Very nice experience immersed in the world of Ferrari and the cuisine of Massimo Bottura! An exceptional mix! Very interesting flavors and colours, impeccable service and a wonderful setting

I was in this place last week, it's exactly next to the Ferrari factory. The welcome was perfect, you have to book on the site. The place has a refined 80's theme. I had the grand tourism menu and it was excellent, at €60 I also took the cheeses and in total I spent €100

Anyone who stops in Maranello cannot fail to stop at the Cavallino. Everything exceptional, food, service, environment. The bill is adequate for the treatment, you don't enter to spend little but to eat well.

The food is absolutely amazing. We couldn't help but try each other's meals. Everything was fantastic. The rabbit was so soft it was dissolving in my mouth. The snails were extracted from the shells and fried, very delicious. The "cream caramel of Parmeggiano Reggiano" is very gentle and outstanding. The zuppa inglese is irresistible. Whatever you order, you can't miss. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not understand about this restaurant: why does it not have a Michelin star yet?

Restaurant located in Maranello in front of the Ferrari, very attentive and precise service. The menu includes various traditional dishes in a more modern way, I'm talking about my experience starting from a very good game tartare, spaghetti with good bread broth and caviar but I expected more, the second course didn't convince me was the mixed boiled meat to my taste too greasy taste due to the rind of the zampone. Very good sweet modna. I will definitely try it again even if it didn't fully convince me, perhaps I had too high expectations.

We were on a tour of the Ferrari museum and had to visit this restaurant afterwards. It is a beautiful venue, located just opposite the iconic Ferrari gates. The restaurant is very nicely decorated with Ferrari themes and car engines while being very elegant as well. The food was delicious, starting with the focaccia and breadsticks. The waiter recommended the famous crème caramel Parmesan reggiano which had a delightful texture and I highly recommend this dish. We also had the tagliatelle with ragu and the orzo pasta and both were some of the best pastas we’ve had on our Italy trip. And to cap it off, for desert we had the Modna cake which was absolutely delectable. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Spontaneous visit at lunchtime after a visit to the Ferrari Museum next door. I was actually even more impressed by the Cavallino restaurant than the museum. My absolute favorite restaurant ever since! Service was very friendly and attentive, we really felt comfortable. Ambience unusual and special. Food…incredibly good.
