11/10/2025: Thanks to Alexandra's great people skills and deep knowledge about pasta/food my family and I made wonderful lifelong memories of making pasta in Bologna Italy. It was truly a wonderful experience and a great dinner too. We made the tagliatelle and tortelloni pasta starting from flour and egg and the filling starting from ricotta and parmigiano reggiano. The final dishes, tortelloni with butter sage sauce (with sage leaves straight from the plant growing in the kitchen) and tagliatelle with ragù bolognese (and wine, if course), made an unforgettably wonderful dinner. If this wasn't enough, during the dinner we also had interesting and entertaining conversation with Alexandra. To top it all off, Alexandra emailed us very professionally written recipes of the food we made. It all was such a great experience. If any if this sounds like something you would enjoy, I highly recommend doing a pasta class at pasta lab.

10/10/2025: We had an amazing pasta class with Alexandra. We are pretty familiar with making pasta, but we still learned an incredible amount of new things that will help make our pasta better when we go back home to the US. Alexandra was wonderful- talking about food and cooking with her was one of the best parts of the class. She also welcomed our many (many!) questions, and gave us the “why” of the steps, not just the “do it this way”. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to take a pasta class in Bologna. Also the ragu that she made for with the tagliatelle was the best that I had on the entire trip.

20/07/2025: Pizza buonissima. Volevamo trovare un posto fisso settimanale da andarci con i vari gruppi di Persiceto, ma siamo rimasti veramente molto delusi! Personale scocciato per una richiesta lecita. Prezzi altissimi.. una "rossa con verdure" pagata 11.50!! Ma scherziamo??? Chieste spiegazioni e stizziti "i prezzi sono quelli!". Leciti di comportarsi come meglio credono, e di fare i loro prezzi. Ma un cliente va trattato con rispetto, anche perché poi le cose si spargono a macchia d'olio. Infatti purtroppo i gruppi hobbysti nostrani di Persiceto non ci andranno mai alla fine. Dispiace un sacco. Delusione totale.

05/10/2025: Excellent food, wonderful hospitality! A perfect place for families with children: the experience with the donkeys is unique, as is the contact with nature and the beautiful landscapes. The care taken with the donkeys and the green spaces demonstrates the great management behind it. Congratulations!

12/10/2025: Chased Out by the Witch, Part Two: Sunday evening, the restaurant was half empty (with unset tables). We went in and were told they were fully booked...with very little kindness (always the witch...see previous post). It was just as well because we went to the La Balena restaurant, where we were welcomed and served with care and kindness, and the fish dishes were delicious and plentiful. ...you decide.

30/09/2025: The best burger place in the province. I often order takeout, and last time, some friends pointed out that the prices are incredibly low for such high-quality products. The chicken fries are also excellent! I'll be back soon!

27/09/2025: The food was also good, but dining out at a restaurant that, due to renovations, doesn't provide restrooms, in my opinion, deserves a few stars, especially since I don't think it's even up to code. If your place is unusable for some reason, I think you need to find a solution.

05/10/2025: Also excellent for tourists visiting Bologna, it's just steps from the city center! The price is also affordable for all budgets, with generous portions. 30/09/2025: Spacious space, also suitable for groups. Helpful and polite staff. Fish is always highly appreciated. They stay open until 12:15 if you let them know. Maximum availability even for latecomers.

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

12/11/2025: Beautiful, functional, centrally located, and very green. The feeling of being pampered is palpable right away. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The room didn't have a sea view, as requested when booking, but it was very beautiful and bright.

10/11/2025: Everything was very positive, from the service to the quality in all aspects of the establishment. I'm not giving the room 5 stars because it was a bit small, but the bed was by far one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, and the room was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff.

17/08/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria in Forlì. The fried foods are very good; I recommend the tasting appetizer. The pizza, however, was nothing special. I had the Sibilla; the dough was a bit chewy and the flavors were almost too subtle. The staff was very friendly, and the place is clean and quiet.

16/08/2025: Amazing pizza, in my opinion the best in Forlì. Quick service, very nice place. Fair prices considering the quality of the ingredients. Friendly staff.
