19/12/2025: A decent place, but for the type or "category" of establishment, I'd say the prices are above average. A glass of sparkling white wine on tap, paid 4 euros at the counter, with a bowl of chips, and a portion of wine that doesn't even reach 200 ml, (that means paying 20 euros a liter for the wine on tap) seems honestly very expensive to me. We're not on the Riviera on the beach, nor in a place in the center of a city.

06/03/2026: The pizza is great, but unfortunately the dough (not enough) and the meat (tough) aren't up to par. The desserts are very good and plentiful. The service is great, but the atmosphere is really noisy.

My impression: Mostly middle-aged guests from the city who don't want to cook at home but still want food that tastes as good as home cooking. The ambiance is very Italian, unpretentious, and cozy. 08/03/2026: We returned again this year for a friend's birthday. The appetizers were excellent. Seasonal first courses were very popular; my asparagus panzerotti were excellent. Some people also ordered the second course: cheek with polenta and rare fillet steak. The iconic gelato was a perfect accompaniment.

The place opens at 5:30 a.m., making it convenient for a pre-work or pre-flight breakfast. The aperitifs are also delicious, with the option of adding platters if desired, allowing you to take advantage of both the inside and outside space. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming.

14/02/2026: We went for Valentine's Day. I saw a very inviting mini cake for two and asked what was inside. They didn't tell me it contained liqueur, so without batting an eye, I kept it, let my husband eat it all, and then got another sweet. When it came to the bill, I expected a discount. 1 spritz, 1 large ginseng, the mini cake (for two), and this heart-shaped sweet: €20 with a 20-cent discount. The spritz didn't have any appetizers. It could have been better managed. But they were polite and apologized. This isn't a criticism, but rather an incentive to improve for next time.

01/02/2026: The quality has declined over the course of a couple of years: you can see it in the simpler dishes, which aren't as good as they were a couple of years ago. A special mention goes to the red-haired lady serving: I highly recommend she change jobs. Leaving aside the fact that she's incompetent and arrogant, this is the second time we've arrived at the restaurant, after having booked, and she's found an excuse outside to not honor our reservation. After accepting a fallback table, around 6:25 PM we ask for the restaurant menu, and she again gives us another classy jab, annoyed, stating, "The kitchen opens at 6:45 PM!" For 20 minutes, you can't say "restaurant menu" inside the restaurant, or she'll get angry. The icing on the cake: when she comes to take our order, she does so with her mouth full and muttering. In short, it would be funny if we didn't have to pay at the end. It'll be a while before I return, hoping the kitchen mends its ways and the aforementioned woman changes jobs. In response to the comment from what appears to be the owner: take a deep breath of humility. Even though the service was TERRIBLE, the waitress was respected by everyone at the table. And also, keep an eye on the dishes that come out.

03/03/2026: I went there last night for dinner with friends I hadn't seen in years. It's a shame the location is a bit out of the way (and it was also quite foggy), but it was worth it. We were served meatballs as an appetizer, and for a main course I had tagliolini with prosciutto sauce, guinea fowl roll with potatoes, and tenerina with mascarpone for dessert. Others chose gnocco and tigelle, and the prosciutto was excellent (I tried a couple of slices). I didn't bring much wine because I had to drive, and coffee (the one was a bit weak). All in all, it cost €40, a fair price, especially considering the size of the dishes. Incidentally, the waitress who served us was a lovely young woman: kind, lively, quick, and always smiling. A lovely Friday evening. I missed it. Thank you.

07/02/2026: It's a winter evening, so I haven't seen it in its entirety (I'm told it has a lovely summer patio). You're welcomed into a rustic, warm, and intimate room, and you immediately spot the dessert counter: sfrappole, mustard ravioli, sweet tortelloni... Mmm... We had mushroom tart, passatelli, wild boar stew, and a Bolognese cutlet: well-defined, very tender flavors, everything delicious. The red wine, produced on site, was excellent and easy to digest. All this was accompanied by the kindness and cheerfulness of the owner and waitresses. We'll be back in the summer.
