06/03/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria with a group for years. The pizza is good, the first courses are good too, but I've noticed that lately the pizzas are definitely smaller and the portions of the first courses are too.... Too bad.

05/05/2026: I've known this place for a long time, as it used to be a Roman restaurant. Under the new management, we've never been able to stop by for the flea market because it's always packed, so we decided to go on another Sunday. The place is always welcoming, with a lovely outdoor gazebo overlooking the square, well-decorated and well-maintained. It's also quiet until a group of young people arrived, who were too rowdy to let us enjoy the end of the meal. The service is good, attentive, and helpful (the only flaw is the lack of bottled water, only purified water, which I personally don't like). The only downside is the food, which I can describe in one word as "dish." The mushroom crostini was lacking in body; neither salt nor garlic were noticeable (the staff justified their choice by saying that many customers don't like the excessive presence of this ingredient). The tagliatella with ragù, while decent and cooked to perfection, suffered from excessive tomato for a Bolognese ragù. The tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and wild boar sausage was also cooked to perfection, but I expect this sauce to have strong flavors, which I absolutely didn't find in this dish. Let me start by saying that this is purely a personal opinion: I like strong flavors and well-defined flavors, which, unfortunately, I didn't find here.

26/03/2026: Excellent traditional dishes. Tortelli of all kinds to suit all tastes. The battered zucchini flowers are unforgettable for their lightness: perfectly crispy and absolutely not greasy. I'll definitely be back.

25/04/2026: My friend and I came to the mountains for a mini vacation and after seeing the place we got hungry, there in Piazza Corsini this place, the staff welcomed us with a smile and very kindness, we ordered tagliatelle with ragù and others with mushrooms, it arrived quickly and was delicious 😋, for people who want to eat in Fanano, I highly recommend this place ☺️☺️

10/02/2026: Small, well-maintained place, with very kind and friendly staff. The pizza was very good and made me want to try the food as well. The prices were fair. Definitely worth trying again.

18/04/2026: At 1 p.m., service wasn't immediate, but reasonably prompt, given the crowd. On the other hand, the tagliatelle were really good, as was the scottona, and my friends who ordered the boiled meat were very satisfied. There's a decent selection of wines, and the prices are about two-thirds of those of a reasonably priced Bolognese restaurant, and those who enjoy the plains will also enjoy the drive there.
