04/05/2026: Pizza with an amazing dough, perfectly cooked. Truly good ingredients and toppings. I recommend it to anyone who loves quality pizza. I won't even bother talking about the price; the quality/price ratio is excellent. A beautiful location, without too many frills.
I'm sorry to have to update my review; the dishes I've had on the last two occasions (not pizza) haven't been up to par. I don't know if anything has changed in the kitchen recently, but everything is acceptable, but not 5-star.

18/04/2026: At 1 p.m., service wasn't immediate, but reasonably prompt, given the crowd. On the other hand, the tagliatelle were really good, as was the scottona, and my friends who ordered the boiled meat were very satisfied. There's a decent selection of wines, and the prices are about two-thirds of those of a reasonably priced Bolognese restaurant, and those who enjoy the plains will also enjoy the drive there.
11/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant by chance, and it worked out perfectly! The food was exceptional, the service was fast, and the price was fair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The only flaw was the rather long service; we waited a long time before receiving our first courses.

04/05/2026: I visited this excellent restaurant for the first time after a Bike Day Ride at the Imola racetrack.
It was an absolutely positive experience. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, the artisanal bread, and everything is truly delicious. The atmosphere, both inside and out, is excellent, and the restrooms are well-maintained and clean.
Highly recommended.

The cured meats were excellent, the fried gnocco could be improved, the green tortelli, the ingredients were good but unfortunately they arrived lukewarm, the Lambrusco risotto was excellent.
The wait between the appetizer and the main course was objectively too long, beyond any explanation.
Kudos to the owner for offering a digestif and offering a small discount when the bill arrived.
When we pass through Gualtieri again, we'll definitely be back.

19/04/2026: My boyfriend and I decided on Sunday morning to go eat at this place recommended by friends. Luckily, there was a free table!
Excellent wine, delicious tortelli. The location was beautiful, but we were placed in a room with two tables, both of which were very noisy. This was especially disappointing. I would have preferred a more relaxing Sunday lunch. I don't know if I'll go back.

04/01/2026: A lovely place in the city center, on Via Garibaldi, quiet and well-kept, with the temperature inside a little cool for my taste. Excellent pizza, with quality ingredients and several original options, including local products. A truly delicious pizza, with options that are a little different from the usual pizzerias. Highly recommended.
31/12/2025: One of the best Pizzerias in Bologna and the best I found so far. Pizzas come with drink pairings for wine and beer.
Very friendly place.
