Good lunch, €90 per couple, not a small sum 👎🥵👎
If we had all ordered a first course, second course, side dishes, desserts, and coffee, we would have spent at least €60 each 👎🥵👎
But what really annoyed me was that as soon as we entered, the owner started saying, "Didn't you guys book for 5?" NO, we booked for 4. During the various table services, the same thing happened, and even when we got up to pay at the cashier, the same thing happened: "Didn't you guys book for 5?" NO for 4
For my wife and I, it was the first time, but I can assure you it was 👎THE LAST TIME👎👎👎👎

11/01/2026: The staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. They roast their own coffee beans. We drank incredibly tasty coffee. I highly recommend it if you're in Bologna and want to grab a delicious bite to eat.

It's nice that the coffee is made in-house, but unfortunately the quality doesn't live up to expectations: the coffee was truly undrinkable. It would be fine for tourists or foreigners, and indeed, there were plenty of them.
As good as the croissant was, the price of €3.50 seems completely disproportionate. A little more attention to flavor and a lower price would make the experience much better.

15/02/2026: My boyfriend and I chose to have lunch at this osteria on Valentine's Day. We're from Puglia and love to travel: we often take advantage of the weekends to get away and choose to try the restaurants featured on Alessandro Borghese's program "4 Ristoranti." The quality of the products was excellent, and the service was excellent and friendly. Excellent value: they also take allergy-friendly measures into account. One of the two owners was very kind and helpful. We recommend it to anyone who wants to experience authentic Bologna.

15/01/2026: Excellent swordfish amuse-bouche in zucchini cream sauce, a very good selection of artisanal breads with an appetizer, an appetizer of the day (smoked burrata with anchovies and pumpkin) and a selection of good cheeses (nothing exceptional), for the first course, two plates of gnocchi with clams, pumpkin and bottarga were terrible. The clams were full of sand, the pumpkin and the gnocchi were overcooked, bland and too sweet. We didn't order dessert as it wasn't to our liking. The dishes were well presented. The service was courteous but not attentive (we weren't even asked if we liked the dishes).
05/11/2025: I was looking for Bologna trattoria-style soaps, but most of the menu has fish. I wasn't satisfied.

04/02/2026: Amazing cocktails. I drank an excellent Americano. The buffet during aperitif time was very welcoming and delicious. The interior was beautiful, with great music.
03/02/2026: I stumbled upon this place during a one-day trip to Bologna, liked the ambiance, and decided to sit down. It was the biggest Aperol I've ever had in Italy :) The buffet also had fantastic treats. The staff were very friendly and generous. I would definitely go again if I visit. It's a wonderful place where people do their jobs well :)

18/11/2025: We went there on a Sunday morning for breakfast.
When we arrived, the girl was outside talking to someone. Before entering, she moved some ashtrays. When she came back, she served me WITHOUT washing her hands.
Then, when I asked, "What kind of ricotta is in there?"
Annoyed, I was told, "What kind of ricotta do you expect there to be?" No ricotta!!! I asked, "Okay, but sheep's or cow's milk ricotta?"! Well, after that answer, I said we'd take the cannoli with us, but I wouldn't bring the drink (coffee, cappuccino, or fruit juice)...
I definitely won't set foot in there again. Too bad the cannoli were also good.
