17/10/2025: Highly not recommended October 17, 2025 at 5:55 pm We had two spritzes, he shows up at the table with a bowl of chips and a bowl of peanuts... When he presents me with the bill twenty-four euros (12 per Spritz) I contest it with the owner, at least a small plate of hot appetizers could have been there, he is right he tells me, but if I don't make these prices I can't pay my employees... and he also answers me saying it will be for the next time, and I tell her that next time it won't be there anymore because I'm changing to another better place....

07/08/2025: Very good and well seasoned pizza.

30/06/2025: I ordered a 4 stagioni with kamut dough but it arrived with normal dough. Obviously there was a surcharge. A steal practically. It also arrived burnt.

14/10/2025: I don't like number because the music is bad and chaotic and then it's made for kids. The over 40s can't go dancing because it's expensive and the music is old and it's all rock and all noise.

05/10/2025: This club should be closed! We came on 19.9, took a train from Rimini just to visit Italian nightclub and ended up disparaged, waiting outside for 3 hours & not let in. There was an event on that day starting at 23:00, so we came at this time and been told by security that we need to wait another hour, that for some reason they will open at midnight. So we waited. They opened at about 00:15 and we started waiting in a line. Some of us were let in, some not. Security guy told us the reason is dress code. (not published anywhere & other people wearing the same without problem) We all were dressed up the same way, so it didn’t make any sense. We were told to take a place in a different line and once all other listed people get inside, they will let us in. (They said all of this in english, able to speak it with no problem). So we waited for another hour. Meanwhile we watched dozens basically half naked girls all let in. They only selected us and another +-10 foreign guys to wait outside. (Many of them formally dressed, just different skin colour…). We kept asking them if we can go in, that we already waited there for hours, but they started pretending that they don’t understand english. “no english, ask other guy” all babbling the same. They kept saying to wait another 30minutes so we can be let in. IT WAS 3:00am when we sent a local guy to try to help us and tell them to let us in. Even this crazy late they told him that we need to wait, and that they will decide later. Never felt this disparaged in our life. They were dealing with us as if we were animals willing to stand still for permission. 3:30 am we decided to leave, disgusted and robbed for the only little time we had there! Later we talked with a few locals and been told that this club only allows rich guys on some list, and then all the girls so these desperate guys can hit on them buying expensive drinks. Also witnessed how racist that security was against other race made us feel very disappointed with this Italy experience. Do not make the same mistake as us ruining your vacation, find a different spot. There is nothing that could possibly excuse this behaviour in European country and the staff should be kicked and not ever be in touch with people!

01/11/2025: Absolutely avoid! A spritz costing €8.50. As locals aware of the excessive price, we pointed it out and were told it was the standard price. This is completely false information. Spritzes don't cost that much in Bologna's bars. I think the manager should be ashamed even for deliberately misrepresenting this information to customers, giving a completely false impression of the city's standards.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately, they are NOT HONEST. I've been here for coffee three times, and each time they charged me a different price. Moreover, the second time, after I pointed it out, they refunded me, making very vague and unrealistic excuses. I won't be going back, and I don't recommend it. That's not how you work.

05/11/2025: I can't understand anything. I'll start by assuming that I was wrong for not asking how it works: I arrived, I picked up the tray, I looked to the left and it was all self-service, so I picked up my plate and ordered rice and broccoli. I wanted some grilled chicken for added protein, so I approached the hot plate and asked for chicken. The lady said, "The chicken includes a side of vegetables, and then either mashed potatoes, potatoes, or bread." To which I said, "No, look, I already ordered rice and broccoli from the self-service." And she said, "Well, this is the menu, I can't just make you the chicken." And I asked, "So can I leave this?!" And she said, "Miss, are we wasting food?" So I was forced to pay €27.48 for two dishes when I had only asked for a humble grilled chicken. GOODBYE, GRILLED CHICKEN LADY. (It takes a little understanding for first-time visitors who don't fully understand how the tour and menus work.) But overall, it's good...

18/10/2025: I stopped at this service station to get a phone charging cable, but seeing the price (€20), I only bought a small bottle of water. To pay for it, I had to wade through the cartons on the floor because they were restocking the shelves. Finally, I wanted to compliment the lady at the cash register for her fantastic willingness to work and her kindness (seriously, of course...). Highly not recommended.

25/07/2025: They've changed management. Bad, bad. Poor food, embarrassing offerings. They send you the old management's menu, and then you discover on the spot that they only serve four appetizers. Tigelle were anything but tigelle. Eggplant parmigiana burned on the bottom and obviously reheated in the microwave. Only one type of beer, and that's bottled, not even on tap. Truly disappointing.

21/07/2025: Terrible! Waited half an hour just to order, followed by another hour for a reheated pizza. High prices for cheap wine and reheated food.

19/10/2025: Chicken ordered for 1:45 PM arrived an hour early. I might not have been home. When I called, the answer was either you take it or there's no more delivery. Usually, if you make a mistake, you have to make amends with the customer, I say... or you apologize! The chicken, however, is excellent.

18/09/2025: I had lunch here. The rotisserie didn't look very nice, so since I had time, I sat down and had a decent-quality pasta dish. The waitress was constantly on her phone. The place didn't seem very clean.

23/10/2025: I celebrated my graduation here, simply the best. Giancarlo and his wife Chiara were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to my every need. Thank you so much!!!

16/10/2025: Not enough food and drinks, too many tables in a single room (which was more of a corridor than a hall) so much so that there was no room for movement, contrary to what was agreed upon for a graduation party. I strongly advise against it.

19/04/2025: Il locale si presenta bene: luminoso, ampio, ben arredato e con vetrine piene e colorate. Preso un caffè espresso di buona qualità. Ho voluto provare una delle torte presenti, una semplice torta al cacao, che preparo spesso a casa. Mi ha servito un simpatico ragazzo al secondo giorno di lavoro (empatico e professionale) .Il pezzo di torta servito non era abbondante e purtroppo era un po'troppo secca (errore nella cottura oppure non era stata preparata il giorno stesso) e quello che mi dispiace pure con costo elevatissimo considerando gli ingredienti "poveri", ben 5 euro! Ho evitato rimostranze perché la titolare (?) era impegnata in un colloquio di lavoro in un vicino tavolo. Mi riservo di tornare in futuro per provare le paste ed altri prodotti. Per ora l'esperienza è stata negativa.

15/07/2025: ⸻ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I ordered from Jolly Pizza expecting something decent, but the food was absolutely awful. The pizza was soggy, flavorless, and looked nothing like the photos. Even the ingredients seemed cheap and low-quality. It honestly tasted like a poorly reheated frozen pizza. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to contact them. Avoid this place at all costs. A total waste of money.

30/06/2025: The quality of the pizza was decent, I've eaten worse, what I remember is the Glovo delivery guy who asked me for a kiss after delivering the pizza. Terrible
