May Day lunch. When we decided to leave Porto Garibaldi due to full restaurants and impossible parking, we found ourselves walking along a pine forest near "Pericle." We called to check availability, and from there, the feedback grew increasingly positive. A welcoming place, with friendly staff who were attentive and explained everything on the menu (and off-menu). Excellent food, from grilled eel to cod strips, and topped off with an exceptional mixed seafood fry. Highly recommended.

I had a plate of mussels with clams, nothing to say good but with some unexpected problems, there was sand under the plate.

Back after many years, the menu, revisited with a modern twist, is truly excellent, large wine cellar, Nicola and Martina and the rest of the staff are professional and friendly… the prices are in line with the best restaurants in the area, a top rating.

The dishes were excellent, but we had to wait 70 minutes for the first appetizer. When the grilled food arrived, we didn't have any cutlery, so we had to wait even longer, and the waiter had to handle them by the head.

05/08/2026: This restaurant was the highlight of our trip! The four of us went there for lunch and were all delighted by the delicious food, the great prices—especially the set menus (see picture for prices)—and above all, the warmth and attentiveness of the service. We received a friendly welcome, had a lovely chat, and because of our interest, we were even given a recipe and chickpea flour so we could recreate the appetizer back home. You can tell that the food is freshly prepared with love. The appetizer and bread were also delicious and served warm. The desserts were excellent as well. The restaurant was well air-conditioned, clean, and full of charming details, perfectly matching its name. 🐈 We will definitely be back!
