01/04/2025: They're truly amazing! I've tried both their cookies and their plum cakes! Soft, like freshly baked! Made just like they used to be! They also have really thoughtful packaging that can be reused as storage boxes ;)

20/07/2025: We went there for breakfast, the owner was super friendly and the sandwiches we ordered were made freshly in front of us. A nice place to get coffee, sandwiches or a sweet pastry with friendly atmosphere!

28/10/2025: I stayed at the Grand Hotel Cesenatico for work and had a truly wonderful time. The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, right on the sea and close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, ideal for those who need to unwind after a busy day. The staff was always helpful and professional, attentive to every need. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was generous and excellent, with a sea view. Recommended for both business trips and relaxing getaways!

02/08/2025: The Grand Hotel in Cesenatico is a historic property of great charm, boasting nearly a century of history, evident in every detail. The lobby is spectacular and evocative, with period furnishings that convey the elegance of days gone by. The outdoor spaces are also meticulously maintained and in keeping with the hotel's prestigious name. However, precisely because it is a Grand Hotel and not a mere 4-star, I believe some aspects deserve a modernization to live up to expectations. The rooms are showing signs of age, with dated furniture, and our double room consisted of two single beds pushed together. The bathroom, while functional, doesn't offer amenities worthy of a 4-star seaside hotel of this caliber: it lacks small amenities such as disposable body lotion, a common feature in similarly sized establishments, and there are no soap dispensers, which would encourage greater environmental awareness and a reduction in plastic waste. The minibar is also understocked, and the disposable plastic cups clash with the image of a Grand Hotel. The shower built into the tub is a bit awkward, as is managing the water with two separate handles. On the plus side, I really appreciated the excellent quality of the linens: custom sheets and soft, thick towels, truly superior. The service, both in the hotel and on the beach, was also impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, however, could be improved to offer an experience more in keeping with the hotel's name and history. My criticism is constructive: the Grand Hotel has every potential to return to its former glory and, with some modernization, not only maintain its four-star rating but perhaps one day even aspire to a fifth.

09/11/2025: I had a truly wonderful time: from starter to dessert, every course was a discovery of authentic and excellent flavors. I enjoyed a trio of tortelli for my first course—pumpkin and amaretto, Colorno tortel duls, and herb tortello—expertly combined, transforming every bite into a dance of flavors and aromas. For my second course, I chose the Parma rose, served with roast potatoes: the meat was juicy and flavorful, the potatoes perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was all accompanied by a sparkling Gotturnio superiore, balanced and extremely pleasant, a sign of an excellent selection of suppliers and quality ingredients. I concluded with a delicious, delicate tiramisu, reminiscent of the versions made "the way they used to be." The atmosphere of the osteria/trattoria is authentic, yet refined and elegant. Overall, a fantastic experience that I recommend to anyone who loves traditional cuisine with attention to detail.

23/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per 2 giorni (pranzo e cena) in occasione di un congresso. La sala è carina, magari un po' retrò, ma con vistasul mare. Il cibo ottimo ed è stato sorprendente perché raramente, in un evento con così tante persone, si riscontra bontà e qualità. Tra i diversi piatti delle 2 giornate da ricordare il risotto agli agrumi con tartare di tonno, ed il vitello con salsa di senape e miele. Gentilissimo il personale, anche quello della reception.

01/12/2025: There was a long line... really a long line!!! But it's a life lesson... don't rush and you'll see that what you'll eat will be worth it!!! The piada was delicious. I recommend tasting the piadas.

09/11/2025: I think it's the best piadina in the area!!! Perfectly made with stone-ground spelt flour from the Pennabilli watermill. You can choose from a wide variety of fillings, from the simplest like eggplant and provola to the most original, like pecorino, honey, and walnuts, or orange, lard, and pistachios. The poetic location is in front of the bell tower of S. Arcangelo Alta. They recently opened a cash machine. The only drawback is that they don't accept reservations, and sometimes there's an hour-long line. Go early; it opens at 7:00 PM, and it's recommended. The owners are very kind. Absolutely superb!!! We've been back several times, and it's always the same!!! Fantastic! We returned last night for the feast of S. Martino or the Becchi (horned men), and I can confirm what I said above. Wonderful piada, tasty and well-cooked, with a choice of fillings; my daughter chose strawberries, fresh cheese, and balsamic vinegar. I repeat, everything was excellent. It's family-run, everything is handmade, and it takes its time to prepare. The place is small and well-known, and if you don't arrive early enough, you'll have to wait. Always consider the wait, either at the door or to order and dine. But I assure you, it's worth it. In town, there were every imaginable option, very convenient and with less waiting, yet there was a line.

06/08/2025: Small restaurant next to the Rivazzurra railway, very helpful and friendly owner, excellent quality food, cooked with skill and passion, a place where you eat well and spend a fair amount. Book a few seats. Takeaway is no problem, just be patient... pasta and hot dishes are prepared fresh for you.
