Just steps from Piazza Maggiore, a Venetian finds a home, but I recommend it to everyone! Mantis shrimp, sardines in saor (with traditionally white polenta), and an ombra... two, three ombre di rosso.
For starters, mozzarella in carrozza. Everything was excellent.
The place is small but welcoming and clean, and the staff is passionate. I'll be returning to Bologna soon for the Children's Book Fair. Now I know where I'll be dining and I recommend it to everyone attending. Foreign publishers, illustrators, and writers, I suggest "El suor," a corner of Venice taste in Bologna.
The prices are in line with the quality and very fair.

A lovely surprise, a Veneto restaurant just steps from Piazza Maggiore! A wide selection of cicchetti, including the excellent squid ink with polenta. A welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. We'll be back.

Excellent experience. They promptly welcomed us for a quick aperitivo, even though most of the tables were booked and the place was small. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the products and service were excellent.
Recommended for dinner or an aperitivo. Reservations are recommended to ensure a seat and the prices are very reasonable.

This isn't my first time dining at this restaurant, which is in a great location in Bologna, very close to the city center.
The menu is varied and each dish is meticulously crafted, and when you taste it, you can feel the attention to detail.
Laura is very friendly and makes you feel right at home.
It fully deserves its 5 stars. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious seafood meal while enjoying the company of friends and a good wine.

I went there for dinner and I must say the food was truly excellent and high-quality. Since it's a Venetian restaurant, we also had an aperitif in addition to dinner and were very satisfied.
The atmosphere is refined and the service was excellent. The lady in charge was truly knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. Recommended.
