It offers a rich menu, especially among the first courses (excellent, with homemade pasta made just like in the old days, and generously seasoned!) and the main courses, mostly meat-based. The flans, desserts, and bread basket are delicious. In season, truffle-based dishes are also available.

12/11/2025: We recently had dinner at EXÉ Restaurant in Maranello, which is located inside the Executive Spa Hotel just a few minutes from the Ferrari Museum. It’s a stylish, modern space with sleek lines, soft lighting, and an atmosphere that clearly reflects the local Ferrari prestige — elegant, polished, and designed for a high-end dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt refined yet calm, with enough space between tables to feel comfortable and private, even with a stroller next to us. The service was excellent. We were welcomed by a Spanish waiter who spoke perfect Italian and was both kind and professional throughout the evening. He immediately noticed that we were dining with a baby and helped us rearrange the seating to make space for the stroller, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout the meal he checked discreetly that everything was fine, making sure we felt relaxed. It’s rare to find such a genuine and attentive attitude in fine-dining restaurants, and it made a big difference. We started with pasta, which was good — well-cooked, nicely seasoned, and attractively presented. However, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. For the main course, we ordered the Bistecca Fiorentina, which we had really been looking forward to. Unfortunately, this was the low point of the evening. The portion was generous, but the flavor just didn’t live up to expectations, especially considering the price of over €100. We’ve had better, more flavorful versions in simpler trattorias in the region. The wine was very good — smooth, elegant, and clearly well-selected — but with a substantial markup that reminded us of the luxury positioning of the restaurant. Dining here with a baby was perfectly manageable. The space is airy and quiet enough that we never felt in the way, and the staff handled the situation with complete naturalness — no awkward looks, no rush, just calm professionalism. For parents traveling through the area, that sense of ease is priceless. Overall, we’d give EXÉ Restaurant four stars. It’s one of the most luxurious dining options in the Maranello area, and the service truly stands out. However, you do need to be prepared to pay what I’d call the “Ferrari premium” — you’re paying as much for the setting and reputation as for the food itself. Worth visiting for the experience, especially if you value great service and elegant surroundings, but the dishes don’t quite justify the high prices. Would we return? Possibly, for a special occasion — the atmosphere and staff make it a pleasant choice, even with a baby — but next time we’d skip the Fiorentina and explore other options on the menu.

07/11/2025: For locals, Pumdor is an institution. Piadinas, rolls, crescioni, and more are always excellent, with generous portions and a more than fair price. Heated seating inside and, in the summer, outside in a beautiful, well-kept garden. Highly recommended!!!

18/08/2025: August 15, 2025. This isn't our first time at this restaurant, and it lived up to our expectations. Superb location, good service, and a warm and welcoming staff. Service is friendly and prompt, despite the changes during the holiday season. The menu is beautiful and varied, offering a wide selection of meat and fish, catering to all tastes. The quality of the dishes is well above average, bordering on excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality, and the wine list deserves special mention, as it's well-stocked and top-quality. Lunch outside under the umbrellas overlooking Bologna was a pleasant, relaxing moment to celebrate Ferragosto.

14/12/2025: Went for lunch. The place was large, clean, and well-decorated. The embassy appetizer was very good, the tagliolini al grillo were truly excellent, the fried fish and vegetables were well-made, tasty, and crispy, and the table service was very attentive. Will definitely return.

29/11/2025: I had dinner with friends at Le Franchine on Friday evening and we were all very satisfied. The food was excellent, prepared with great care. The service was also impeccable: the waiter who looked after us was friendly and truly attentive. The attention to detail was clearly evident both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Kudos to the owners, who are passionate about what they do—and it shows!

19/11/2025: Fabulous osteria in Rimini's historic center...in the vibrant heart of Borgo di San Giuliano. Wide selection of Venetian dishes. Excellent homemade piadina. Meat dishes, especially the "bovare": bunless hamburgers topped with a wide variety of ingredients...gorgonzola and pancetta...scamorza...zucchini...and many others, absolutely perfect to accompany the fabulous Carnia potatoes or sautéed wild herbs... Excellent Mora Romagnola cold cuts. Excellent beers. Good wine list. Excellent homemade desserts. Attentive and courteous staff. Warm, welcoming, and clean place. Excellent for a romantic dinner or a chat with friends. Excellent product quality. Come and you won't be disappointed. There's much more than I've written about. Friendly staff who make you feel at home. A welcoming atmosphere for pleasant evenings with friends accompanied by excellent cuisine.
