09/09/2025: I entered the restaurant to purchase a tray of miniature dishes. The waitress who served me spent her time looking around, lost in thought, listening to other people's conversations while I asked her questions (to which I received incorrect answers). When the receipt arrived, I pointed out the error in the price (related to her incorrect answers to my questions), and she retorted, "Well, I already printed the receipt." The "apology" only came after I pointed out her behavior throughout the service, and it was followed by a "Well, it's better if I just shut up," uttered through gritted teeth. There was no immediate sincere apology, much less an attempt to rectify the situation. 0 overall.

21/10/2025: The pizza is very good. The guys are good, they changed the management but they have the desire to work, they work well and smiling, I will go back.

22/09/2025: Good morning, My wife and I came here as we arrived in Bologna very early. My wife smelled the delicious smell of warm croissants, so we took a stroll and then went back to order two cappuccinos with two chocolate croissants. Everything was delicious; I even wanted to buy another croissant, this time with cream, and it was delicious too. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this place for breakfast or a bite to eat. My regards to the people who work there. Morgan.

22/09/2025: Good morning, My wife and I came here as we arrived in Bologna very early. My wife smelled the delicious smell of warm croissants, so we took a stroll and then went back to order two cappuccinos with two chocolate croissants. Everything was delicious; I even wanted to buy another croissant, this time with cream, and it was delicious too. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this place for breakfast or a bite to eat. 21/12/2025: A splendid place, out of time, here, you can go back to your past, the environment is very well-kept and soft, maintaining, precisely, the style of many wonderful years ago, the cuisine is excellent, the pizza spectacular, the service excellent, the lady seems to have come out of an 80s/90s fairy tale, everything perfect

16/12/2025: Be careful, because prices are almost never respected. They're always several euros higher than their price list (which they themselves provide to the restaurant, because prices online are even lower), especially since adding any ingredient costs an additional 5 euros.

Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

25/10/2025: excellent location to discover the Bolognese Apennines I stayed in this hotel from 17/10 until Wednesday 22/10/2025 but also last year this year the room was clean old yes but as I rightly heard it is not modernized because it hosts sports teams and maybe some damage would happen, then I had everything included for eighty euros what more could you ask for? overnight stay breakfast (fresh croissants juice and what you want) abundant restaurant dinner and good service we were very kind Baba very nice with me my sister and another couple stayed overnight listening to them I recommend you put a lighter bedspread in the wardrobe wifi working from the hotel ok in the village I hope to find it less neglected (closed shops an abandoned newsstand a grocery store and bakery abandoned with scaffolding for years) I sincerely hope to find it a little more lively

24/11/2025: I used to go there all the time, and it was one of my favorite pastry shops, but I won't be setting foot there again. The service was shameful, if not nonexistent. On a busy Sunday, there were only two waiters, who were also the ones covering the drinks counter as they had to rush. This led to delays and lost orders. Prices were inflated beyond belief: two spritzes for €20 with two appetizers, which was the final straw. Not to mention the fact that if you don't sit down yourself, find a table, and then ask them to clean it for you, no one will come to seat you.

22/11/2025: They didn't give us the menu because it still needed updating. Only when the bill arrived did we discover that a spritz was €10, a decidedly exorbitant price for a drink that normally doesn't cost that much. A little more transparency would have been appreciated.

06/12/2025: Highly recommended! We had a very relaxed lunch despite the restaurant not being very large and all the tables being occupied. The selection isn't overly extensive, but it includes first courses, meat, fish, and vegetarian main courses... even the special of the day, which varies with the season! Last but not least, the pan-cooked pizza (which we didn't try, but promised ourselves we'd try it next time). Desserts and coffee are always available. I had a wonderful time. Reservations are recommended.

08/11/2025: It's a really lovely little place. But unfortunately, it's closed in the afternoons and on Sundays. It would be nice to have a nice afternoon tea and pastries.
