Couples' dinner at this restaurant overlooking the dock in the Marina Centro area, with a panoramic view and a prime sunset spot. The atmosphere is quaint, charming, and elegant, although the tables for two are cramped and too close together. It's a trendy place frequented by trendy, often flashy and polished people. On Saturday night, there's a DJ set, which is enjoyable but ultimately loud and banal. Fortunately, dancing is prohibited. The food is well-prepared but lacks any overtones; it's not a place we frequent primarily for the food. The wine list is excellent, but especially for the sparkling wines and spirits. The ice cream and desserts are very good. The service was quick and professional. The bill was a bit steep (but that's a plus).

I don't know where to start, guys. The location is amazing, overlooking the sea. I recommend sunset because it's full of lights and has a beautiful view. As for the service, the staff are super professional and attentive. I personally recommend the raw seafood, the red shrimp carpaccio, and the pacchero elastici. I returned to this splendid restaurant on the Darsena, a full eight years after moving to Bologna, and it was a blow to the heart... in a truly positive way! Time often changes things, but here I found the same level of care as back then, if not even greater. It's a high-end establishment, and the bill reflects it, but every single euro is well worth it. The freshness of the fish is undeniable, the service is impeccable, and the location on the Darsena is always magical. An extraordinary return. Congratulations indeed!

A wonderful place right across from the sea))) Beautiful rooms with designer renovations, where every detail is art. The main room, a terrace with a huge natural wood table, and several tables in the open space are perfect for cozy summer evenings))) The menu changes every six months and always features interesting signature dishes. I was delighted with the Pavlova dessert! It was a huge, delicious dish, so huge I couldn't even finish it and asked for a takeaway bag))) I had it for breakfast at the hotel – it was so delicious!
