27/02/2025: Ristorante caratteristico. Cucina casalinga e con portate molto abbondanti. Menù fisso. Tutto molto buono. Passatelli e arrostichetto eccezionali come anche le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale.

23/12/2024: It's taken me a while to get to this.. we stayed here while biking through Tuscany in May of 1999 and I found it on the map just now. Such good memories. The owner at the time joined our group in the gardens behind the hotel after a long ride. He and his wife brought wine and food and we all had a wonderful time. Grazie Mille!

02/12/2024: Sabato sera, bel menu, sia bolognese tipico, ma con interessanti alternative. Mangiato molto bene, buon servizio amichevole. Unico neo, ma e’ un fatto personale, solo vini biologici, che non amo tantissimo. Anche i dessert molto buoni. Location bellissima soprattutto d’estate. Sono anche locanda.

18/09/2024: This is not the first time I visited Fattorie di Montechiaro. Great food, great service and a fantastic atmosphere. The view from the terrace is to die for!!! A perfect place to relax after visiting Bologna or if you are driving down to Tuscany. Highly recommended.

09/02/2025: Quick service, kind and polite waiter. Very rude girl behind the bar counter (I ask her for some water for my dog ​​and I hear her say to the waiter "I recommend giving it a little"), she also has loose hair and earrings (therefore against hygiene standards). For the rest I ate well

18/02/2025: I have been coming here for years now, particularly for the Take away offer which is enough for two people. The staff is always very kind and efficient. Also excellent is the fact that you can use Edenred restaurant tickets from the app and with the card. I would like to point out that I still choose Sushiko now that I have moved to Borgo Panigale, because for me it is the best in terms of quality - price. I'm anxiously awaiting a location here in Borgo ;). Dish not to be missed: chicken with almonds.

02/02/2025: Osteria con grande cura delle materie prime, carne spettacolare, primi fatti a mano, vino, di qualità e un dolce fiordilatte meraviglioso! Servizio molto curato, con personale preparato, simpatico, ma professionale. Siamo stati molto bene! Ci tornerò sicuramente bravi, siete la differenza 👏

18/01/2025: Era da tempo che con un amico volevamo provare l'osteria, oggi ci siamo riusciti.Abbiamo preso crescintinata come antipasto,ottime crescentine non "unte", salumi ottimi, abbiamo preso 2 lasagne (ottime), tortelloni con zafferano (ottimi), tortelloni verdi (ottimi), io ho preso passatelli asciutti con zucchine croccanti,guanciale, formaggio di fossa,che consiglio. Dolci, 2 creme catalane,panna cotta, e zuppa inglese.Oltre che tutto buono porzioni abbondanti, prezzo accettabile.Abbiamo visto piatti di carne interessanti, torneremo a provare la carne.Servizio attento e cordiale.Consigliatissimo

01/03/2025: Excellent food quality and average food prices. Good wines but medium-high prices. The service is mixed, sometimes friendly and sometimes it seems like you're doing yourself a favor by staying there. Very nice place, it deserves more in summer thanks to the external courtyard. Overall pleasant place, I wouldn't go back just for the service.

27/01/2025: Dopo aver prenotato con anticipo sono stato fatto accompagnare ad un tavolo vicino alla porta d'ingresso. Le mie rimostranze sono state vane e il freddo patito davvero tanto; il cibo sufficiente e la cattiva gestione dell'ospitalità, fanno di questo ristorante un posto da non frequentare assolutamente per il disagio che si subisce nella stagione invernale.

20/01/2025: Sono stata qui per pranzo e mi sono trovata benissimo, personale gentile e cibo buonissimo. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo.

19/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato giovedì 16 gennaio eravamo in 6 abbiamo prenotato. Locale caldo ed accogliente, forse un po’ troppo stretto ( tavoli appiccicati). Molto buoni i tortellini in brodo di cappone, peccato che non erano abbondanti. Molto ricca la grigliata di carne, non è piaciuto il coniglio in porchetta. Servizio veloce e professionale, prezzo onesto. Da riprovare con più calma nella prossima visita a Bologna.

01/01/2025: Locale molto bello, personale gentilissimo cibo ottimo, sono stato oggi con mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli abbiamo preso un ottimo antipasto di affettati e formaggi, accompagnato da crescentine calde una lasagna verde alla bolognese, tagliatelle alla bolognese, tagliatelle al pomodoro e dei tortellini con ragù, tutto veramente buono, servizio rapido nonostante fosse affollato, sicuramente torneremo

01/01/2025: Una cena da buca Manzoni dovrebbe essere una tappa immancabile di un viaggio a Bologna. Personale super cortese e disponibile, piatti eccezionali e saporiti, sapendo quanto è tutto assolutamente delizioso risulta difficile scegliere cosa mangiare! Consigliati la spuma di mortadella, gramigna con salsiccia e tagliatelle verdi con sugo di prosciutto Cena ottima e prezzi bassi, buca Manzoni è sempre una garanzia per passare una bella serata e fare un’ottima cena
