28/03/2025: Pleasant surprise! I had read the very good comments and it lived up to it! We tried the tagliatelle al ragù, they were very good, but the tortelloni ricotta-spinaca e ragù, incredible! The best we ate in Italy! The place is small and cozy. If you visit Modena, you can't miss going!

Exceptional quality of the products and managers who make you feel, given the small environment, like a family lunch/dinner. 10/02/2025: But what a great discovery!! Small little place, family run, WITH VIEW KITCHEN, with grandmother and grandson cooking together... POETRY❤️ For lunch only fixed menu formula but in an intelligent way! In fact, there are various types of menus, which can include first courses and side dishes, or meat and side dishes, or hamburgers, etc... More than the off-menu... (in general, a lot of meat, because it is the same family as the butcher's shop a few steps away). Unfortunately they have very few vegetarian dishes, but they are made to perfection! I opted for the €10 menu including strictly handmade tortelli, side dish (salad or chips), a bottle of water (75ml, in S.Bernardo glass), coffee and cover charge included... The clever thing (which we really appreciated) is that you can choose to have a larger portion of tortelli instead of the side dish. Result: I ate a huge plate of spectacular pumpkin tortelli, just as delicious as grandma's tortelli, in fact grandma Mirella makes them! Completed everything with a nice slice of cake (tagliatelle, lemon cream)... Family atmosphere, furnished simply but tastefully, and clean!! A small flaw could be the bathroom downstairs, underground, where there is another room with some tables, accessible via a micro spiral staircase, but I saw that there is also a goods lift, in case someone is unable to use the stairs. What can I say, super super recommended!!!

24/03/2025: How come I had never been there in 33 years of life? I can't give myself a precise answer, but damn me for never having done it. Imagine a clear day in March. 3 young couples with a hunger that makes your hair stand on end and your stomach scream. We sit down after being welcomed impeccably, they reserve the kitchen room for us where you can breathe the deepest and most intimate flavor of home with Anna and Riccardo, who make sure that nothing is missing from the table. Sunday lunch was full, and we were already worried about having to wait too long, but in the blink of an eye our order was taken and after a ridiculous wait we found ourselves with a table laden with every delicacy. Tortelli of the best flavors, with butter and high quality parmesan, potato tortelli with a soffritto that would make you cry, Guinness World Record baked punta, stewed hare with polenta, fried polenta with lard pesto to mop up... what can I say, a triumph. And the desserts, let's not even talk about them... a dream! We would have stayed there for a second round starting from scratch! But alas, it was 4 pm and I'd say that was enough. We said goodbye with their cold Grappone that helped us digest well... it doesn't end here, see you soon to finish all your supplies. It's not a threat, just hunger for your delicacies. 16/03/2025: Menu balanced between tradition and innovation. Fried gnocco was clearly raw, the cappelletti were excellent and the desserts were very good and reflected the tradition well. Fairly attentive service; I am very disappointed by the wine.. after choosing an interesting ancestral method Lambrusco from the wine list (as I am passionate about natural wines and owner of a wine restaurant specializing in these) we are served a very classic Charmat rosé Lambrusco.. Maybe they thought that given our young age we were inexperienced... this thing disappointed us a lot.

01/04/2025: Un oasi di Parma in una città in cui non si respira più l'aria.....di Parma. Dal fuori sembrerebbe un pochino un posto acchiappa turisti. In realtà dentro è un posto curato, con servizio attento e soprattutto piatti della tradizione veramente buoni. Consigliato!

23/03/2025: We were in quick passage. Convenient the possibility of booking online in a few steps and without a deposit. We ate the trio of cold cuts and the rice bomb. I would have tried all the dishes of the kitchen because everything seemed inviting. What we ate in my opinion was very good and unique. Compliments also for the baked goods, the decor and the mise en place with excellent quality glasses. I must say that it is the first time that I find the cost of the cover charge adequate even though it is not low in an absolute sense. I would gladly return more calmly to try more dishes.

19/03/2025: Pranzato lì sabato a pranzo locale bellissimo e personale gentilissimo abbiamo preso io uno gnocchetto con gli scampi e stracciatella che Era stratosferico buonissimo il mio compagno capeletto in brodo perfetto brodo con le stelline come vuole la tradizione e capeletto che ne andavano 7 nel cucchiaio come deve essere consiglio vivamente di andare a pranzo o a cena

23/03/2025: Trattoria like the ones of the past, you pay the right amount and you eat well and a lot, excellent cold cuts, cheeses too, beans and the rest of the menu at the level of a great trattoria. Perhaps in the service a little too hasty in about an hour we had already had everything and the dinner will be over 😅 The very friendly waiting staff jokes with the customers and serves at the table always with an excellent presence. Recommended. The clean place. Convenient parking inside.
