17/09/2025: A 6-star culinary experience. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere truly refined and chic. The music is just right, the distance from the tables is just right, and the staff is attentive. The warm sandwiches to try with olive oil are a very welcome bonus! The seafood menu is refined and the plating is expertly executed. We left feeling truly delighted; it was an unexpected surprise!

14/10/2025: Had an excellent evening here. The food was good. We had the sea bass which was good, although would have given food 5 stars except the fish was a little overcooked. The beef which one friend had was excellent. The soup for amuse bouche was very good. The wine was good. Very enjoyable for a spur of the moment choice.

14/09/2025: Yesterday I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect. The €35 combo menu was excellent, we ate a lot and had a variety. We drank some good wine. The location in the little square is obviously gorgeous, but perhaps even better inside! Thank you for everything, I confirm that this management is attentive and does what it deserves.

13/10/2025: Extremely disappointing in terms of reliability. This visit was meant to be our second time at the restaurant, as our first experience had been truly excellent. Precisely for this reason, we decided to return and, as is normal with restaurants of this level, we planned our trip and hotel stay well in advance in order to secure a reservation on a specific date. We made our booking back in July for October 30th (lunch). However, only two weeks before the date, the restaurant informed us that—due to an alleged issue with their reservation system—they would be closed that day. From an establishment of this category, we would have expected far greater professionalism and accuracy in managing reservations, especially considering the long notice with which we booked. The cancellation was communicated far too late, and no viable alternative on the same day was offered, making it impossible for us to reorganize our visit. Such a lack of reliability is truly disappointing and undermines the trust one should be able to place in a restaurant of this standard.

18/09/2025: Our dinner at Inkiostro was spectacular! The execution and creativity of the dishes was of the highest level, without being “inaccessibly” unique. Many pleasant surprises and balanced textures with flavors. This restaurant deserves a higher Michelin rating!!

08/10/2025: The food is always good, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Excellent steak, and the fried cream is always top-notch! Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Dinner with friends A typical trattoria atmosphere. The staff was friendly and fast, perhaps even too fast. The menu had been raved about, but the food was truly disappointing. The entrees were mediocre, the meat tough and dry, including the famous mutton. The desserts were average. The fried cream was good. The price was high. When you return, air out your clothes; they'll smell of fried food, and maybe that won't be enough, you'll need to wash them. Maybe we just had a bad night; it can happen to us, but we certainly won't be back.

05/10/2025: Truly excellent selection of hot and raw appetizers. Refined and original flavors. Great care and attention to customer service.

07/10/2025: It's located not far from the train station but also from the city center. The dining room is large and bright, which is a nice touch in the summer, as the tables aren't crowded together like in many other places, allowing you to eat comfortably. The bathrooms are reasonably clean. The menu is extensive; in addition to seafood, meat, and pizza, there are delicious desserts like homemade tiramisu, as well as the famous Neapolitan lobster tail, a very tasty dessert but unfortunately only available on weekends. The fish and fried foods are also worth a try. A positive thing is that they even bring a towel to the table for cleaning yourself after eating fish, which is commendable because many restaurants don't offer one. However, the quality of the truly undrinkable bulk wine could be improved, and the local wine list could also be improved, which needs to be reviewed and expanded. The bread served was practically hard, a sign that it wasn't fresh; I hope it was just a temporary oversight. With a little care, it could become an excellent restaurant. If you're in the area, dinner is served. The prices are high, but you can't escape the area. Easy parking in the area, but you have to pay. Worth a try. I recommend the fish dishes, but the pizza is also good.

16/09/2025: This restaurant is run by a Neapolitan chef and has a wide selection of seafood dishes. The pizzas are so big they overflow the plate, even two people can't finish them. They're baked crispy in a special pizza oven. They also have a wide selection of desserts. The house wine is very tasty and reasonably priced. I've been there twice. I highly recommend it. If I ever come to Bologna again, I'll definitely come here! It was delicious. Thank you.

25/08/2025: Very cozy place with fresh fish. We had a fresh fish platter, grill octopus and vongole pasta. All the dishes were amazing. Will definitely come back for more to try.

19/07/2025: Andato alla sera a cena con amici. Non sapevo dell'esistenza di questo locale, ma è stata una piacevole scoperta. Piatti di pesce buoni e ben curati, camerieri gentili e prezzi nella media.

12/10/2025: Large place, generous portions, and everything excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only important thing to avoid is to make a reservation! Easy to find, and plenty of parking!

12/10/2025: EMBARRASSING! Mushrooms and truffles?! They should sell soap. Mushrooms that taste like water, truffles that don't exist, dirty place, nonexistent service. We had to forgo the main courses, and after an hour of waiting we asked to cancel our order. Never again.

17/09/2025: Average breakfast pastries, not those from a pastry shop! Plenty of space, but the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathroom, could be significantly improved. I also looked in the back office and found it messy and not particularly clean.

19/10/2025: A sweet and delicious stop in the beautiful village of Bobbio that's good for the soul and the stomach! The kindness and engaging nature of the owner make all the difference. The food is sublime... different flavors, but everything is balanced. I truly recommend this place.

02/09/2025: A refined and very welcoming place, with extraordinary dishes, carefully prepared, and with unique and delicious flavor combinations! I enjoyed the turmeric lentil cream soup, as well as the caramelized plum cup. The wine list is worthy of a fine wine bar.
