I migliori ristoranti in Bologna

01/08/2025: Oggi abbiamo deciso di mangiare le crescentine e siamo andati presso questo ristorante. Naturalmente non fa solo le crescentine. Parcheggio davanti al locale, ambiente pulito e carino con tavolini in veranda oltre che all'interno. Buone le crescentine, soffici e non troppo unte, buoni i salumi e lo squacquerone. La zuppa inglese non avrei messo le gocce di cioccolato. Lo consiglio.

19/07/2025: Posto carino e cibo discreto. Molto volgari i cartelli vicino al lago dei castori. Non so se posti dai proprietari del ristorante. Sconsigliato per famiglie con bambini. Io non intendo ritornarci.

10/11/2025: We ate very well there, we spent our money well. Update 2025: We were there again, the food was good, but the welcome wasn't typical of the Romagna area. Sloppy service. I hadn't been to the bathrooms; they're disgusting, guys. You have to do something.

05/10/2025: I don't recommend it... a real flop. The lady is completely rude and cold with customers. For good reason, according to them, two appetizers cost €13 each, consisting of two slices of mortadella, two slices of pancetta and coppa, and two slices of culatello. Then 12 tortelli (ravioli) with butter and sage, 12 tortelli with ragù, and four biscuits with two half glasses of passito wine. And half a liter of terrible red wine... €70 seems excessive to me. It's even worse. When I paid the bill, at Sign, I asked for half a glass of grappa. She rudely told me NO because she had already issued the receipt... but that doesn't really exist, because it certainly wasn't asked for free. However, after such a high bill, other restaurants would have reacted differently, so I'll stop here. Measly, low-quality portions, and a completely inhospitable owner... terrible until the end of the meal!!!!

05/09/2025: Quiet and clean atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and smiling. A wide selection of sweet and savory options for breakfast. A quick lunch is also available! If you're passing by, definitely stop by!

11/12/2025: Hard to pin down. The staff are like a social cooperative, but if you drink while you're at the bar, you inspire trust, because it means you believe in what you're selling. Only one type of beer, but it's a wine bar and the wines are good. The mini crescioni are good. Best in the summer, under the porch.

29/11/2025: The glasses of wine were hilarious: there must have been 7 cl per glass. Extremely expensive for the quantity served. Touristy food (and salty). We told the owner, but apparently Bologna has become this.

04/12/2025: Historic place. Absolutely worth a visit. Unfortunately, this review is out of date! Today I saw obvious deterioration! Poor and sloppy service... It almost seems like it's changed management, but for the worse! Much worse!

03/12/2025: I've been going to Zanarini's for ten years, but today something surprising happened. When I asked if the traditional panettone contained almonds, the saleswoman started talking loudly, saying that someone had even fainted in front of her because of it, and maintaining that, even though it's not indicated, almonds "are everywhere." She then walked away, leaving me with the product in hand, to discuss the matter with another colleague while laughing. When she returned to speak to another customer, I pointed out that certain information can be shared without being so aggressive. Her response was, "That's just how I am." I'd rather not comment... That said, the panettone—both traditional and chocolate—is delicious, as are the coffees. It's still a must-visit every time I return to Bologna.

21/12/2025: Due to a mix-up, my wife's birthday cake order was lost. They suggested a different type of cake, which they would have finished quickly. After a moment of embarrassment and even anger, we decided to accept. When it came time to pay, they apologized and told us they would be offering the cake for free. We greatly appreciate the gesture, but my wife couldn't accept it, believing it unethical to take advantage of a mix-up that can happen to someone I work for. In the end, we agreed to pay for the cake with a significant discount. The cake was appreciated by all our guests... exceptional! Despite the problem, thanks to the owners' helpfulness and courtesy in resolving the issue and the quality of the product, this will always be our go-to bakery. I publicly thank them and apologize for the minute of disruption I experienced.

24/10/2025: Modern and welcoming hotel, large free parking in a closed area, plenty of space, excellent service!

22/10/2025: Hotel near the airport, a bit new/older, but spacious rooms. Carpeted, but not new… perfect airport transfer service!

27/09/2025: I went to the bar with a friend of mine, both 16 years old. When we got there, we ordered two donuts and my friend ordered a cappuccino. As soon as the bartender came with the cappuccino, she gave it to my friend and forgot the water. We noticed this and my friend kindly asked her for it. She responded with this phrase: "I'm coming, you guys are obviously spoiled," concluding with "you guys," bringing up our gender with an air of sexist superiority. Finally, when she went to serve a couple of gentlemen, they said, laughing, "You should have specified the gender," and she responded with, "Yes, it's always them," still laughing. I don't recommend it.

04/07/2025: A bar really well stocked with savoury and sweet pastries, in an excellent location, fast service, excellent coffee.

09/06/2025: Scoperto per caso piatti buoni, noi abbiamo preso due tagliatelle con il tris di funghi buonissime è veramente abbondanti abbiamo mangiato fuori un po’ caldo ma di sera deve essere spettacolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

02/06/2025: Abbiamo deciso di visitare questa trattoria perché dalle recensioni sembrava interessante..invece a nostro discapito, devo dire che non ha rispecchiato le aspettative. Prezzi non troppo in linea secondo me con ciò che si offre e soprattutto se ordino una scaloppina non mi aspetto generalmente carne di maiale(arista),dura e con un retrogusto strano,come di qualcosa di trapassato ormai, o almeno vorrei essere informata circa la carne utilizzata per la realizzazione del piatto. Il ragù era secco e slegato dal sugo stesso. Qualora dovessimo tornare in zona non lo sceglierei di nuovo. Mi è dispiaciuto perché il personale è stato gentile e disponibile,location tranquilla ma il resto lascia a desiderare.

09/12/2025: Good food, a quiet atmosphere, and discreet service. Prices are slightly above average overall, but that's acceptable since it's convenient for those traveling through the area, and it's also close to the Altedo highway toll booth. There's ample parking, ideal for any type of vehicle.

05/12/2025: I had dinner that evening, everything was fine. But in the morning, if you have breakfast, if it's less than 10 euros, they won't let you pay by card, saying the POS doesn't work. And I didn't pay because my company gives me the card to pay. So I say we all have to pay taxes. It's not because you spend 3.50 for breakfast and they want cash.

06/08/2025: The pizza is very good, a cross between a thick-crust Neapolitan pizza and thinner versions. Its great advantage is its digestibility, a sign of a perfectly made dough. The pizza doesn't get rubbery or stretchy as it cools, which is another plus. The prices are fair for the quality of the product.

05/11/2025: Egyptian pizzeria with a wood-fired oven... My husband had the pizza, which was delicious. I had half a chicken with baked potatoes cooked in butter, and aubergines and spicy peppers. It was really excellent with the pita bread, with rosemary on top, which they made on the spot. The staff at the pizzeria was very kind. We talked about Egypt, since I visited there 20 years ago. They told me about many things that have changed, and more. I think we'll be back again.

03/11/2025: Frozen pizza cost €10! You can't pay that much for such a bad pizza. I'd go to Ciao Pizza or Pizza Casa downtown and pay €3 for it.

26/10/2025: Even more beautiful!!! Well-kept, clean, and beautifully furnished. A welcoming place that you'll love thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the owners. Quality products. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking.

22/10/2025: Coffee €1.50 Empty savory pasta €1.80 I don't think there's much more to say. A very nice place after the renovation, but incredibly expensive. You can't always give up on everything. Use your brain! €1.80 for an empty savory pasta is shameful.
