Where she couldn't taste certain ingredients, he transformed the dish with other ingredients suitable for her. Congratulations, your dedication deserves great appreciation. Thank you.

11/09/2025: Everything was very good. I like self-service restaurants, but this one is superior because the quality is there, and everything is hot. Wide selection on the daily menu. It's a shame I wanted minestrone, but I understand it's not in season... The white ragù is also delicious.

11/09/2025: A truly fantastic self-service place, with excellent first and second courses, including fish, at reasonable prices. Generous portions. Conveniently located on the Adriatic highway, with plenty of parking. It's a must-visit for me when I don't want to cook, but I also don't want to go to a restaurant. Excellent!

23/07/2025: Ho festeggiato qui il mio compleanno e non avrei potuto scegliere posto migliore! L’atmosfera intima, il personale seppur giovane, è stato gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni dettaglio. Sul cibo c’è poco da dire, ogni piatto è curato con attenzione e si percepisce la professionalità degli chef e la qualità delle materie prime. È assolutamente vietato non assaggiare i tortellini, appagano l’anima!!!

18/07/2025: A beautiful, traditional local restaurant with a historic feel, the ambiance recreates the old-fashioned landscape of a few years ago. We sat inside, although tables are available in the park in front of the building. We ate a house appetizer of fried pies, a wonderful dish accompanied by a platter of exquisite local cured meats. We then continued with a sampling of various homemade desserts! Everything was excellent, and the price was competitive! Highly recommended.

16/07/2025: Between May and June, I had to stay in Cortemaggiore for about ten days on and off for work, and I couldn't resist returning to this place for dinner every night. Friendliness, warmth, and authenticity in a place I'd call a rare gem. Their magnificent platter accompanied me every time, and the cured meats and appetizers satisfied me like few other dishes in my life, but the first courses are also fabulous. A place worth returning to.

28/08/2025: We had a great experience at the restaurant; the food was so delicious we returned the next evening. However, we regret to report that the welcome wasn't as good as the first time. The waiter let a group of four people in line pass, even though we were already being seated, without even apologizing or even bothering to do so. We hope this can be improved, because when you're dealing with a customer, especially if you don't know them, you can't tell who they are, and it's unfair to favor them. This left us a little perplexed; otherwise, everything was perfect!

18/06/2025: Worse. Evenings with entertainment, classic drink, with mini bowls of snacks, to be shared between three, at 10 euros, (arrived ten minutes after the drinks), even though we had asked for a bag of crisps per person. We would have paid for them.

12/06/2025: An unexpected surprise. Passing through Lugo we stopped for a quick lunch before returning to Ravenna. The choice fell on Giardino Laboratorio del Gusto for its proximity and closing time (many restaurants close at 2:00 pm). The menu read on the web was interesting but could also have been a disaster given the mix of traditional and modern dishes, but we wanted to risk it. The environment is modern and welcoming. We opted for two first courses: I Farfalle Big Gym and my wife Paccheri Pistacchio both TOP🔝. Courteous and accurate service. It deserves to be tried again, but this time with more time available. Congratulations!
