08/03/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for years, both as a couple and with the whole family. A welcoming atmosphere, and Michele, the owner, is always kind and professional.
Excellent authentic dishes: crescentine, cured meats, pasta dishes, and grilled fillet steak. The braised beef is superb! Side dishes like French fries, friggione, and fried porcini mushrooms are truly delicious.
I don't know about the desserts because I'm usually full and can't eat them :-)
If you're in the area, make a reservation and go...

We had the burrata ravioli with tuna petals, Taggiasca olives, and confit cherry tomatoes, and tagliolini with zucchini pesto, scampi, pine nuts, and zucchini flowers (both mouth-watering). For our main course, a mixed fried fish dish that was simply mind-blowing.
I can't give it 10 stars, otherwise I would have.
Compliments to all the staff. Highly recommended.
09/04/2026: I had lunch at Osteria TreSeiCinque and was truly impressed.
High-quality cuisine, with carefully crafted dishes, clean flavors, and excellent ingredients. You can taste the attention to detail, without ever feeling heavy: perfect even for a relaxed lunch.
The extra virgin olive oil served at the table is also excellent, making a real difference on the simplest dishes.
Precise and friendly service, well-timed, and a pleasant, bright, and welcoming atmosphere.
An ideal place to indulge in a leisurely, high-quality lunch.
I would happily return.

11/04/2026: Business lunch. 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's very small and cozy. The furniture is dated but efficient, and the entrance isn't immediately obvious. But for the rest... Impeccable service, fast and very friendly, and food worthy of a chef who, in my opinion, even has the virtue of walking between the tables to greet customers. I recommend the "Tortellini degli dei" and the strictly seared tagliata. The roast potatoes are delicious and not greasy. Well done.
05/04/2026: Well, what can I say...? The only positive note was the girl in the dining room, extremely kind, nice, and friendly, and really the only good reason not to give everything a star.
About lunch:
- From appetizer to main course, we waited an hour (6 tables in total, not 40).
- The first courses left a lot to be desired.
Tagliatelle cacio e pepe with pasta that was too thick, probably due to excessive use of cream and overcooked pasta.
Tagliatelle with ragù with excessively fatty meat and a long, unpleasant aftertaste.
- Grilled food: forget it.
Probably made with meat that wasn't the freshest and tasted decidedly stale.
Everyone was very kind, and I hate to write this kind of review (I'm not even one to be harsh, quite the opposite), but this lunch was definitely forgettable and avoidable.
I seriously doubt I'll return or recommend it.

03/05/2026: Piadina is delicious!! However, I recommend updating the opening hours, because it's not nice for those who come here specifically to go, with the difficulty of finding parking and the limited traffic zone, to find themselves locked out.

12/04/2026: Guys, I had seen the restaurant in 4 restaurants and it intrigued me, then I tried it myself... Very good
10/04/2026: We went to this restaurant with friends because we'd seen the episode of Four Restaurants, where it had won. But when we arrived, something went wrong: our reservation couldn't be found, so we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to be prepared. Once the table was ready, to our surprise, we were seated not in the main dining room, but in a very hot room that acts as a passageway between the adjacent tree and the restaurant. The waiters were excellent, but the dishes didn't meet expectations and weren't up to the price listed on the menu. I'd particularly like to point out the passatelli. In my opinion, they were made with a lot of breadcrumbs and not enough Parmigiano Reggiano. Not to mention the excessive length of each passatelli, at least 15 cm. This is quite unusual for a region known for this type of dish. The crescentine served with the appetizer were also not of the highest quality and could be improved by using less processed, better-quality flours. What we paid seemed excessive given the quality of the ingredients.

22/03/2026: A beautiful place, with thoughtful and original decor.
The cured meats were excellent, the fried gnocco could be improved, the green tortelli, the ingredients were good but unfortunately they arrived lukewarm, the Lambrusco risotto was excellent.
The wait between the appetizer and the main course was objectively too long, beyond any explanation.
Kudos to the owner for offering a digestif and offering a small discount when the bill arrived.
When we pass through Gualtieri again, we'll definitely be back.
