04/01/2026: A lovely place in the city center, on Via Garibaldi, quiet and well-kept, with the temperature inside a little cool for my taste. Excellent pizza, with quality ingredients and several original options, including local products. A truly delicious pizza, with options that are a little different from the usual pizzerias. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: One of the best Pizzerias in Bologna and the best I found so far. Pizzas come with drink pairings for wine and beer. Very friendly place.

20/04/2026: A tiny space with about ten seats hides the incredible quality and sophistication of the dishes. You'll find the typical Japanese seafood with a few Italian touches (like the scallop with almonds and fennel, out of this world). Furthermore, the waiter split the bill perfectly, even though we had shared dishes and ordered separate ones. Highly recommended! (Reservations are recommended if you want to secure a table.)

14/04/2026: I've rarely been persuaded by reviews, considering that they're often driven by personal culinary preferences, both positive and negative. This time, I chose to trust the many positive reviews and dine at Sicilian. Forget the classic all-you-can-eat fare; this is quality sushi, as conceived in Japan. But it's precisely here that the ingenious combination of Italian ingredients (I fell in love with the Mazara del Vallo shrimp) creates a new culinary vision. Sicilian was a discovery, a sophisticated yet artisanal experience; the owner's kind welcome and the calm preparation round out and confirm the positive experiences of those who have described this Italian-Asian journey, perhaps not even fully understood without experiencing it firsthand. I will return with great enthusiasm. p.s. I highly recommend the Mazara del Vallo shrimp nigiri.

27/04/2026: Anniversary lunch. Always a hit. I recommend the cappellacci with rabbit sauce. The cold cuts platter with "pinzini" was average. The grilled meats were good, but more showy than quality. The tagliata was excellent. The zuppa inglese was amazing.

22/04/2026: The only flaw was that the dishes were served too close together and the service was rushed and without even a smile. It felt like being there was a disservice. Good food and a very beautiful location.

15/03/2026: FANTASTIC DINNER! A place that pampers you from the minute you walk in, greeting you and taking your coat from the cloakroom, until the last second when they return it and help you put it on. We had the tartare, which is seasoned and served at the table by the Maître d' (a delightful person) with 14 ingredients. We also had the culatello, a simple dish, but the quality of the ingredients is evident. Delicious food, and you can clearly see the expert hand of the chef. Service is prompt and impeccable: the table is cleared before dessert, and wine and water are served promptly. The cover charge includes a welcome entree, their very special breadsticks, a selection of homemade breads, and a small pastry. There are no restaurants in the area that offer this quality and service anymore.

04/06/2026: We liked the food in this restaurant, so if you are looking for a restaurant that server nice local food don't read any further. Why we rated this restaurant so low has only one reason: the cheating with the bill. On 4 items of our bill the price was higher than the corresponding items on the menu. As an example a coffee was 3,50 instead of 3,00 euro, the cover charge for 3 persons 10 instead of 9 and so one. We recommend that if you eat here you check your bill!

03/06/2026: Small but cozy place. Good, but not highly recommended for Bolognese cuisine. Prices are a bit high. Bathrooms could be improved. Overall, decent. I recommend booking.

09/06/2026: I ordered a set menu which, at least as stated on the menu, included a main course, side dish, water, and coffee for 13 euros. I received four slices (really four) of turkey breast and bread to go with it. No side dish was provided. Price: 13 euros. Not to mention the "friendly" waitress, who seemed to be doing me a favor. I didn't think the prices at Arci clubs in Reggio were so high.
