Interesting lunch at this bistro in Castel San Pietro Terme. Excellent dishes, including the weekly special: amberjack, artichokes, and bagna cauda. Very good desserts. A small note: I suggest the service staff improve their service, perhaps with a few more smiles; they're always welcome. The wine list is limited, with 80% of it exclusively from Emilia-Romagna. We'll definitely be back.

A great experience at Gastarea Bistrot! We had excellent wild boar tataki, a very delicate creamed cod, spaghetti with baby octopus in a truly original burnt bread and black olive sauce, and an impeccable Bolognese cutlet. All the dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The lady at the tables was kind and attentive. Chatting with the chef was also very pleasant, he was friendly and helpful. A welcoming bistro with quality cuisine. Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful evening! Thanks to Chef Raffaele, who delighted us with his dishes! The chicken in particular! I highly recommend it; anyone who thinks it's just chicken should definitely try it. We did a tasting, from appetizer to dessert. Everything was excellent! Thanks also to Cristina, who is professional and knows how to enhance the cuisine and the ambience! 5 stars
