Really delicious food, and excellent service.
It was necessary to reserve a table, but it was completely booked, but they called us when there was a cancellation - good service.

Stopped for lunch on our way from Como to Florence because you have to have bolognese when you are in Bologna. It was spectacular. An unexpected surprise was the apple tart dessert in addition to the ice cream with warm raspberries... Don't miss out!!

A lovely, traditional Bolognese restaurant, the food is good; the tortellini are also recommended by the Tortellino Tour. Impeccable service.
An incredible experience! The tortellini in broth are delicious. The desserts are also very special, including the Monte Bianco chestnut cake with meringue and cream, which is a must-try.

We stumbled upon this little restaurant in the center of Bologna by chance. From the outside, you can tell it's historic; it's not very big inside. I have to say, it's really good; the tagliatelle with ragù was truly delicious, but what really amazed me was the guinea fowl breast—WOW! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

First time, to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary, but not the last time at this wonderful restaurant. The restaurant is small but not tiny; I believe it seats no more than 20-25 people when full. The noise level is acceptable, allowing for conversation and listening. Two experienced, friendly waiters provided table service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, without being intrusive but extremely professional. Overall, the service was top-notch.
The food: the tortellini in broth were heavenly in their preparation, the flavor of the tortellino combined with the excellent broth. Garganelli with porcini mushrooms, authentic, fresh, and delicious. And what can I say about the tagliatelle with ragù? Nothing, because eating them is simply breathtaking. Just one note: I would have liked the handmade tagliatelle and garganelli, but they were absolutely worthy of applause. All this was accompanied by a sparkling wine as an appetizer, followed by a red whose name I don't remember, but whose flavor was heavenly. Second course: Cotoletta alla Bolognese, but the real one with the Parmesan cream that screamed authenticity, perfect workmanship, and delicious flavor. In short, a cotoletta as the recipe dictates it should be. And last but not least, the dessert: Motebianco. An experience worth the bill, which was also in keeping with the restaurant's style and not overpriced. A dessert I'd never eaten before, and one that will compel me to return to this restaurant to savor it again.
Thanks to the talented chef, the waiters, and the delicious food. See you soon.

Today we had lunch at Ristorante Grassili, and I had the rare feeling of being in the right place at the right time.
Once you cross the threshold, you enter another dimension: soft lighting, an intimate atmosphere, an old-school elegance that exudes history and care. Even though it was an ordinary Monday, time seemed to have stood still. It felt like Sunday lunch at grandma's.
Each dish reflects tradition with respect and authenticity. From vegetables to tagliatelle, all the way to dessert, everything is profoundly good, sincere. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, but above all, you can taste the memories: those of authentic, familiar flavors that warm and make you smile without the need for special effects.
The service was the finishing touch that made everything perfect: elegant, professional, from another era. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. Here, you don't feel like a customer to be "passed around," but rather a guest to be welcomed. And the thing I appreciated most was precisely this: time. The right amount of time to savor, to talk, to truly experience lunch. We hope to visit Bologna more often, and congratulations again! Thank you!
