22/04/2025: Fast service, even on a Saturday evening at 7pm and with the place full, excellent food, large car park and average prices. We had dinner there before an evening at the fanin theater in San Giovanni in Persiceto, which was very tactical

17/07/2025: It's located near the check-in desks on the ground floor. I had a well-made cappuccino from the very professional barista, served in a large cup at the counter for €2.50 (much better than those paper cups you see on the billboards; the owner should put cups in the billboards!). In my opinion, it's the best place to order a coffee or cappuccino at Bologna Airport. The information on Google is incorrect, as it closes at 6:00 PM, not 7:00 PM (I saw it myself).

08/06/2025: The redheaded girl is incompetent and a terrible professional. It took her 26 minutes to serve a cappuccino and we finally had to leave because we almost missed our flight because of her.

06/07/2025: Very poor. Waiting times too long and poor, dry and very salty product paid way too much. We are not there.

02/07/2025: After eating a pizza at this place, I started feeling sick and vomited several times. I wasn't the only one: my cousin, who ate with me, had the exact same problem. Something in the ingredients was clearly spoiled (maybe the mozzarella). It is unacceptable to risk feeling so sick for a pizza. An experience to forget.

11/06/2025: Average ice cream, rude, dirty and arrogant owner. I went with my mother to get two ice creams (apart from the fact that a cup worth 4 euros was given to me half empty, so also stingy). When it came to paying, my mother wanted to use the debit card. She basically took the card in her hand to see if it asked for the pin or not. As soon as she did this, the owner snatched it from her hand as if she were a thief.

Total sandwiches available: 1 priced at €8 Fire alarm went off at least 10 times for no reason You pay at the self-service checkout to save time, and then it takes them 10 minutes to serve you anyway. McDonald's inside is the only saving grace... oh no, it was closed 😀

10/10/2025: Stopped by Chef Express during a travel break and was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, organized, and offers a wide variety of food and drinks. Perfect for a quick bite or coffee on the go. Staff were helpful and service was quick. Great convenience for travelers

12/05/2025: I stopped to get two arancini, as soon as I entered the shop window was half empty and barely a greeting from the owners (I deduce). I decide to take the last 2 arancini and a fried calzone. When I got home, even when I reheated the calzone, it was dry and at least 3 days old. Personally, I will never set foot in this place again.

02/10/2025: The clerk simply stole my €5 voucher! She didn't give me the check, which I later regretted! When she showed me the bank's confirmation of the withdrawn funds, she said she didn't understand anything! Luckily, the manager was kind and knowledgeable, and my money was returned! But I advise you to be careful with this institution!

22/07/2025: Mi sono fermata in questa area di servizio durante un viaggio da Formia a Rovigno e sono rimasta scioccata dalle condizioni igieniche. I bagni erano sporchi, maleodoranti al punto da provocare nausea — sembrava di entrare in una camera a gas. L’odore era insopportabile e l’intera area dava un senso di trascuratezza totale. Non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di mangiare lì. Questo posto è una vergogna per chi viaggia in autostrada. Mi auguro che Autogrill intervenga subito per risolvere questa situazione inaccettabile. Evitatelo a tutti i costi. Una stella solo perché non si può dare zero.

11/09/2025: This morning we ordered two pasta dishes for €1.70 CAD. They asked us if we wanted to eat them inside or outside. Given the heat, we said we would eat them outside. So, we brought the tray ourselves. When we went back to pay, we found a bill of €5.40. The extra charge was due to the fact that we ate outside. On the receipt, the cost of the pasta was indicated as €2.70. I find this attitude truly embarrassing and unfair, as we hadn't been warned, especially since we brought the tray ourselves. Rude, and the quality of the food was poor. I don't recommend this bar.

14/09/2025: A tobacconist selling various brands of cigars (Cuban, Dominican, Nicaraguan, etc.), sold in packs of 10 or 20, or individually (select brands only). One of the very few places in Bologna and the surrounding area for lovers of large, well-made cigars.

08/07/2025: "Defective and poorly preserved cigar, AGAIN." It was supposed to be a moment of relaxation, a break after a long day of work. Instead I found myself with a cigar so cracked that in desperation I had to patch the cracks with paper glue already during the lighting phase, in perfect kintsugi style... Almost as if it were cleverly hidden, under the wide band I found a hole the size of a cigarette filter. Towards the middle - having now reached the hole - the wrapper gave way under the weight of the effort, causing the Caribbean to explode. This is already the second time that I have found a cigar with obvious defects in this tobacconist: holes, aesthetic defects, cracks marked already at the opening. Once can happen. Two starts to seem like too many. Aficionados are not just any customers: we do not buy "a smoke", but an experience, a ritual. And we pay for that. These defects are not acceptable, they are a lack of respect for the product, and for those who smoke it of course (I would have done better to roll 15 euros and smoke those directly tonight). I understand that an unlucky cigar can happen... but at this point, the problem could be in the selection, or much more likely in incorrect storage. In both cases the result is the same: you find yourself at home, tired, licking papers... I haven't licked so many since the golden days of university but I still spent less at the time, and I didn't feel so much taken for a ride. I recommend reviewing the scenic effect of the mega humidor that you can't physically enter and maybe get a smaller but functional one, I say this for my smoking colleagues who may continue to frequent this tobacconist, I won't be going back...

07/11/2025: Just got the order. Pissed off rider tells us that next time we order we'll have to give him €5 for gas. Crepes and waffles with Nutella, but in reality, it's also cheap chocolate. Avoid it.

22/10/2025: TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! We ordered on Glovo, and on the first order, they forgot part of the order. Since no size was available, I had to place a new order, but this time the order was also wrong. UNACCEPTABLE
