I recommend it to anyone who really wants to taste the local specialties.

If you find yourself in Gorino, don't be fooled by the town's size or the fact that this is the only restaurant in town: Uspa isn't a must-visit; it's truly worth the trip. We dined here two nights in a row and, honestly, couldn't find a single negative. The quality of the food is excellent; every dish is thoughtfully crafted, tasty, and prepared with great care. The food and drink are excellent, in a beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable setting. But what makes this restaurant truly special is the staff. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging, they manage to create an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, making you feel welcome from the first to the last minute. It's one of those places where you don't just go to eat, but to feel good. Another pleasant surprise is the prices: absolutely fair and, for some dishes, even lower than I would have been willing to pay for the quality offered. You can clearly see that these guys work with passion and professionalism, and the result is evident in every detail. Congratulations on the excellent work they're doing. I can't wait to come back.

We had lunch at this restaurant: the cold fish appetizer was good, as was the spaghetti alle vongole. Service was adequate.

We booked for lunch on a Saturday, passing through for a stroll on the beach. The house appetizer was spaghetti with clams and chips. The spaghetti was rather bland, characterless, and in a pool of oil; lots of the clams were closed. Nothing special.

A lovely surprise after a bike ride in the Delta Park. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent dishes, plentiful and with fresh fish. The grilled eel is excellent! Reasonable prices. Recommended if you're passing through.
