02/09/2025: I got a takeout pizza yesterday, a red one with vegetables. The vegetables were sparse, the tomato was sour, and the zucchini was equally so. It tasted like they'd been there a while... obviously, I had to remove them. The eggplant was undercooked, which is often the case with pizzas, even at other restaurants (but I removed those too). I paid €9, which seems a bit excessive for the product I received. The only positive thing was the very friendly staff on the phone.

24/08/2025: Poor service, extremely slow. I waited an hour and a half for two pizzas. Disorganized and slow. They tell you the pizza will be ready in over an hour, and then when it's time to deliver it, they delay it another 45 minutes without warning, only to deliver it at 10 PM!! I won't be back.

02/12/2025: The good thing is that the pizza is still very good, with prices that are affordable for students. The main problem, however, is the rudeness and discourtesy towards customers. They're truly disrespectful, and you even get reprimanded while waiting for your pizza. You stand outside and they tell you not to block the way, you stand inside and they send you outside. You stand to the side and they complain because they say we don't allow anyone else to pass. Excuse me, where am I supposed to wait? In the middle of the street?

16/11/2025: Awesome service, really nice people working there. Super reasonable prices, and the pizza was surprisingly good too! They even gave us a slice on the house for no reason, just being extra nice ❤️

05/12/2025: Burnt bread and oil, three glasses of wine, and two pieces of cheese strung together on a cutting board for 44 euros, plus the rudeness of the person serving you. You've really lost your mind, who do you think you are? You'll never see me again.

15/11/2025: Pizzeria not far from home. We ordered four pizzas with delivery time, according to them, of 40 minutes. It's been an hour and a half and no one is in sight. We've already called them twice and they say they're on their way. We need to figure out where because no one is in sight. Really awful. We have people for dinner, one of whom is pregnant.

10/11/2025: The attitude of the lady with short blonde hair was truly unacceptable, she started making tasteless jokes for no reason, rude.

10/11/2025: If I could give a -1 rating to the service, I would. The blonde lady with glasses at the bar teases me for nothing after I simply ordered two coffees because I forgot my badge and my friend had it. She then adds, "Oh well, my mom pays anyway," assuming I'm a kept woman. Horrible.

20/11/2025: The photo speaks for itself. For €6, the burrito was tiny and filled with practically nothing but rice, mostly raw and cold. The price was discounted, and I paid €5, but it's still not worth it. The only positive thing was the fast delivery, but I think that's thanks to Glovo, especially since making a cold burrito doesn't take that long... I wouldn't order from them again.

11/11/2025: This is the grilled vegetable piadina!!! I'd say the photo speaks for itself. I'd rather keep quiet. I'm giving it one star because it's the only thing that can be given less.

08/10/2025: The container was poorly prepared. Burnt. The place was dirty.

09/12/2025: I'll start by saying that the food is good, but the service needs a complete overhaul... The waiters were annoyed, but above all, very disorganized... Long waits, even though it was 2:30 PM and the place was empty... They wanted to bring us coffee, but we were still waiting for the entrees, which they then forgot about :/ Maybe there's a lack of communication.

09/12/2025: When you go to the Castel Guelfo outlet and you're hungry, this is the right place. An excellent menu for all tastes.

13/12/2025: My 5 year old son had a bathroom emergency and the manager replied "he has to pay for a drink first", I won't say anything else.

13/12/2025: Terrible experience. The "plant-based" burger we ordered was supposed to have vegan bacon inside but there wasn't any. So we paid for something that wasn't there. The communication was pretty bad and they treat customers like intruders, especially the old woman who acts like the manager. They made fun of us for asking for vegan burgers and the woman treated us with huge disrespect in her eyes, making herself look important and ignoring our efforts to communicate. She even scolded us for leaving our heavy bads on the chairs like we expect her to watch them. This kind of attitude is just unexpectable and makes you want to leave immediately. The "plant-based" burger doesn't even have vegan cheese nor mayo(why is it called plant-based then?). Everything was falling apart. NOTHING like the pictures. Huge no-no.
