The bread is special, authentic wheat and interesting combinations. Breakfast pampers you, between granita and brioche (with tuppo) or apple tarts you are always spoiled for choice. I just have to try the pizza, but I heard it's delicious!!!

Extraordinary experience for those like me who love the art of contemporary pizza. I'm vegan and unfortunately there wasn't a purely vegetable choice on the menu, however they were very kind in presenting me with three side dishes of seasonal vegetables and a pizza modified by removing the animal element.... and when a tomato pizza transforms in a unique event then all that needs to be done is to bow to research and mastery in the use of reasoned, thoughtful and aware sourdough and flours.
A deep, crunchy and fragrant pizza on the outside, with a honeycomb structure that brings tears to your eyes and a very soft inside. When you bite it, it first crumbles on your lips and then comes an enveloping interior that melts in your mouth without leaving a trace in a few seconds. Truly incredible, I'm a cook too and I couldn't have asked for more in that expertly seasoned tomato pizza.
Thank you Aurora Mazzucchelli and thanks to all those who put so much effort into working with natural and wholemeal raw materials.
The only note I would like to communicate would be that nowadays it would be wonderful to offer even just a vegetable choice of both dish and pizza, incredible things can be done... If you need me, I'll make myself available.... A hug The little green kitchen (vegan laboratory)

Im Nachgang habe ich hier viele unterschiedliche Bewertungen gelesen- wir waren innerhalb einer Woche zweimal Mittags in der Bar und haben außerordentlich gut und sensationell getrunken und gegessen: alles hat seinen Preis- aber frischer Oktopussalat mit weißen Bohnen, Pizzavariationen in beglückender Teigqualität, schöne italeinische Naturweine aus der Emiglia Romana, dezent gerösteter Espresso und handgemachte Aniskekse und Cantuccini - wir waren im Gastrohimmel, ohne dass wir im Haupthaus waren.
Wir haben alle drei Inhabergeschwister kennengelernt und fühlten uns sympathisch und freundlich aufgehoben und beraten. Ein sehr nettes Team.
Wir jedenfalls freuen uns heute schon auf eine Wiederkehr.....

La pizza gourmet di Mollica è un’interpretazione di Aurora Mazzucchelli la chef di alto livello già stellata e il risultato è eccellente ed unico sia per l’impasto che per l’accostamento delle materie prime nelle varie proposte, un viaggio gastronomico raffinato. Se cercate una pizzeria classica e dozzinale, Mollica non fa per voi!

In un ambiente curato dalle luci al tavolo la cena è stata superba. Un menù degustazione con piatti dai gusti ricercati e colorati. Ogni piatto è accompagnato da un lievitato o una sfoglia. Ottima Cantina, servizio attento, parcheggio privato. Per una serata Speciale lo consiglio vivamente.
