19/03/2026: Good morning everyone, We're here for dinner on Saturday evening. The rooms are well-maintained and ancient, like the terracotta floors. Apulian specialties, from stracciatella to orecchiette and turnip tops, all truly delicious. The specialty, in my opinion, is the French-style service, truly excellent. The service is nothing short of exceptional. Compliments to the Masseria. I highly recommend making a reservation.

16/03/2026: A restaurant that has always served excellent quality, well-prepared, traditional Apulian products. The staff is a bit cold and "snooty," perhaps too much so for a restaurant of this type. Prices are high, but these days, quality comes at a price. It's one of our favorite restaurants!

15/03/2026: A tavern where you can eat traditional food at a fair price. Welcoming staff, spacious tables for two. Located in an alleyway near the main roads, it's hard to find by chance if you're just passing by. The dishes are delicious, and the fillings are plentiful. The vintage signs on the walls are charming. To complete the experience, you absolutely must try their desserts displayed in the window; the cookies near the register are also delicious. A heartfelt tip: always ask for the bread; it's excellent, like a thick, doughy focaccia. Try it, you won't regret it. It's tempting to ask for seconds, but I wouldn't recommend it because the dishes are complete and there's no shortage of ingredients. Congratulations!

09/03/2026: This Bolognese restaurant in the center of Bologna is just steps from Corso Indipendenza and the city's main tourist attractions. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the menu offers a limited number of dishes, all traditional and delicious. If you enjoy good food, I highly recommend it. Reservations are recommended.

13/03/2026: Terrible service and mediocre food quality. The first course arrived at 2:40 PM and the second course at 3:50 PM. It's a shame, expectations were sky-high.

08/02/2026: Today I was at a game with my son in the beautiful stadium in Riccione and since Google showed me the fry shop was open, nine of us wanted to try the dishes..... Too bad everything was closed, I don't know if it's the place's fault or Google's fault. I would like to go back but since I'm from Bologna I'm waiting for an incentive/discount. The low stars are because I wasn't able to try the dishes.

03/01/2026: Perfect place even for winter days. They have plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a few inside, and the location is truly strategic because the sun shines until late. The service is friendly, helpful, and quick. The fried food is amazing 🚀hot and crispy. I can't wait to go back and try more fried food!

12/01/2026: Excellent, authentic, traditional local food in a simple yet warm and welcoming setting, perfect for a family lunch or a casual dinner for two. My only complaint is the service, which could be improved; it's a bit rushed.

09/01/2026: An old mill where the open kitchen, the welcome like a long-awaited guest, and an architectural setting both rural and meticulously crafted, enveloped us like the warm embrace of a soft flannel blanket on a late winter afternoon. The stuffed camel that follows us everywhere was immediately satisfied with water and food, which, as you can see from the photos, he thoroughly enjoyed. Us? A riot of authentic, delicate, sensationally delicious flavors, infinitely excellent in their simplicity. Gnocchi al fossa, 10 out of 10. Lasagnetta verde, 10 out of 10. Tagliatella al ragout, beyond 10 out of 10. My palate almost went crazy, but it was shocking that we didn't feel weighed down at all. The bill was decidedly more than fair. Congratulations, truly excellent.

09/02/2026: For the price we spent for two, which was still not insignificant, we ate very well. It's certainly not a tourist trap like some downtown restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is palpable here (meat and fish for sure; we'll be back for the pasta dishes), and the plating and presentation are meticulously crafted. The wine list is excellent! Regional and national selections, and it's a real pleasure to find wines from important vintages and decanter-worthy reds.

22/01/2026: Bitone has a fantastic location: the building is very characteristic and the ambiance elegant. The staff and service are excellent. However, there are some significant issues: first of all, the prices are high, higher than those of a Michelin-starred restaurant (which is incomprehensible). The selection of dishes is traditional, with no innovative experimentation or unusual combinations. The price of a standard plate of tortellini is €30. The welcome drink has been the same for the past four years (mere crostini with cheese), and every time I go, they don't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. Furthermore, all the desserts contained lactose. I think it's a serious problem that a restaurant with such prices doesn't have any options for those with lactose intolerance. This needs to be addressed.

06/03/2026: Since I've lived in the area, I've visited the bakery every now and then, both before and after the change in ownership. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and they have excellent and varied pastries! I even recently ordered a super-delicious birthday cake.
