26/08/2025: We went to eat a pizza at the table after more than 1 hour that we waited and various reminders had not where we were informed that the pizzas would arrive shortly we decided to leave paying only for the drinks, but strangely the take-away ones were processed on the spot, we left and the owner was rude and impolite even towards a pregnant woman raising his voice and saying that waiting 1 hour is normal, terrible people

16/10/2025: I got a couple of takeout pizzas, they were quick to prepare them and the pizza was good, too bad that while I was eating I found a hair in the dough, it was disgusting.

06/08/2025: The pizza is flavorless and poor, waiting times are not respected at all. I've been twice and twice I waited more than 30 minutes than expected. Never go to this pizzeria again.

29/05/2025: Ho acquistato due vaschette di tortellini in negozio , ieri sera li ho mangiati con gli amici durante la finale della Conference Ligue , devo dire nessuno ha guardato più la partita ma erano tutti fortemente concentrati sui Tortellini , complimenti veramente favolosi . 27/05/2025: Appena entri in questo locale ti accoglie il profumo di affettati e capisci subito di essere nel posto giusto... È un delitto non prendere il loro tagliere, fantastico, e poi io e la mia amica ci siamo divisi un piatto di tortellini al ragù e uno di lasagne al forno, non saprei dire quale fosse più buono...! Se volete quindi assaggiare la cucina tipica emiliana in centro a Bologna senza farsi spennare questo è il posto giusto!

01/12/2025: Nothing pretentious, it's a restaurant for those who want to spend little and don't have many demands, all in all except the tripe it was quite satisfactory.

17/11/2025: The meat is simply sublime, truly one of the best I've eaten in recent memory. The fried polenta also deserves a special mention: crispy, tasty, and absolutely irresistible. The ambiance isn't five-star, and perhaps it doesn't impress at first glance, but the quality of the steak I ate far surpasses that of many more aesthetically pleasing restaurants.

09/12/2025: We entered with low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. The two of us had two dishes of the day: spaghetti with clams, excellent, and guanciale with potatoes, very good. The grilled vegetables and the pear with ice cream were delicious. The entrance is a bit confusing; the dining room is like a trattoria, but well-maintained, with tables spaced apart. The restrooms are clean. The service is courteous and informative. Be careful when exiting: cars drive by quickly.

30/11/2025: I was in the area for an appointment and was looking for a simple place for a business lunch, preferably with traditional cuisine, although that wasn't a requirement. The positive reviews and photos of the dishes had convinced me to try this place, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. We arrived at 1:00 PM and it took 18 minutes for the waitress (perhaps the owner or partner) to come and take our order. There must have been about 15 people there at that time. We chose two plates of spaghetti with tuna, a side of grilled vegetables, and a sparkling water. After another 10 minutes, the water arrived, but without bread, while the pasta wasn't served until 1:30 PM. The dish itself was a disappointment: it was cooked adequately, but tasted very bland. The preparation was dominated by stewed onion, while the tuna was reduced to half a can divided between two plates, practically invisible. After being left unattended again, at 1:45 PM we got up on our own to get coffee at the counter, to speed things up. I also asked to remove the side dish from my order, as it never arrived. I'm sorry to say this, but we won't be returning. The final bill was €13.50 each for a tasteless first course with too much onion, a 0.75-liter bottle of water split between us, and a coffee. Overall, a disappointing experience.

20/11/2025: If you're hungry, don't call this pizzeria, because the wait is over an hour and a half! It doesn't arrive piping hot, but it's good enough.

06/08/2025: The quality-price ratio isn't exceptional, especially considering the breakfast, which is decidedly disappointing...

20/09/2025: The quality of the gelato is unquestionable! Delicious, with excellent varieties of all flavors and perfect prices. Unfortunately, however, selling a product by exploiting the name of another, identifying a territory, is not good. I'm talking about Sicilian granita. Well, Sicilian granita, a DOP product, has never seen or even remotely considered the flavors tropical blue (what's that?), mint, and black cherry. Furthermore, looking at it, it has nothing of the Sicilian granita about it!!! What if I called tagliatelle with ragù and added cream or who knows what else? Or if I put Smurf-flavored cream inside the bombolone? Well, so let's respect the places, the territories, and the traditions of the places, let's reproduce their recipes and flavors while respecting the recipes and not embarking on fanciful attempts that offend and don't achieve the desired result!

01/12/2025: I ate a capricciosa pizza and I liked it 👍 it was the opening night and it was managed by two young guys to whom I send my best wishes for the future 👍 free parking nearby a few meters from the entrance door of Dozza 👍 on request they make you the pizza with the dough you want (high, low, soft, crunchy). Recommended 👍

19/08/2025: The lady at the checkout was very friendly. Nice indoor pool. They also have an outdoor pool with a fountain and hot tub where you can relax in the sun.
