally, had opened the barrier so casually, as if they were at home), and I waited at my table, and no one showed up. You want to offer table service that, by the way, makes people pay more? Teach your employees to prioritize customers, to look at who sits down and who stands up, and to prioritize customers, not those who use their badges to get discounted coffee. Guys, what's the current situation? People are in a hurry because they have a flight, and you guys are calmly serving others when there weren't that many people? If I'm in front of the barrier, instead of making me go around, you open the barrier and make me sit, in the end you made me go around, you didn't serve me and you contributed to a terrible online reputation for your employer... what's the point? Your goal is to maximize sales and improve quality, certainly not to ruin the company's image. If you don't like catering, change jobs... good luck!!!

08/06/2025: There are many better bars in the area: this one is not worth a second visit. Avoid unless you want to pay dearly for the bare minimum.

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience – watch out for the prices! I strongly advise against this place. It is unacceptable that, simply by sitting at the outside tables, the prices of coffee and croissants double. I understand that there is a supplement for table service, but I find it absurd to pay double for every single product. We are certainly not in Piazza San Marco in Venice. Furthermore, the staff did not warn us of this extra charge, which is unfair to customers. A little more transparency would be the minimum.

05/10/2025: After having eaten breakfast outside, consisting of a cappuccino, a coffee, and a chocolate donut from the day before, for a total of €8.50 (including service charge), there's no option to pay at the table. This is NOT normal.

30/08/2025: I don't recommend this place to anyone. The April spritz was served with a bunch of ice. The fruit smoothie is a glass of ice with a straw. A total disgrace! Vergogna!
