17/01/2026: Traditional food. We booked days ago. At the entrance, a handwritten sign warns that the POS terminal isn't working; unfortunately, we didn't see it. When it came time to pay, the waitress claimed she had verbally communicated this to one of us upon arrival, which wasn't true. When offered an immediate bank transfer with a copy of our ID, they initially said yes, then changed their minds and said no, and invited us (my husband and I, along with a child and an elderly person) to withdraw cash. Without apology, without offering liquor or coffee, without a single euro discount for the inconvenience and withdrawal fees. We'll be curious to know how all the other customers paid today....

12/01/2026: Gigina, a master from Bologna, eats tortellini in broth, the legendary mortadella mousse, and the liver, and then, to finish, save room for a dessert, any one from the dessert menu. And then you'll remember me 😀

30/10/2025: Menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. First courses with homemade pasta dough, also suitable for celiacs. Garden platter with a wealth of seasonal vegetables, divinely cooked. Tigelle and Crescentine with cured meats and cheeses. I highly recommend it. A very welcoming place near the woods in the Sassi di Roccamalatina park, where trails for hiking or simply strolling begin. They also sell garden produce and homemade pasta. It's a stopping point on the Cammino dell'Unione (Walk of Union), and there's a credential stamp. Overnight stays are also available (with advance notice).

The place opens at 5:30 a.m., making it convenient for a pre-work or pre-flight breakfast. The aperitifs are also delicious, with the option of adding platters if desired, allowing you to take advantage of both the inside and outside space. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming.

28/01/2026: Bologna's famous macrobiotic restaurant continues to live up to its reputation. Worth a visit even just to try their chocolate rice ice cream: one of the best things I've ever tasted!

24/01/2026: I feel sorry for anyone who was treated poorly. My husband and I ate wonderfully, from the appetizer sardines and chickpea meatballs to the main course and dessert everything was hot, well-seasoned, and delicious. ☺️

02/01/2026: Delicious homely food and great atmosphere, recommended by our friends. For around 40€ we generally had a starter or primi and the second course and wine. Brodo especially was delicious and side dishes too. I can also recommend the house wine. We will be coming back thank you. 🙂

28/01/2026: The pizza is good. A special mention goes to the service. The waitress, with short brown hair, is extremely helpful and completely professional.

23/12/2025: A wonderful experience! The location is a bit out of the way, which helps a lot with parking issues despite there being no dedicated space (though you can easily find a solution). The restaurant's ambience (because it's not just a simple pizzeria) is truly delightful; multiple rooms, divided (which helps reduce the noise from the customers), are all very pleasant and welcoming. The staff is incredibly quick in taking orders and serving (the pizzas arrive at the table in just a few minutes, despite the crowds); this is a sign of good and efficient organization. In conclusion, the food: the pizzas are truly excellent, and in Bologna, after having tasted so many pizzas in Naples, it's not a given that you'll find something this good. This is certainly thanks to the excellent choice of ingredients (quality, without a doubt), but also to the pizza chef, who has a leg up on the city's competition! Congratulations! Keep up the good work. You deserve the best.

27/09/2025: Highly recommended grocery store! Not far from Rocchetta Mattei is Luana's grocery store. She's incredibly kind and friendly. She showed us so many products with great passion and professionalism, and finally made us our sandwiches. Delicious! We'll definitely be back.

01/02/2026: The best sushi in Reggio Emilia, very reasonably priced for the high quality of the products. I've been there many times and it's never disappointed. It's perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend it to everyone!

31/01/2026: The food is good but the service is really poor, we entered at 7.30pm, ordered and the prawns arrived at 8.45pm and the second course at 9.35pm, I asked the waiters and they told me that they were cooking, while people who arrived after us ate prawns, as for the food it is ok but the service is not, if you want to eat with 1 hour to spare it is not recommended
