Excellent food, extensive menu, organized and clean environment.
The App and Go parking spaces need to be reorganized. They should be reserved exclusively for those who pick up via the app, but they are regularly used by others, with the complete indifference of the management.

Today I ordered a takeout lunch online on App&Go, consisting of tigelle, gnocco fritto, and cured meats (Ord 7272 - Dispensa Emilia - Via Emilia Est, Modena). Everything was delicious, and delivery was fast. The problem was that, through my own carelessness, I forgot to enter the 20% discount coupon I had. When I immediately called to ask if it was possible to correct the error, I was told no. It was my mistake, but greater flexibility in managing the order would certainly have been beneficial.
