09/12/2025: I went to Chicken Taste on Via dell'Orso, and unfortunately, my experience was decidedly negative. After eating there yesterday, I had a stomachache, heartburn, a feeling of heaviness, and even slept poorly. Obviously, I can only speak for myself, but the discomfort was significant. We ordered the Family Menu: 5 wings, 5 pieces of chicken breast, 2 burgers (which I found really poor), fries, and a Coke. We also added samosas, which were overly spicy for my taste. Yes, the price is low, and it may initially seem like a bargain, but the low quality ends up making you bitterly regret saving. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the place didn't make me feel particularly comfortable: I didn't perceive it as an inclusive environment, at least in my personal experience. In conclusion: for me, it's a "never again." Reasonable price, disappointing quality, and physical consequences I don't want to repeat.

03/11/2025: Simply terrible. They bring you a burnt sandwich that was obviously forgotten, given the comments, and they pretend nothing happened. They don't even look up. A couple of apologies would have been enough, and if I wanted something else, I wouldn't have had a black sandwich with charred lettuce. How sad. And to think I loved this bar so much years ago.

01/11/2025: I'm from Bologna, I work downtown, I've been coming here since the '90s for breakfast, lunch, and aperitivo, but after last night's experience, I won't be back. The atmosphere is hostile, and customers are treated like dirt. They don't pay attention when you arrive because they have to select songs from the playlist, but then you get scolded for everything: you can't sit down, you can't clean the table, you can't order at the counter if you're sitting at a table, you can't order coffee after 4 pm, but then the waiters make coffee right in front of you, to insult you... missing receipts, mysterious prices... unfortunately, it's become a bar for tourists. I worked in places like Trebbi in 2005, I know what it's like to work in a casual environment with staff who have fun while they work. You have to decide whether to be anarchist or meticulous, because you can't complain about customers not following your unwritten rules when the service is indecent.

21/11/2025: Nice restaurant, very simple and a bit old-fashioned. The staff is young, friendly, attentive, and always ready. The food is good quality, professionally cooked. The prices are average.

14/09/2025: Four euros for a sour juice full of chunks. Essentially, he squeezes an orange on the spot, and gets the rest from a jug of pre-made juice that's been sitting on that table for who knows how many hours. A stomach ache for the rest of the day is guaranteed.

22/10/2025: Shocked by the aggressiveness of the red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who claims to be the owner, she attacked us simply because we came in with a 1kg dog, having not seen the sign. She rudely yelled at us in front of everyone, and when I said, "There's no need to yell, ma'am," she responded rudely, telling us to go somewhere else and taking our breakfast back. (We had already paid.) I've never seen anything like it. If the lady can't stand customers anymore, maybe it's time to consider retirement. Never again.

22/10/2025: Truly disappointed... my experience this morning was quite sad and stressful. The red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who brings coffees to the tables is truly rude. We went in for breakfast with our 1kg dog. After ordering and paying, this "lady" in front of 10 other customers yelled, "But with the dog inside, no." I understand that some places don't allow that, but there are a thousand ways to talk to someone, and sure. As if that weren't enough, as we were leaving the place, the lady came with the coffees and told us to go somewhere else. When we asked to speak to the owner, she pretended to be the owner, saying that I'm the owner and that we should leave, screaming... In all of this, the star I've given over and over again is only because there's no option to give it 0. A truly terrible experience, and we have no intention of ever returning.

05/11/2025: Perfect breakfast thanks to the barista! This morning I stopped by for a coffee and a croissant, and as always, I was greeted with kindness and a big smile. The coffee was excellent, and the service was quick but attentive. I also come here for lunch every now and then, especially for the arancini, because it's a truly wonderful Sicilian deli: you can taste the quality and passion behind what they make. A place that puts you in a good mood right from the morning!

31/10/2025: A lovely weekend aperitif, a Friday staple. Today in particular, the bartenders Sara and Elisa were truly phenomenal, truly amazing girls.

30/08/2025: Nice bar, cold and apathetic staff, aperitif consisting only of a tiny bowl of chips, but what we didn't understand was why the waiter arrives and leaves the full tray on the table? Only to have it in the boxes while we drink and eat, who knows.

23/11/2025: Embarrassing bar with embarrassing service. I walked in with some friends at 10:30 PM. Two of us ordered hot chocolate, and they told us they couldn't make it without explanation. When we asked for an explanation, they told us the cafeteria was busy and they couldn't make it (a ridiculous explanation. One, because it's not the customer's problem; two, if I ask for something and pay for it even with the extra charge for the time because after 9 PM the price was higher, there's no way you won't make it for me because it's ridiculous. Instead, tell me you've finished it). But the climax was reached when some guys came in afterwards and I saw them serving three hot chocolates at the counter in two minutes... moral of the story: no apology for what happened, and never again in this place!

22/11/2025: We were at the bar this evening. When we arrived, we asked for hot chocolates, but were told that "the bar is busy with cocktails and they couldn't make them." This product, which, moreover, is subject to a surcharge on the menu after 9:00 PM, is subject to a surcharge. We settled for that, ordering more, and shortly afterward, we noticed that the supposed bartender was serving three hot chocolates with cream added. Feeling cheated, we complained about the situation. AWFUL. The only positive note was one of the staff members who took the time to explain why they'd told us it couldn't be made. NEVER AGAIN!

28/10/2025: I live in the neighborhood and go all the time, so I thought it was high time for a review. I have had a good experience with every single member of the staff. They always go out of their way to help me (I have a mobility disability), and for aperitivo, they are super mindful of vegetarianism. There is a warm ambience, everything is delicious, and it is located in a cute part of town. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: Friendly helpful owner, putting up with English who can barely speak Italian. Great spot for people watching whilst drinking good beer and eating great food, highly recommended.

01/11/2025: Spacious restaurant with a heated outdoor veranda. Good quality food, delicious, non-greasy crescentine, and delicious cured meats and pasta dishes. Prices are quite high.
