29/09/2025: Very clean and comfortable room, congratulations 😍 Two things I didn't like We called a day in advance to ask if we could bring our small dogs and received an absolute no. However, we saw other guests with small dogs. The receptionist replied: "Oh yes, it depends on the size of the dogs and the situation!" Actually, no one asked me about the size and situation over the phone 👎👎👎. Second flaw: breakfast. Not much choice. Raw croissants, cappuccino with quadruple foam and large bubbles. My husband, sorry, couldn't get out of the bathroom for half an hour after that cappuccino 🤦‍♀️. The pastries in the display case look like they're from the last century. The tablecloths are either very old and poorly maintained. In any case, we don't recommend having breakfast here.

28/07/2025: Convenient hotel for reaching the center of San Giovanni in Persiceto and the Lamborghini Museum, which is just a few kilometers away, in just a few minutes. Clean rooms, but in need of some work. The mini-bar could use a refresher with a few more drinks and perhaps some snacks. The complimentary toiletries were well-stocked, although the shower cap box was empty. The reception staff were friendly and very courteous. The breakfast host was attentive, although he was a bit imprecise with what I requested. There's ample parking and disabled access. A special mention goes to the bed, which, despite being a single, was a very good size and comfortable. Lastly, I would have liked to find a pillow and blanket in the closet because, for personal reasons, I need to wrap up warm at night, so much so that I turned off the air conditioning.

19/10/2025: We went for dinner for pizza. We spent €24.50 each, a price far too high for what we were served. There were five of us, and we each had a decent €11 pizza, two half-liter carafes of red wine, a Coke, a bottle of water, two coffees, a liqueur, and a plate of fries as an appetizer. All of this was served with paper placemats and poor service. The ambiance was also nothing special. We left wondering how we could have spent so much, especially since our receipts (we paid separately) only listed the €24.50 pizza menu.

16/09/2025: I stopped by on September 16th for a coffee. The lady, who must be 55/60, was a bit unpleasant. I asked for a macchiato and she gave me an espresso. 🙄 Unfortunately, the service was 0.

05/09/2025: We stopped for a coffee and also had a croissant because it looked very inviting. Excellent value: coffee for €1.20, croissant for €1.80, plenty of seating inside.

22/10/2025: Welcoming place, staff always smiling. The food is always good, the only downside is the price, which is a bit steep for the amount of food on the plate.

12/10/2025: The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, but the menu didn't state what the cutlery charge was, and the prices on the menu didn't match some of the prices on the display case. However, they refunded us the difference in one of the amounts, which was incorrect.

28/08/2025: The guys are good, always smiling and helpful, they make both Chinese and non-Chinese food very well and the lady who works in the kitchen is good.

14/10/2025: I don't know where these negative reviews come from. Maybe the reviewers are confusing this place with the one next door. We had our last four breakfasts there as part of a package with the apartment we rented nearby. We were always greeted with a smile. Italian-style breakfasts, both savory and sweet. The owners are incredibly kind and the guests are amazing, and you can tell they're regulars. And that's saying something. If you want to immerse yourself in morning Italy, drop by around 9 a.m. The atmosphere is amazing... and the coffee is top-notch.

06/10/2025: The owner was rude and surly. She seemed annoyed at having paying customers. Seven euros for two croissants and cappuccinos would have been fair if the cream croissants had had cream inside that wasn't lumpy. Absolutely not recommended.
